Welcome friend,
Thank you for being here.
I am going to guide you through a meditation for accessing your deepest truth.
I recommend that you do this meditation twice a day for at least the next seven days and maybe even longer than that,
But this is a really great way to reconnect to the core of who we are,
To allow our truth to come to the surface so that we can live in alignment,
So that we can understand who we really are and how to make choices and live our life from that place,
From our actual truth.
So this meditation will help us access this place,
Allow it to be known and seen and felt and heard,
Because this is where we want to live from.
This is what we want to learn to trust.
So come into stillness now,
Find a comfortable seated position,
And just allow yourself to start settling into your body in this space,
At this time turning inward.
And let's start by taking some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,
And we want some deep belly breathing here.
So on the inhale you want to feel that belly expanding,
On the exhale releasing belly falls.
Inhale and exhale,
Inhale and exhale,
And just keep moving through these inhales and exhales,
Just allowing the body to settle,
Allowing the mind to start slowing down,
And just asking for peace,
Asking for presence,
Asking for stillness.
Nowhere else you need to be.
Ask that your mind and your body and your spirit be right here together.
And we're going to ground into this space now.
So I invite you to bring your awareness into your root.
If you're not familiar,
This is located at the base of your spine,
Right around your hips,
Where your bottom touches the floor,
And just connecting into that root energy center.
And just imagine that you're sending down roots into the center of the earth.
You can just start to visualize.
No wrong way to do this,
Just visualizing some roots traveling down.
They come out from your root chakra.
It can look however you imagine it to look.
Use your imagination,
Have fun with it,
Create something,
And just see those roots coming down into the earth,
And see how far you can follow them.
This is such a powerful way to ground.
We're using the grounded energy of earth itself,
And just see if you can feel into it.
See if you can call upon the grounded energy of earth,
And bring it back up through that cord,
And just notice.
Notice what you feel.
Asking to feel grounded is so powerful.
It just takes intention and belief,
And you can cultivate this feeling anytime.
And now I invite you to bring your awareness into the heart,
The center of the chest,
Your heart space,
And go ahead and bring a hand up to the heart,
And just place it on your chest,
And connect in with that heart space for a moment.
This is our center for self-love,
Self-acceptance,
And being able to give love and acceptance freely.
And if you struggle to give love and acceptance to others,
It is only a reflection of what you're not giving to yourself.
So see if you can tune into that,
That feeling of self-love,
Self-compassion,
A softening around your own self,
A kindness to your own self.
And I invite you to,
With your hand on your heart,
Call in all parts of self.
So say out loud,
I am calling in all parts of myself now,
And know that this is happening.
And just feel into that and just feel into that idea for a moment,
And sit in this feeling of wholeness,
That all parts of you are here.
Any energy that was left somewhere,
Your inner child,
All of your hopes,
Dreams,
Fears,
Sadness,
Every part of your existence,
Calling it all back into you.
And it's just a feeling,
Nothing really to do,
Just to acknowledge that all parts are here.
And now let's set our intention.
My intention is to come into stillness and presence and ask that my real truth be known.
Please align me with the truth of my heart,
The truth of my soul,
The core of who I am.
I ask that this come to the surface.
I ask to connect to my truth,
Not my ego,
Not my thinking mind,
Not my conditioning,
Not what other people think,
But me at my core.
Who is this?
Who am I really?
What do I really think?
What do I really want?
Who am I?
I ask that I connect to that truth.
And just allowing and just sitting in that stillness,
Just allowing for that intention to guide you,
Allowing your body to respond.
All that's needed is stillness.
I trust that in asking to connect to my truth,
I will be connected.
I will be shown.
It will be a natural process.
And see if you can relax into that knowing.
See if you can soften into that knowing that there is nothing you have to force or try to figure out.
Your truth will naturally rise to the surface.
It will be an effortless and graceful experience.
It will flow to you with ease and you will have patience and you will allow it in stillness,
In patience,
In practice.
Your truth rises to the surface.
Nothing to force,
Nothing to figure out.
And to seal this session today,
Bringing your hands into prayer position in front of you,
Bowing your head and saying a little thank you.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Self.
I trust.
I surrender.
I know my truth will come and I will live in alignment with this truth.
And when you're ready,
Just opening the eyes and coming back into the room.
Namaste.
