How are you guys?

Hey Sandy.

If somebody could just put in the chat really quick that you can hear me.

Hi Sandy,

That means you heard me.

Okay.

Let me see.

Thank you.

So,

For today,

The typical flow that I do in these Sunday sessions,

I do a little chat.

I kind of bring a different topic to the table each week that has to do with self-growth,

Evolution of consciousness,

Just kind of being a human on the planet right now,

What that feels like.

So I bring a topic.

Sometimes I'll offer a journal prompt,

Something that you can write down and come back to or kind of explore as we're moving along today,

Whatever feels good to you.

A lot of times I'll pull a card to share.

And then I end with a meditation.

And my background is quite varied,

But I do have an energy healing background.

So I usually bring an aspect of that into our meditation practice.

And there's no wrong way to do that.

So if you're not familiar with energy work or energy healing,

That's okay.

I kind of guide you through it.

And there's no wrong way to do it.

So it's all good.

I do encourage people to have a journal handy,

Have something to write with.

One,

There's the journal prompt that I offer.

And two,

I think it's just nice to be able to write something down if it feels important to you.

If you get a download or something really resonates,

Something just kind of strikes you as important or significant,

Then I think it's nice to be able to just have a space to write it down.

So that's that.

And then you'll want to have whatever you like to have for your meditation today.

So whatever makes you cozy for that practice.

I'm going to just burn a little bit of sage here before we start.

I also always like to add that the chat is a very safe space.

So my topic today,

This has,

Per usual,

It's been coming up a lot in my life lately,

Which is why I feel called to talk about it.

And of course,

It's been something that I think,

You know,

Is just kind of with me all the time.

I think a lot of people think about it often,

But what I'm referring to is life purpose.

Life purpose.

What we feel like we came here to do.

What your soul is here to do.

Some people call it your Dharma.

And that has been coming up more and more for me recently,

Because what I've noticed about that is that the more that I heal internally,

The more that I take myself on this journey of self growth and evolving.

I feel like our life purpose is revealed when we are able to uncover and allow the layers of the conditioning and the fears and the traumas and a lot of the ego stuff.

Right.

Like shame and guilt and jealousy and greed and comparison.

All of those things.

Right.

When you work on those things.

To allow them to fall away from you.

What I notice is your purpose just comes forth effortlessly.

It's just revealed because you're no longer in the mind trying to figure it out.

It's like you've had this clearing and you're so much more connected to what is true and to your soul that there is a lot of clarity around why you feel you're here and what you feel really called to do.

Because all of the noise and the chaos within and the chaos in the mind,

All of that starts to fade.

And there's this beautiful,

Natural,

Just rising up of purpose and truth.

And it's so simple.

It feels very useful.

That is what I'm noticing lately.

And I did a little journaling about it last night.

I started watching a little show on Gaia about the gene keys.

I can't think of the name of the man who started it,

But really interesting story.

If you have Gaia or if you feel like looking it up,

It was pretty cool.

The gene keys,

It's kind of similar to human design.

And I guess he actually worked with the man before he passed away who created human design.

And the gene keys kind of plays into that a little bit.

But it's one of those things that if you believe in it,

It can help you to understand your place in life or your path or your journey or your purpose.

He gives you a blueprint of understanding your soul and your essence and your struggles and your gifts and all those things.

So I was watching a little bit of that last night and something that he said really resonated with me because it was a download that I had received maybe a couple of weeks ago about purpose.

And what I was just explaining to you is that as you do the work to clear these things away,

When you overcome your struggle in life,

If everybody has their particular struggle,

When you start to heal and overcome those things and evolve beyond those things,

Your purpose is revealed.

It's quite lovely.

So that's what I wanted to talk about today.

Let me check the chat here.

The more I heal,

The less I want to see the news.

Is this normal?

Absolutely.

I live in a bubble,

100%.

I don't bury my head in the sand.

I'm aware.

And a lot of it even comes from just intuition.

I can feel what's happening in the world on an energetic level.

I don't have to watch it.

And I also feel like it's hard to trust people.

It's hard to trust what you hear on the news.

It's hard to know what's real and what's not.

