Breathe in deeply, fill your heart with calm, the night cradles you softly, In its soothing, loving palm. Breathe in once more, and as you exhale, let go, the burdens ease, your body’s light begins to show. Inhale peace, exhale unrest, with each breath, feel more blessed. Now, imagine your worries like stars in the night sky, each one twinkling bright, acknowledge their presence, but do not hold them tight.
