Good evening beautiful,

I'm so grateful you're here with me right now.

Nestle into your bed,

Deep into your covers,

Feel your limbs grow heavy and sink deep into your mattress.

Feel the entire day slowly unwinding itself from your tired bones.

Breathe in slowly and feel your belly rise.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine your thoughts drifting far,

Carried off like small paper lanterns on a gentle breeze.

Imagine yourself standing at the start of a quiet,

Cobblestone street.

Dusk has fallen softly,

And a hush has settled over the world.

In your hand,

You hold a small lantern,

Its amber glow steady and kind,

Casting a golden circle around your feet.

You walk slowly,

Each step careful and unhurried.

The street is lined with old brick houses,

Their windows spilling warm light like whispers of welcome into the dark.

A faint scent of blooming night flowers drifts in the air,

Sweet,

Comforting,

And timeless.

Listen to the hush of your footsteps,

The quiet scuff of shoes on stone.

A nightbird calls once,

Then silence again,

Deep and safe.

With every step,

The lantern's glow softens the shadows,

Lighting your way and drawing you deeper into calm.

You pass under an old wooden archway,

Draped in climbing vines.

Their leaves tremble slightly in a breeze that kisses your cheeks,

Cools your brows,

And carries away the last strand of worry.

You pause near a small fountain tucked between two houses.

Its gentle trickle blends with your breath,

In and out,

In and out.

The sound of the water lulls your heartbeat into a steady,

Peaceful rhythm.

You keep walking and notice the lantern's light dancing on garden gates,

On mossy walls,

On the curved iron handles of old front doors.

Inside,

Families whisper goodnight,

And the world quiets even further,

Until only you and your lantern remain.

At night,

The street opens into a tiny courtyard,

Where a single oak tree stands guard in the center.

Take a seat on the old stone bench beneath its branches,

And place your lantern beside you.

Its glow flickers like a tiny sun,

Warming your hands,

Your chest,

Your thoughts.

Feel your spine lengthen.

Feel your shoulders drop lower.

A sigh escapes your lips,

So effortless,

As if the night itself exhaled through you.

Above,

The sky stretches wide and velvet dark.

It's stitched with gentle stars.

No thoughts press at you here.

No demands tug at your mind.

Only this bench,

This light,

This easy,

Quiet heartbeat.

Stay here as long as you wish.

The street will keep your secrets,

And the lantern will guard you as you sleep.

You are safe.

You are calm.

You drift gently into the night.

Namaste,

Beautiful.
