You’re ready to let in the goodness. To receive what you desire. To manifest what you envision. You want to live Big and Bold. But...you feel blocked. There are things getting in the way of your flow. Maybe it’s a belief system that doesn’t work for you anymore. Or even stuff from the past. So the intention of today’s meditation is to help you clear your energy. So you can release whatever is blocking you and receive all the goodness you deserve.

Welcome to the Women's Meditation Network with your host,

Katie Krimitzos.

Hello and welcome,

Beautiful.

I am so grateful that you're here with me right now.

This meditation is dedicated to Anne-Marie.

Thank you for requesting a meditation about an issue that so many of us experience,

Feeling blocked.

Hopefully,

This is a meditation you can call upon at any time that you want to unblock yourself and allow all the goodness you deserve to flow to you.

You're ready to let in the goodness,

To receive what you desire,

To manifest what you envision.

You want to live big and bold,

But you feel blocked.

There are things getting in the way of your flow.

Maybe it's a belief system that doesn't work for you anymore,

Or even stuff from the past.

So the intention of today's meditation is to help you clear your energy so you can release whatever is blocking you and receive all the goodness that you deserve.

So let's begin by connecting with your breath.

Close your eyes and turn your attention to the natural rhythm of the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe.

Feel the cool air on your nose as you breathe in and the warm air on the top of your lip as you breathe out.

Feel the natural ebb and flow of your breathing,

Like waves coming and going from the beach.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Take a moment to scan your body.

Where do you feel it?

The heaviness,

The stress,

The worry,

The weight of your overthinking mind,

The details,

Memories and ideas.

Scan your body slowly and identify where they are.

Perhaps in your head,

Maybe you've been experiencing headaches or migraines.

Maybe in your shoulders,

As you're constantly feeling your tense muscles.

Perhaps in your back,

As it's felt tight and sore.

Or maybe in your feet or legs or hips or stomach.

Where do you feel it?

As you identify these areas,

See each spot vibrate with a soft red glow.

And then take a deep breath in and exhale deeper into relaxation.

With your breath now at its natural rhythm,

I want you to count 10 breaths with me.

When you breathe in,

Imagine a cloud of white energy entering your body through your breath and dissolving those red areas.

And with your breath out,

Imagine you breathing out the debris of these areas bit by bit until all the red is gone.

Let's begin.

One,

Breathing in the white energy,

Breathing out the debris.

Two,

Dissolving the areas that block you,

Clearing it out through your exhale.

Three,

Breathing in and clearing it all out.

Four,

Releasing the red and letting it all go.

Five,

Breathing in lightness and breathing out the heavy.

Six,

Dissolving the limiting thoughts and letting them all go.

Seven,

Undoing the stories and releasing them.

Eight,

Dissolving the fear and letting it go.

Nine,

Barely any red left,

Breathing the last of it out.

And ten,

White energy in and white energy out.

As you take a quick scan of your body,

Notice the areas that have been glowing red are now clear.

So take a deep breath in,

Inviting in abundance,

Inviting in love,

Inviting in joy,

Inviting in possibility,

Inviting in freedom.

Inhale as they flow into you with ease.

Breathe in the goodness.

Namaste,

Beautiful.

I usually listen to meditations once to identify and modifications I may need to make (medical issues, etc.) before truly engaging with them. On occasion, one makes me stop and engage on the first listen, as something there has struck home with me deeply and I feel the need to stay with it. This was a practice that caught my attention in the latter fashion. It didn't drive me to sit down or move to my bench - some have been almost like an invisible force pressing me into position. This, though, definitely caught my attention. Certain unique turns of phrases, the pacing, tone - I went from simply taking out medications to refill my weekly pill containers to stopping all motion and "seeing" the light and feeling myself being drawn in. No, it wasn't the airhorn of, "Hey, stop and do this!" that I have experienced before, but it was much more gentle, subtle, yet equally commanding. As someone who has practiced self-hypnosis for pain management (mostly) and has worked with two clinical hypnotherapists (one still actively on my team, the other relocated), I am familiar with the elements of induction and trance states, and I look for them in practices that affect me this way. (None have had that, and you cannot be hypnotized against your will - public service announcement here.) This practice as not hypnosis, but it reminded me of it in some ways. When I am done with my task here, I will be heading to my meditation bench and replaying this practice. I have a strong sense of potential power there and a message I need to hear. I do have some blocks I am trying to release, and even my cursory listen saw my mind expanding with new ideas and options to help me either work around or move through some of those blocks. I recall hearing the guidance to watch the blocks dissolve and be replaced - removing them is much better than leaving them there to be avoided or pushed through. I am looking forward to truly engaging with this practice. It's already five-star worthy to me. It might just become a download, even. Thank you for sharing this practice with us here. I see the light in you. 🤲🏼❤️🤲🏼