It's hard to know what's actually happening and what are just fear tactics.

So I do not watch the news.

I'm aware,

But I don't want to be lied to or manipulated.

So I think there's other sources out there that maybe are a bit more truthful than others.

But I definitely relate to that,

Sandy.

And I'm sure other people do as well.

Because you just realize what's really happening.

You realize that a lot of what we are shown is manipulation.

It isn't true.

Yeah.

I stopped watching the news during COVID.

It's toxic.

I remove myself from toxic relationships.

I remove things I read and watch that don't support my healing.

Yeah,

Totally.

There is very little that I will expose myself to.

Like the Gaia Network.

That feels good to me.

Because I can watch things about things that align with my values.

Like people on a healing journey or people doing really beautiful,

Heartfelt,

Inspired things.

That feels good and supportive to me.

It's really hard for me to watch movies or Netflix or even certain songs.

You come to realize that most of.

.

.

And there's nothing wrong with this.

There's still a place for this.

But most of music,

Most of art,

Movies,

Entertainment,

Right?

It's all based on the experience of the ego.

So when you start transcending those things for yourself,

It just becomes kind of annoying to watch other people.

Not be able to figure it out.

Like you watch a movie about somebody who has been struggling with relationships forever.

And you're like,

Well,

Duh.

This is why you're struggling.

And if you just did X,

Y,

Z,

You wouldn't have this issue.

But we also wouldn't have a movie to watch.

So,

You know,

Some are more digestible than others.

But if you notice that for yourself,

That is very normal.

If you're going through this kind of awakening,

Healing journey,

Things that you used to be able to watch just can't really watch them anymore.

That does bring up another thing I was thinking of recently.

That whole movie thing.

Maybe it'll come back to me more clearly.

Yeah,

I can feel the energy.

Music selection.

Yeah,

It's really hard for me to listen to popular music.

Because it's just all about heartbreak and suffering.

And it's like,

Well,

Do your work.

Do your work.

And then you won't have that experience.

So I really tend to listen to music that is more like either it doesn't have lyrics or words.

Or it's about healing and self-growth.

And there's a lot of that music out there right now.

Because so many people are experiencing this on the planet.

Yeah,

Commercial music.

It is.

It's a weird frequency.

Yeah,

Because I think a lot of it is very manipulative.

And,

You know,

The whole Hollywood thing is a whole other topic.

But I think a lot of that has been intentional to keep us at a lower vibration.

You know,

To keep us numb and dumb and keep us in that lower energy.

So when you remove yourself from that,

It's a whole new experience.

Because you realize how affected you were in a negative way by these things that are considered normal.

By TV shows and commercials and movies and popular music and all of this.

It's such a low frequency.

Such a low vibration.

It's not fifth dimensional at all.

It's meant to keep you in lower vibrations.

So,

Yeah.

Glad you guys have awareness of that.

Okay,

So back to the life purpose thing.

If you want to,

Grab your journal.

What you could get curious about if you are interested in your life purpose.

I know many of us are.

First of all,

I truly believe that the only thing we have to do here is just whatever feels good for us.

There really is no right or wrong answer.

I think our only purpose on the planet is to just enjoy ourselves.

To have fun.

To feel all the feelings that are available.

That's what I was going to say about the movie.

Sometimes it feels like I'm just in my own movie.

And if I don't do things that light me up or that push me out of my comfort zone.

Nobody wants to watch a movie where nothing eventful happens.

So you can think of your life on earth that way.

Wouldn't you rather it be like the most exciting movie you've ever watched could be the movie of your life?

And are you doing things that would create an exciting movie for yourself?

Where you're like,

What might come next?

If I try this thing,

What would happen?

If I go to this place,

Who might I meet?

If I say this thing that I maybe feel hesitant to say,

What might come of it?

It's like really living.

Really living while you're here.

To me,

That feels like purpose.

But then there's other levels to purpose as well.

So some of us might have work that we feel called to do in the world.

That feels like purpose or fulfillment to us.

Where it feels like,

Oh yes,

This is how I want to spend my time.

This is what my soul wants to do or experience.

But some of us may not have that.

I mean,

I really don't know.

Your purpose in life could just be so incredibly simple.

