Settle in a comfortable seated position.

Lengthen your spine.

Breathe long and deep.

Notice your body making contact with the earth.

Bring your attention up your body to your chest.

Breathe easily into your lungs.

The following sequence will help you connect with your inner joy.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Feel it beating.

Become aware of the area around your heart shining beyond the physical organ.

Place one palm at the center of your chest with your other palm on top.

Imagine that you are breathing through your hands lovingly placed directly into your heart space.

Your center for love,

Empathy and compassion.

Our fourth chakra is called Anahata,

Which means unstruck sound.

Its element is air.

Now with your breath inflate your lungs fully and touch your heart.

The color at Anahata is green.

Breathe with compassion.

Imagine a fresh green healing your heart.

Keeping the connection to your heart space,

Exhale your hands away from your body stretched out in front.

Breathe in fully.

Open your arms.

Breathe out completely.

Return your palms almost to meet.

Continue with your breath rhythm.

Inhale.

Open and stretch your arms level with your armpits.

Exhale,

Return.

Keep your arms sure.

Stay with this movement for a few breaths.

Go at your own pace.

Inhale,

Open.

Exhale,

Return.

The physical health of your heart,

Lungs,

Chest and circulation is enriched by tuning into the limitless compassion of Anahata chakra.

Deepen your breath.

Expand your lung capacity.

Strengthen your heart.

Stretch your arms.

Find forgiveness.

Fill your heart with love.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Continue.

Ease the tops of your shoulders down away from your ears.

Breathe with self-love.

Stimulate your finest gland.

Let your immunity flourish.

Breathe out pain.

Breathe in peace.

Breathe out sadness.

Breathe in gratitude.

Breathe out hatred.

Breathe in love.

Be grateful for every unique breath as it binds you to each moment.

And finally,

Inhale and hold.

Stretch from the center of your chest,

From your heart,

Through your arms to the tips of your fingers.

Exhale.

Return your palms to breath.

Breathe naturally.

Feel the essence of peace as you form the prayer gesture at your heart.

We'll now vibrate the beej or seed mantra for Anahata,

Yam.

Send your sound to your heart with love.

Inhale deep.

This short sequence can be incorporated into your everyday life to bring peace to your heart.

To cherish your heart chakra,

Find ways of being generous today to yourself and others.

Open yourself to infinite possibilities.

You can mentally vibrate,

I love and I am loved.

I love and I am loved.

Thank you for watching!
