As we begin to arrive,
I invite you to get really comfortable,
Perhaps moving and shifting your body,
Rolling your shoulders back and down,
Allowing yourself to get really relaxed.
And so whether that is lying back or sitting up straight,
Allow yourself to ease into this space.
Taking a deep inhale,
Really filling our lungs.
And as we exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go of any expectations.
And so if it's been a busy day or if there is still a lot to come,
I invite you to just put all of that to one side.
Knowing that we can return to it if and when we need to,
After our session together.
There's nowhere else to go.
There's nothing else to do.
We have arrived.
We are here.
Continuing to breathe deeply.
As we inhale,
Inviting in space and expansion.
And as we exhale,
Relaxing,
Releasing.
As we inhale,
Noticing our chest rise,
Taking up space.
And as you exhale,
Allowing yourself to fully surrender,
To relax into this moment.
Noticing if there's any tension that we are holding and seeing if we can release that with our next exhale.
Relaxing our mind,
Relaxing our body,
Relaxing our whole being.
Noticing how we are arriving today.
Noticing the texture of our thoughts.
Continuing to breathe in our own rhythm.
Noticing how our body feels in this space,
At this time,
Without any judgment,
Without any criticism.
Just witnessing how we are arriving today.
Taking a deep inhale,
Really filling our lungs as much as we can.
And as we exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go.
As we inhale,
Expanding our breath.
And as we exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go.
I invite you to follow my words as we move into some breath work.
I invite you to really be aware of our breath.
Be aware of the ebb and flow,
The physical sensations of breathing.
And if your mind starts to wander at any point,
That is completely natural.
I invite you to come back to your breath.
Noticing that our mind has wandered and choosing to come back to our breath.
Choosing to come back without any expectations,
Without any judgment.
And so wherever your breath is right now,
I invite you to exhale fully.

And coming to a natural rhythm,
Allowing your breath to move in its own way.
Just noticing any shifts,
Any expansiveness,
Any changes in your body,
Mind,
Spirit.
Again,
Just noticing.
And as we begin to move into journey,
I invite you to get curious,
To follow any intuition.
So we are not forcing any experience,
We are following,
We are experiencing,
We are opening ourselves up to receiving.
And however that wants to come our way is exactly the way it needs to come.
So whether that is a thought,
A feeling,
A memory,
An emotion,
A bodily experience,
Whether that is a visualization.
And I will be guiding us with words.
So just allowing those words to flow and make sense in whatever way that needs to.
However we experience it is exactly how we need to experience it.
And with practice and journey work we can continue to cultivate that awareness,
That opening and receptiveness.
And so taking a deep inhale,
Filling our whole bodies with breath.
And as we exhale releasing,
Letting go.
Continuing to breathe in our own rhythm.
As we inhale we are expanding.
And as we exhale releasing and letting go.
Inhaling and expanding.
And exhaling and releasing,
Letting go.
Just trusting in whatever comes up today is exactly what needs to come up.
Wherever we go is exactly where we need to go.
Breathing deeply.
Visualize a circle,
A dome,
An egg that we are sitting in.
However you like to hold that sacred energy that we are cultivating.
This container for the work that we are doing today.
Visualizing that space and noticing a color.
Perhaps it sparkles.
Perhaps it is moving energy.
Just noticing and inside this container that we sit,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling connected to ourselves.
Taking a deep inhale.
Exhaling our breath into the space.
As we inhale,
Inhaling that life force,
Rejuvenating air energy.
And as we exhale,
Allowing this rejuvenating energy to ripple out into this space.
If there's an intention that we would like to set,
Perhaps it's a word.
Or perhaps it's just simply honoring ourselves in this moment.
Whatever that intention is or if it is honoring ourselves,
Holding that in our heart space as we inhale.
And as we exhale,
Allowing that to permeate and ripple out into this space from every atom of our being.
Feeling ourselves held and suspended,
Grinded in this energy,
This intention,
This honoring of ourselves.