Maybe it's just to laugh more.

Maybe that's your only purpose in this incarnation.

I don't know.

But I think it's worth getting curious about.

So my journal prompt to you today would be,

Is there something in your life that you just feel so drawn to that maybe it's not even really explainable in words?

You just feel it.

Is there something that you feel so connected to or something that you just can't not do?

Those would be some things to explore for yourself.

And what brings you joy?

What brings you a lot of joy?

And there's no judgment around this.

There's no expectation.

It's not what society says.

It's not about cultural conditioning that says what a successful life is like.

It's none of that.

It comes from your heart and your soul.

And it does not matter what it is.

It only matters that it feels important to you and that you feel better doing it than not doing it.

My personal example is this,

What I'm doing with you guys right here.

I feel a deep calling to talk about these things,

To talk about soul and purpose and heart and self-growth and evolution of consciousness.

I feel a deep calling to do that.

I don't know where it comes from.

I don't care if anything comes of it.

I don't care if I make money from it.

I have no attachment to this other than I just feel like I need to do it.

And that's it.

And that's kind of exciting,

Right?

Following that feeling for yourself and allowing it to guide you.

I don't know where this would lead me,

You know,

But that's exciting to think about.

It's part of the great mystery.

But it feels so good to listen to these parts of ourselves that we've been taught to ignore,

That we've been taught to suppress.

But I think the magic in life and that like creating the best movie for yourself is when you follow these parts,

When you listen to your heart and you listen to your intuition and you listen to your soul.

And that's part of why I lead meditation is because I have learned that in this practice of coming into stillness,

My mind gets quieter and quieter.

And I can actually hear my soul.

I can hear my heart.

I can hear my inner voice.

And it becomes louder and more recognizable to me.

And I want to live from those places.

I don't want to live from the mind because I know it's not reliable.

I know it's full of conditioning and all those ego things that I don't want to make choices for me.

So in meditation,

You can really help to open those parts of yourself so that you can live a life that is guided by your intuition,

That part of you can be really strong,

And you are listening to your heart and you are listening to your soul.

And there's this embodiment that happens.

It starts as an idea,

Right?

It starts as a practice,

And you can read about it.

That's how I started.

I would just read about other people who were embodying this way of living,

And I'd be like,

Okay,

I know it's possible because I believe these people and what they're saying.

They're doing it,

So I can do it too.

But right now,

Where I'm starting from,

It's an idea.

It's words.

It's knowledge.

And then with continued practice,

It becomes embodiment.

And then you're living it and you're feeling it and you're experiencing it for yourself.

And you know it's real.

It isn't just words or ideas anymore.

You are living it.

So that's a big reason why I share meditation,

Because I know how life-changing it has been for me.

Beautiful,

Beautiful gift.

Let's see.

Gifted on Netflix was a movie.

Gifted?

I haven't heard of that.

Yeah,

There are definitely some movies that feel good,

That feel heartfelt on those bigger networks,

But a lot of them aren't.

So you've got to be choosy.

And that's a good thing to listen to your intuition on.

I have noticed that my intuition has always been there.

There's always been that feeling in my body of pushing away from something or moving towards something.

That's what it feels like for me.

I get a feeling in my gut,

Like in the lower part of my belly.

That's where I feel it.

It just feels like a no.

And I have felt that for years and years and years and years,

But I didn't know what it was,

And I didn't listen to it.

And then I learned what it was,

And I started listening to it,

And I started to feel better,

And my life felt better,

And I just felt like I was on a more correct path for myself.

And it's not logical,

You know?

Intuition is not logical,

And it doesn't have to be.

It doesn't have to make logical sense.

It's just like a moment-to-moment what feels like a yes or what feels like a no in this moment.

Oh,

Let me read you what I wrote last night.

What I wrote.

Okay.

Yeah,

Trusting yourself without knowing why.

Yeah.

It does feel a little bit like a trust fall,

And it's a little bit scary in the beginning.

If you're not used to listening to that part of yourself,

If you're very used to operating from the mind,

It will feel very weird and different and scary to listen to other parts of yourself.

