Welcome.

Take this moment to arrive,

Not just into the space around you,

But into the space within you.

Whether you are seated or lying down,

Let your body find support.

Let gravity hold you.

And when you are ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Nourishing breath in through your nose,

And exhale softly out your mouth.

Repeating this two or three more times.

Letting your breath begin to guide you inward,

Into the safety of your own being.

Today,

We invite in the mother archetype.

The version of you who already is a mother,

Not because she has a child,

But because she holds the capacity to nourish,

Protect,

Guide,

And love both herself and others.

Let's begin by grounding your body in safety.

Feel the support beneath you.

And imagine roots growing down from the soles of your feet into the earth.

Deep,

Ancient,

And held.

These roots carry wisdom.

The wisdom of every woman who's ever chosen to show up with compassion instead of control.

The wisdom of those who learned how to mother themselves after never being mothered.

The wisdom of the part of you that knows how to show up with presence,

Even when it's hard.

So let your body receive that.

Now,

Bring your awareness into your womb space,

Or to the low belly,

The place of creation and life force.

This space is more than physical.

It holds your knowing,

Your power,

Your intuition.

Even if this part of you has known pain,

Even if it's been shut down or ignored,

It still knows how to speak.

So place your hand gently over this part of the belly if it feels safe,

And take a deep nourishing breath here.

Imagine that within you lives a presence.

A version of you,

Wiser,

Slower,

Even softer.

And this is the inner mother.

And this is your inner mother.

The one who knows when to rest,

Who knows when to speak up and speak the truth,

Who knows how to tend to what is tender.

Just with your awareness,

Begin to imagine her stepping forward.

Let her become more clear.

This inner mother within you is not performative.

She's not perfect.

She's devoted.

Not because she's never tired,

But because she loves with intention.

The mother uses her intuition to know when to step in and support,

Or when to lean out and teach you that you can indeed stand on your own two feet and take your first steps.

She believes in you.

So let her merge with you.

Allow her to become you.

Let your breath guide the way.

Feel the energy of these words settling into your body,

Repeating them in your mind or out loud.

I am the mother now.

I mother my own heart with tenderness.

I show up with presence,

Not perfection.

I can hold space for what's real in me and in others.

I trust my intuition.

I trust my wisdom.

And I trust the timing of my life.

Like warm honey moving through your chest,

Like a soft earth beneath your feet.

Let these words become you.

Let's visualize a moment where this mother part of you is needed,

And that you can trust she will show up.

Maybe you see yourself in a moment of doubt.

Maybe your inner child is scared or crying.

Maybe someone you love is spiraling and you just don't know what to say.

Instead of reacting,

Pause.

Let this version of you,

The mother within,

Step forward.

What does she do differently?

What does she know that you forget when you're scared?

What would she say?

Take a moment to let this vision unfold.

And now say to yourself,

Slowly and deliberately,

I can hold it.

I don't have to fix it to love it.

I mother through my presence.

And I am already enough.

Feel the peace within you as you remember who you are.

The truth of the inner mother within you.

As this meditation begins to close,

Allow yourself to feel how it feels to embody her.

The groundedness in your belly.

She is not separate from you,

Because she is you.

When you are kind,

When you are patient.

Let this archetype anchor in yourselves,

Not as something you must strive for,

But as something you already carry.

Let her rise within you when you're anxious,

When you're tired,

When you're tempted to abandon yourself.

Let's take three final breaths together.

Inhale and exhale.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Noticing the air on your skin.

The way your body feels a little bit more full,

More safe,

A little bit more whole.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

May you walk today with the patience of a mother,

The boundaries of a mother,

The intuition of a mother,

And the devotion of a mother to your life,

To your heart and to your sacred becoming.

You are the mother now.
