Allow yourself to settle, adjusting your body until you find the most comfortable position for sleep. And when you’re finally nestled in, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, feel yourself gently sinking into your bed a little deeper. Feel the flow of your breath, this gentle stream of life, flowing into you, and flowing out. Flowing in and out. Inhaling and exhaling. Receiving and letting go. Soften your face, release the tension from your shoulders, feel the weight of your arms and legs as they rest heavily on your bed. Breathe…

Welcome.

I'm so,

So grateful you're here,

Meditating with me tonight.

Go ahead and close your eyes,

And allow yourself to settle.

Adjust your body until you find the most comfortable position,

And when you're finally settled in,

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself gently sinking into your bed a little deeper.

Feel the flow of your breath.

This gentle stream of life flowing into you and flowing out,

Flowing in and out,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Receiving and letting go.

Release the tension from your shoulders.

Feel the weight of your arms and legs as they rest heavily on your bed,

And just breathe.

Now as the music envelops you,

Allow yourself to dissolve into its warmth so you can welcome deep sleep.

And if thoughts or emotions arise,

Gently return to your breath.

Find its soothing rhythm,

And let go once more.

Return to your breath again and again,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Expanding and releasing,

Letting go of the day,

And surrendering yourself to sleep.

Breathe,

Just breathe,

And drift into sleep.

Release everything.

Sleep is here to carry you tonight,

Wrapping you in love.