But the more you practice it,

Just on small things,

The more you notice that it's helpful and that it's real,

And then you start listening to it more and more and more,

And then it becomes more natural.

The intuition is louder.

You trust it more,

Right?

So it's just like anything.

It's a practice that you build.

It's like building a muscle,

You know?

Okay,

This is what I wrote.

I said I received the info recently,

Kind of referring to like a download,

I guess,

About life purpose.

I think it's universal.

Sometimes I don't know if the information that I get is just relevant to me or if it's like a universal message for everyone.

This one felt universal.

I could be wrong.

The info was that life purpose unfolds naturally at a higher state of consciousness,

Away from the ego territory,

When many layers of story and trauma have been cleared.

There's an opening and allowance for something greater to shine forth,

And it doesn't care about money or fame or success.

It comes from a place of unconditional love and just wanting to serve and help others.

It's not self-serving,

And it has no attachment to an outcome.

It just wants to give and to see what would come out of it.

It can only be revealed through the healing journey where all the scripts and wiring fall away.

It doesn't come through the mind,

And it's very simple and peaceful.

It isn't complex at all.

The energy is simple and very easeful.

That's what I wrote.

So,

Has anybody experienced that?

Does that resonate with anyone?

What comes up for you when you hear that?

I'm just curious what people are feeling about that.

Back to the journal prompt.

My suggestions for you,

If you want to get curious,

Would be just to explore,

Is there something in your life that you feel a deep reverence for,

A deep connection to that feels related to the core of your being?

Again,

This could be anything.

So,

Try to come at this with just a really open mind,

Open heart,

Open soul.

You're just getting curious.

What is that thing for you?

Maybe you're already experiencing it.

Maybe you're already living it.

It could be so obvious that you overlook it.

I don't know what it is for you,

But fun to explore and get curious about.

So,

That is my prompt for you today.

Okay,

Let's do our meditation.

So,

Grabbing anything you need for your meditation today,

You can sit or lay down,

Whatever feels good for you.

Yeah,

I think self-trust is one of those really hard things to develop.

I'm just speaking from my own experience.

Maybe there are other people who don't have that struggle,

Right?

It's like everybody's struggles are different,

But that was a big one for me,

Learning how to trust myself,

Listen to my inner voice.

Okay,

So when you're in a cozy spot,

Just shutting down the eyes,

Just taking some big inhales and exhales,

And just allowing yourself to arrive here.

Just place a hand on your heart.

Just allow yourself to be right here.

There's nowhere else for you to go.

Nothing for you to do.

Let's tell the mind that it's just not needed right now.

And let's just get ready to go a little deeper.

We're going to connect to the heart and the soul.

We're going to ground into the earth.

We're going to come into truth.

And bring yourself right into center.

Imagine that you are bringing yourself out of the past,

And you're bringing yourself out of the future,

And you're bringing all parts of yourself right here.

So all of you is present.

And just breathe into that.

All of you is present.

And we're going to say hello to Mother Earth.

So this is a really powerful energy practice that helps us connect into earth.

So one of my favorite visualizations,

I'll guide you through that.

Just imagine that you are in the middle of a deep,

Old forest.

And there's trees,

Giant trees,

Just the biggest trees you've ever seen all around you.

And you walk up to one of them.

And just see yourself putting your hands out on the trunk of the tree.

And just start to breathe in that feeling,

Being in nature,

Being connected to this really grand,

Wise being.

And then look down and notice your feet standing next to the tree.

And we're going to imagine that we have roots coming out of our feet.

And we're just going to allow them to descend.

They can sprawl out to the sides.

They can go down deep into the earth.

Just going to allow your own root system to just intermingle with the roots of the trees.

And again,

Just breathing here,

This really beautiful energy practice to connect to the earth.

And maybe you can imagine this energy running through your body.

Maybe you can feel it coming out of your hands that are touching the tree,

Coming into your hands,

Through your body,

And out your feet.

And you're just running this earth energy through your body.

It's grounded,

It's wise,

It's connected,

It's stable.

And again,

We're just using imagination.

There's no wrong way to do this.

You're just creating it for yourself.

Every person is allowed to have this connection to the earth.

And just notice what comes up for you.

