It gives you powerful tools to help integrate all those aspects of self that are staying in separation, all parts of your life and people that you're involved with, and how you can bring in complete healing forgiveness and connection with each and every part of you.

So Okay,

Make sure you are in a comfortable place and not distracted by other things right now.

I want you to close your eyes,

Make sure that you're in a safe and comfortable place and just allow your body to completely relax.

And as always we're going to start with a couple of big breaths,

Hands on your heart space,

Take a breath in for five seconds,

Breathing in all the goodness and the love and compassion in your heart and breathing out anything that isn't serving you right now.

Breathe in light from the universe and breathe out any tension,

Any worries,

Any cares.

And just breathe in one more time,

Just with this presence,

Awareness of presence.

And one more time,

Breathe out.

And the beauty of this breathing is to get us connected to our heart space,

Slow our nervous systems down so we are present in our bodies and almost trick ourselves into being relaxed.

This five-second breathing is so important because it helps remind us that not everything has to be quick and not everything has to be rushed.

And I just want you to become super aware of your body right now.

And I want you to find yourself in a closed box.

The box has no windows,

There's no light.

You don't feel claustrophobic though because there's plenty of air,

Feels peaceful.

And I want you to have a look around the box and I want you to see what it's made of.

Is it wooden?

Is it marble?

Is it some kind of opaque glass because you can't see through it yet?

What does it look like?

Is it big?

Is it small?

Just be aware,

Just acknowledge what it is.

And I want you to touch it with your hands.

Is it cool?

Is it warm?

Is it furry?

How does it feel?

And just get your mind and body and heart into the awareness of awareness.

How warm is it in your box?

What is your breathing doing right now?

What are you wearing?

How calm do you feel?

What emotions are there?

Just notice one of them at a time.

And just accept them for whatever comes in.

There is nothing else you need to do right now but observe.

And one by one you actually start to notice the different parts of you that might be a little bit sore,

That might feel a bit uncomfortable,

That might feel what's going to happen next.

Be aware of all of those parts of you.

Breathe into them,

Acknowledge them,

Accept them and just breathe five seconds in,

Five seconds out.

There's nothing you have to do about them.

You can just acknowledge and own the fact that it's happening to you right now.

Suddenly now you see a source of light from behind the walls of your box.

And one by one the walls actually open up and they open up like the petals of a flower.

And before you realize it you recognize that indeed you were in the middle of a flower.

You feel underneath your bottom and all of a sudden it's very spongy and soft.

Even though you may ordinarily have allergies there are no allergies here.

This is flower especially for you.

This is made for you and it's a part of you.

It's completely open and it's receptive to the sun.

And just have a look around you now that you have more sight now that the sun is up.

Have a look and see what you're sitting on exactly.

What color is it?

Is it tall?

Is it short?

Has it changed consistency?

Have a look around you and have a look at the petals of the flower.

What color are they?

Are there lots of them?

Is it a very multifaceted flower?

Is it a simple flower with one layer?

Many many layers.

Are the petals curled?

Flat?

Facing out?

Facing in?

What do they look like?

This is your flower.

This is a part of who you are and it's a part of your heart space that you can come back to at any time.

I want you to imagine and feel in your heart as this flower keeps opening.

Your heart also keeps opening with a state of trust and peace and presence.

Be aware of your body.

Start to be aware if you've changed your clothes somehow.

Whether you need to be a bit warmer or whether you're now warm and you don't need as many clothes.

Pay attention to any parts of your body,

Your emotions,

Your awareness.

Allow yourself to acknowledge and accept and validate whatever you're feeling,

Whatever is happening in your body and whatever is happening around you.

And as these petals open all the way out you start to be having awareness of what's beyond the flower.

You start to notice other flowers around you opening up as well.

What do they look like?

Who's in them?

You'll start to notice people in your life.

They might be family members,

Partners,

Children,

Friends,

Acquaintances,

Work colleagues,

The mailman,

Whoever it might be,

Or mailwoman,

Whoever it might be,

In the flowers around you.

And just be aware acknowledge and accept whoever's there.