Beginning to allow the background,
The space that we are sitting in,
To fade gently.
And as we do,
Visualize ourselves sitting on luscious green grass.
Feeling connected to the earth.
Maybe we wriggle our toes in the earth,
Feeling ourselves really rooted,
Sniffing the air and smelling that woody,
Earthy scent as we look around and see ourselves surrounded by ancient trees.
As we sit in our sacred grove.
And as we look around,
We notice if there's any insects or little creatures or guides that have come to welcome us into this space today.
Into this sacred space,
Deep within our being.
As they welcome us with a sense of love.
Noticing how the trees talk to us and welcome us with their energy of security,
Of love,
Of protection.
Feeling ourselves deeply connected with the earth beneath us.
Feeling that nourishing earth energy moving up through our bodies and filling every atom of our being.
Feeling really connected to all life in our grove.
Taking a deep inhale and filling our lungs with that earthy,
Woody smell.
And as we exhale,
Sighing that breath out nice and long.
Beginning to move around this space,
However we feel called to do so today.
Perhaps that's moving slowly and tentatively.
Perhaps that is expressive movements,
Dancing,
Skipping.
Allowing ourselves to move,
To express,
To play,
To get curious.
Moving to the center of our space now,
We see a fire burning.
It's amber,
Warmth,
Flames.
The little sparks we hear of the wood gently burning and smelling that lovely,
Woody,
Fiery smell.
Moving closer to the fire,
We begin to warm our bodies.
Feeling that heat permeate through our whole being.
The spirit of the fire heating our hearts,
Our hands,
Our mind,
Our whole body.
Warming,
Loving,
Inspiring.
And as we walk towards the fire,
We notice a small figure standing there.
This person has been waiting for us to arrive today.
And as we move closer,
We notice ourselves,
A younger version of ourselves,
Looking back at us.
And we embrace them with love and kindness.
We give them a hug and a big kiss.
And as we sit beside them in front of the fire,
We hold their hand and connect deeply.
This younger version of ourselves is so happy and excited to be with us today.
Because they have something to tell us.
And as they share,
We get to honor them,
To share something back.
And as we engage in conversation,
We open our hearts,
We open our mind.
Taking a deep inhale and exhaling that breath out nice and long.
And sitting for a few moments longer with our younger self,
They ask us a question now.
How do we answer that question?
And as we begin to say our goodbyes,
Our younger self invites us to a dance.
They hold our hands and they guide us to loosen up,
To express ourselves fully,
To be joyful,
To move with energy and love and passion and creativity.
And as you dance around the fire with your younger self,
You feel into this energy,
This creativity,
You laugh and sing and make silly noises.
And in this real space now,
I invite you to move your body,
To move your arms,
Even if it's subtly.
Allow yourself to integrate,
To play.
Allow yourself to sing or to hum,
To express yourself in this moment.
And as you begin to slow down,
You embrace your younger self once more.
And as you do so,
They merge in with your being.
You feel your younger self there fully with you.
Bringing your hands to your heart,
Acknowledging their insights,
Acknowledging their expression.
How do you wish to carry these insights through your day and through your week ahead?
Giving thanks to our younger selves.
Giving thanks to the spirit of the grove.
Giving thanks to the wisdom and insights that we have received today.
Giving thanks to the spirit of the earth,
Of the fire,
Of the trees,
And of any guides or animals that have came to greet you today.
And as we begin to come back into this space,
I invite you to send gratitude to yourself.
Taking a deep inhale.
As you exhale,
Allowing ourselves to come back into this space.
Once again,
Moving our arms,
Our legs,
Our feet,
Wriggling our toes,
Rolling our shoulders back and down,
Beginning to feel ourselves really rooted and connected in this space that we sit in now.
Taking a deep inhale.
Exhaling that breath out nice and long.
Allowing ourselves to arrive into this space fully grounded.
And if it's in your practice to journal,

Or perhaps to sit in contemplation with these insights.
To honour these insights in this day,