And through this connection,

There's a natural transmuting that can happen,

A natural alchemizing.

When you connect to the earth,

You are asking her to clear your system.

So just allowing that.

And again,

You're just creating it.

You're asking for this.

And so it is.

It's how this works.

So just with intention,

You're sending out through your feet and into the earth,

Anything you're ready to shed,

Any layers you don't need.

Maybe something you've been carrying around for a long time that you don't need to carry anymore.

It can also just be a general clearing.

You don't have to know.

You're just trusting.

Deep inhale and exhale.

And take a big inhale.

And on your exhale,

Release.

Sending it down.

Inhale again.

Exhale,

Release.

Clearing,

Releasing,

Clearing,

Releasing.

Inhale again.

Exhale,

Release.

Clearing,

Releasing.

Clearing,

Clearing,

Clearing.

Anything that's ready to go,

It will go.

And with this space that we're creating,

We're going to call in more truth.

More peace.

So on your inhale,

Breathing those things in.

And clearing out the old.

And just allowing this to be true,

Allowing it to work.

Because all you need for it to work is your belief that it does.

This is how you create so much healing for yourself.

So filling up with all the good stuff.

Exhaling,

Releasing all that you no longer need.

And now we're going to move up into the heart.

You can place a hand there if you want to.

Just saying hello.

Inviting the heart to be a bigger part of your life.

Again,

Just breathing into that.

And we're going to connect to our inner voice,

Inner knowing.

Just calling that forward.

Thank you,

Inner voice,

For being with me,

For being loud enough for me to hear.

I will do my best to follow your guidance.

I ask you to be stronger and louder.

And my intuition,

I ask you to be stronger and louder.

And just breathing out any blocks to that.

You don't have to know what they are.

Just with intention,

I breathe out any blocks to that.

My intuition is strong.

I trust my inner guidance.

I'm connected to my heart and my soul.

I'm grounded to this earth.

And one more little connection point.

We're going to connect to something greater than ourselves.

You can call it source,

God,

Universe,

Whatever you want.

You don't even have to name it.

We're just inviting that in.

Opening up to that connection.

When we open up to this,

We receive so much support,

So much help,

Guidance,

Clarity,

Synchronicity,

Answers.

Things falling into our lap.

So again,

Just breathing into that,

Knowing it's available to you.

All you have to do is ask and believe and trust.

And again,

Let's clear out any blocks to that.

On your exhale,

Just clearing out any blocks to this connection.

And now just sit in this space you've created.

Recall this sacred space.

You're grounded.

You're aligned.

You're with your heart.

You're with your soul.

You're connected to something greater.

Just let that energy flow through you,

Just allowing it to be real.

If you have a question,

If you are looking for guidance,

Just ask for it.

From this space,

Ask for what you need.

And then let it go whenever you've asked for it.

Let it go,

Trusting it will find you when it finds you.

See if you can fully or as much as you can lean into that space of so much trust in life,

In something bigger than you.

What would it feel like if you could really put so much trust into that?

Can you feel that?

If you really knew that something was helping you,

Making your life easier,

And all you had to do was just believe that was true.

And now just take a moment for all of this to integrate.

Taking everything you needed,

Leaving whatever you didn't need,

And just breathe into that integration.

And set the intention for yourself to stay in this sacred space for the rest of your day as long as you can.

And when you're ready,

Just bringing your awareness back here.

Marcy.

Yep,

We had a time change.

Sandy said I often think that other people have it together.

Well,

That's a lie.

I mean,

Some of us probably have it a little more together than others,

But we all have our moments.

Separation is an illusion.

I believe we all came from the same place.

I wanted to share a story with you guys.

So when I take myself through that meditation,

When I create sacred space,

Which you can do on your own,

I also just recorded a meditation.

It should be released in a few days.

That pretty much takes you through that,

The grounding that we did,

Heart centering,

Connecting to soul,

Intuition,

Inner voice,

Source,

All that stuff.

I have a new meditation coming out for that.

So it is so powerful.

When you do this,

Your day will be so much different.

When I do this practice,

I notice way more synchronicity.

I notice,

I'm just going to call it source,

Source showing up in my life,

Providing things to me that I've asked for.