You may feel peace and love and connection with all of these people in your flowers,

Around you,

In your garden bed,

In your world.

And you may also notice that some of them are starting to make your body feel different.

They might be bringing up emotions for you.

What has happened to your heart space?

I want you to just take a look around and there'll be at least one person in this flower bed that makes your heart do something a little different.

There'll be somebody that makes your heart a little bit more closed or very closed.

Start to pay attention to this.

Acknowledge,

Validate and honour the part of you that is now in what we call reaction.

You haven't spoken to this person.

You haven't even looked at their flower.

But your heart has made a reaction or a part of your body has made a reaction.

Often when we react our heart space starts to shut down and parts of our body start to talk to us.

You might get itchy.

You might get a twitching leg.

You might have emotions come up.

You might want to get out of your flower.

You might feel uncomfortable or want to move away.

Whatever emotions you're feeling,

Whatever sensations you have,

Be aware acknowledge and accept all of them.

And you'll actually start to see that person's flower coming closer to you somehow just by giving it attention.

You are safe.

Nothing is going to happen to you.

But just observe.

You know that everything is okay and this is a part of you that's willing and ready to be healed.

This reactive part of you is often the part that you behave from with this person.

And that part of you is a part that's still in separation from the whole healed you,

The version of you that sits in that beautiful lotus position in the middle of that flower with a heart open like a rose.

All the petals open,

Heart chakra open,

Receptive and aware and connected to the world.

Honor the part of you that shut down and I want you to get really curious now.

I want you to pay attention to what emotions have come up for you.

I want you to be aware of any reaction that the other person has.

This person may also be reactive to you.

And I also want you to have a look at the other person's flower.

Is it alive and well?

Are the petals thriving?

Are there things that are not quite working in that person's flower,

In their world,

In their psyche?

Is there something that doesn't feel quite right in their flower,

Doesn't look quite right in their flower?

Remembering that all of this is a reflection of your perception of the world,

This is not about the other person,

This is simply about your observations.

I just want you to spend a minute here acknowledging,

Accepting the awareness that this person and your reaction and that flower and the reality of that flower has all been made up by your mind.

It's all a reflection of you.

We're going to bring in an Asa universe for some beautiful compassionate love to come through,

For you and all parts of you that are in reaction,

And for that other person and all parts of their body,

Their flower,

Their world.

And if any part of your flower has been in reaction,

You give compassionate love to eat as well.

The petals from both the flowers start to touch,

And there is just peace there.

There is awareness and there's peace.

Your energy remains your own,

Your reaction remains your own.

You are not taking on anything from that person,

You are staying in a full fifth dimensional space of compassionate love.

And we're going to ask now for some angels of wisdom to come in,

Some angels of clarity to help bring into the petals of your mind and the petals of your heart and the petals of your flower.

Anything that you need to know,

Any wisdom and clarity about this situation,

This person,

This reaction that needs love and healing right now.

And ask for that energy to come all through every cell,

Tissue and organ of your body,

All parts of your flower and every cell,

Tissue and organ of the other person and their flower.

This is universal energy that you're bringing in,

This is not your own.

You are not giving to this person or receiving from that person,

You are just in a state of awareness.

Keep breathing.

If your body's in great reaction,

Go back to your five second breaths,

Five seconds in,

Five seconds out and recenter yourself.

We're going to ask for the universal law of oneness,

Forgiveness to also come in,

To find their way all through every cell,

Tissue and organ of your body,

Your flower,

Their body and their flower.

Remembering that we are all one,

We are all connected and any reaction,

Any fear,

Any anger,

Any worries,

They are simply a reflection of our lack of healing in that area.

And what you'll start to notice is as those energies come through,

The wisdom,

The clarity,

The love,

The acceptance,

The forgiveness,

The person in that flower actually starts to morph.

Their body changes,

Their vision changes,

Their appearance starts to turn into something that resembles a little bit like yourself.

Their flower starts to change form and starts to look exactly like yours.

Their energy starts to reflect and mirror yours.

And for a second,

Just one second,

Your heart spaces connect.

