Welcome to your guided body love breath work.

To get started you're going to lie down on your bed or on the floor wherever you're comfortable and either have your feet stretched out flat or have your knees bent with your feet flat.

Whatever feels best.

Put your hands on either your belly or your chest.

Close your eyes and just slow it down.

Start taking some deeper breaths.

And for this breath work,

If possible,

We want to breathe in and out through our mouth.

If this isn't comfortable for you,

Of course you can always go to your nose.

But breathing through the mouth is preferred if you can do it.

And breathing in and out through your mouth slowly start to deepen the breath.

And I'm going to guide you through different parts of your body.

And we're going to slowly move our consciousness through these parts while breathing,

While feeling this energy move throughout the body.

And as we move through these parts,

You're going to move your hands along your body.

And you can either move your hands to the part we're breathing into or you're welcome to do whatever feels good to you.

If that means maybe softly stroking your skin,

The skin on your stomach,

On your hips,

Over your pelvis,

Maybe rubbing your hands together,

Gently touching your face,

Whatever feels good to you.

Now,

As we begin,

I want you to take deep,

Slow breaths down into your belly.

We're going to start at the top of your head,

Bring your consciousness up to your crown and just feel,

Feel whatever is there.

Maybe there's tingling,

Throbbing,

A buzz,

Maybe there's nothing and that's okay too.

We're just observing.

We're breathing deep.

And slowly bring your awareness down to your face.

All of the little muscles in your forehead,

Around your eyes,

In your temples,

In your jaw,

Maybe part your lips slightly,

Relax your tongue inside your mouth and just breathe and feel all the different parts of your face.

And what do you feel there?

Just notice.

And bring this awareness now down into your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your chest.

Breathe deep into this area and again just notice what do you feel?

Is there a hum?

Is there a throb?

Maybe a pulsing?

Is there a tingling?

Is there a throb?

Is there a tingling?

Is there a tingling?

Is there a throb?

Maybe there's not much here.

Breathe deep and notice.

And as we move through your body,

If you want to make sound,

If you feel the energy moving,

It's perfectly normal and natural.

To make noise,

Allow your energy to move.

Whether that's a big sigh,

Maybe it's a little laugh,

Maybe it's a hum.

Again,

Maybe it's silence,

Whatever feels good.

And as you breathe,

We're going to bring this consciousness,

This awareness down into your rib cage,

Into your belly.

And just feel what you can feel here.

Maybe put your hands on your belly and feel it rise with the breath.

Feel as the breath goes in and out.

What do you feel?

What do you sense?

What emotions come up when we breathe into your belly?

And then let's move down into your pelvis,

Into your hips.

Again,

Breathe into this area,

Feel the energy move through and notice what sensations come up for you.

What do you feel?

Deep breaths in and out.

And then let's move into your belly.

Deep breaths in and out.

And slowly move down into your legs,

To your thighs,

Maybe the bottom of your bum,

Your hamstrings.

And feel the energy circulating through your legs.

Place your hands right on your thighs and just feel what it's like to be alive.

Feel the energy pulsing through your body and breathe deep.

Breathe into the space and continue down.

Bring awareness down through your knees,

Your calves,

Your shins,

Right down into your ankles and your feet.

Breathe deep and just notice what you feel here.

Notice if there's tingling,

If there's pulsing,

If there's not much at all.

It's all good.

And now bring this awareness into the palms of your hands.

Feel the energy in your hands.

Feel the life in your hands.

Take this energy,

Take this awareness through your breath.

Feel into your whole body,

From the crown of your head,

Down through your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your shoulders,

Your shoulders,

Your shoulders,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your chest and stomach,

Your chest and stomach,

Your chest and stomach,

Your crown of your head,

Down through your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your chest and stomach,

Your bum,

Your pelvis,

All down your legs,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your feet.

And now,

From this place of awareness,

Send as much warm,

Loving energy as you can into your entire body.

This high vibration,

Loving kindness,

Beautiful energy.

You might picture it as a bright white light,

Just covering your whole body.

And that bright white light,

That's the energy of love,

Of acceptance,

Of knowing that you are perfect,

That your body is exactly as it should be,

And that your body is absolutely incredible in all,

In all forms,

In all ways,

Exactly how it is.

And when you're ready,

We're going to slowly bring the breath back to a more natural state,

Back to a place that feels easy.

Maybe you breathe through your nose again,

Maybe you keep breathing through your mouth,

Whatever feels good.

And place both of your hands on top of your heart space.

And in your mind,

Just say the words,

I see you and I love you.

I see you and I love you.

And with as much compassion,

As much kindness,

As much openness as you can,

Again,

I see you,

I love you.

When you're ready,

You can wiggle your fingers and toes,

Come back to this space,

And you can feel the energy of love,

Of love,

Of love,

Of love.

When you're ready,

You can wiggle your fingers and toes,

Come back to this space,

Open your eyes,

Stretch your body,

Smile and have a wonderful day.