So much flow,

So much ease.

That is what gets created when you create the sacred space for yourself,

Because you're aligning with truth.

You're aligning with consciousness.

You're aligning with something bigger.

You're like hooking yourself up to everything.

Yeah,

It's amazing.

I've been practicing it for a long time,

So I can't say exactly what you would experience or how long it would take you.

But I do believe if you did it consistently for about 30 days,

You would notice a lot of shifts within you and then around you.

Like I mentioned,

I truly believe,

It just comes down to belief.

If you believe that there is a greater force helping to make your life easier,

Giving you answers,

Helping you with things,

Then it does.

It truly,

Truly does.

I've seen it happen again and again in my life and other people's lives.

I know that that's real.

Our mind struggles to surrender to that.

Our ego really struggles to surrender to that.

But if you can work on getting yourself to that place of trust and surrender,

It's a really great place to be.

It's so helpful.

So this is my story for you.

Just an example of what happens when you're in sacred space.

I was at the store,

And I was looking for a jacket that I had seen maybe about a month or two ago.

And I was searching through the racks,

And I searched through some of the clearance section,

And I couldn't find it.

So I had a couple other things,

And I walked to the dressing room,

And I asked the gal,

Hey,

I saw this jacket,

And I described it to her.

I said,

Do you still have it?

And she said,

Oh,

She looked it up on her little phone.

She looked it up,

And she said,

We might still have it.

If we do,

It's in the clearance section.

And I said,

Okay.

I looked there already,

And I didn't see it.

So it's probably just gone.

So I went to the dressing room and tried on my other items.

I come out of the dressing room,

And there is a woman about,

I don't know,

A few feet away from me,

And she's holding the jacket I was looking for.

And I hear her say to the person she's with,

I'm going to go put this away.

So I was like,

Okay,

If I just follow her,

She will take me to the jackets.

So I follow her as she's going back to put it away.

And I follow her into this other section I hadn't looked in.

There's another clearance section.

So she puts it away in the clearance section,

And I'm looking,

Looking.

I don't see it in my size.

The one she had was super teeny tiny.

But that is an example of ask and you shall receive.

I said out loud to the woman,

I'm looking for this jacket.

And then the universe provided me with the answer.

The moment I walked out of the dressing room,

The jacket was in front of me.

A woman was holding it.

So there's my answer.

Yes,

We have it in an extra,

Extra small.

That's not my jacket.

But I got the answer,

Right?

That to me is so,

I love those moments.

Those feel like I'm not alone.

Those moments feel like something is listening.

And it's providing me guidance and answers.

So it's a silly example.

But when it happens to you,

It feels quite nice.

Because it's a really lovely reminder that ask and you shall receive.

Okay,

Friends.

I think that's all I got for you.

Oh,

I did pull a card.

Let me read that.

So it's from this Goddess Power Oracle book.

I pull from this deck once in a while.

I don't rely too much on cards anymore.

But sometimes it feels good to pull one.

So this is,

I'm not sure how to say it.

Yhi,

The sun goddess.

It's an Australian sun goddess.

So the card says,

When you shine your light into the world,

You will attract various people and experiences that match or challenge your commitment to being empowered.

Right now,

You are receiving information to know which choice to make,

Which opportunity to take,

And which person to trust.

The Aboriginal Australian sun goddess illuminates your path with her rays and brings clarity as she shows you what you need to know.

A bright light also attracts a lot of bugs.

So know that you may also attract those who see themselves smaller as a result of your empowerment.

This is conditioning that needs to be healed in many people.

All you can do is be incandescent and joyful,

Kind and truthful,

And the world will begin to reflect the goodness back to you.

Lovely.

I thought that was a nice card to kind of coexist with the topic today of purpose.

I feel like when you're in your purpose,

And you're living your truth,

And you're being really true to yourself,

That is such a bright light to shine into the world.

And people either will cheer you on,

Or they will try to bring you down.

And so it's just having an awareness of that.

It feels really lovely.

If you can allow yourself to expand in that way,

And to live very truthfully for yourself.

And to feel really confident about that,

To feel really good about who you are,
