I’m really loving this series of talks and am up to this one #5 so far. I can understand and really resonate with your descriptions of “the interface” acting as a filter between you and the world and limiting your true self. Also that the interface can act as a feedback loop for your negative thoughts or self-criticism.
But… practically speaking… how do you get rid of the filter? Or clean the filter as you put it in one of these sessions?
It feels like we are identifying the problem but lacking the solution. Anyway, thanks for the talks they are great.