There is complete alignment.

There is complete clarity,

Awareness,

Connection,

And then the ability to let it go.

Let the connection go,

Let the person go.

The mirror of yourself has been seen,

It's been heard and it's been loved anyway.

You sit in the middle of your flower,

Five seconds in,

Five seconds out.

And you feel your heart space completely open.

It's open like the flower that you're sitting in.

And before you know it,

You look around and that other flower is not there anymore.

That person isn't there.

You know that they are safe and well,

That you are safe and well.

But that conversation,

That person is not in your awareness anymore.

If you look around your flower bed,

You'll see all these people around you.

Some of them may bring up similar feelings.

Other people may feed into that beautiful sense of having this open,

Compassionate heart space,

This open,

Compassionate flower.

And at the far end of this garden bed,

You'll actually notice that there are other flowers that open up and they are all also parts of you,

Parts of the aspects of who you are.

There is the business person part of you.

There is the family member part of you.

There is the lover part of you.

The playful fun part of you.

The part of you that's still sitting in a bit of wounding.

The part of you that's the sister,

The daughter,

Or the brother,

The father,

Whatever role that you play.

There's a flower of each and every aspect of self right there.

And what you notice and what you see is that you as the whole healed flower,

This beautiful,

Compassionate love,

This beautiful,

Bright,

Open awareness can just observe,

Be aware at all the parts of you that may or may not reflect you,

May or may not be a bit different,

Just have a look around and just see what do all their flowers look like?

What do they feel like?

And just know at any point you can come back and merge this energy with each and every part of you and each and every person around you and each and every event in your life through the power of awareness,

The power of reflection,

And the power of integration.

As you recognize the strength and the absolute awareness of all of these powers that you have inside your heart right now,

You give so much thanks to yourself,

To your body,

To your world for creating this magnificent perfection,

This template for us to grow and shift and change and open and ascend into the beings that we were meant to be.

We have this tool at our disposal to systematically heal all aspects of ourself simply through this process.

You may have to do some flowers many times,

You may have to only do them once and you may have to never do any of them.

Just sit with the awareness of wherever you're at and that is absolutely perfect for you.

You have this sovereign presence in your flower,

This perfectly whole healed loving part of you,

This open compassionate vessel to be a light,

To shine a light and to integrate all those aspects of you that are just like you except not healed yet.

Or if they are healed,

The absolute acknowledgement and acceptance and connection of these beautiful parts of us that form part of the whole.

And all of these parts of us that look exactly like the flower that you're already in,

This perfectly whole healed individual,

You'll actually see them start to merge with the flower that you're already sitting on.

All these flowers are coming from around you,

The parts of self that are a part of you,

They become part of your flower,

Your flower gets more and more magnificent.

The petals are extending,

The size of it is extending,

The power and the energy that it's projecting is bigger and bigger and bigger.

How amazing is awareness?

How amazing is presence?

The ability to be present with all parts of ourselves,

All parts of our life.

The sun is now high up in the sky,

You're feeling the power of your own presence and every aspect of self that you've just embodied.

And you give thanks for the perfection of yourself and the universe.

Be aware,

Acknowledge and accept all those other flowers in the garden that you still get to connect with and love and you cannot wait to come back here and give them the love that it deserves.

With this knowledge,

With this awareness,

You just sit there and slowly watch the sun go down,

Feeling completely at peace,

Feeling in harmony with yourself and your flower,

Feeling connected completely to the earth.

You notice one by one the flowers,

How they react to the sun going down and you just observe,

You just watch.

You see the beauty of the garden beyond,

The grass,

The trees,

The space,

The air,

You notice all of it.

An hour after hour goes,

The sun slowly goes down over the horizon and the petals around you slowly close back up for rest.

You place a beautiful intention overnight that you remain connected to yourself and to the earth and to your purpose and healing.

And with that intention,

The petals gently close around you again and you find yourself back in your room with the absolute clarity,

Wisdom,

Awareness and connection of who you are and the excitement for what tomorrow will bring.

Take a big breath in,

Take a big breath out.

Whenever you're ready wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
