Kelvin took a prayer from the Dalai Lama and moved it into a contemplation. The contemplation begins with busyness, the 'In Your Face' busyness of Samsara. Then, a moment of insight followed by the more subtle busyness of Samsara. The insight is that there is a continual flow of distractions. It seems that that once these distractions are seen for what they are, then we become less subject to them.

This is certainly an interesting track, starting so busily and then opening out into spacious simplicity. I’d like to know just what it is the Dalai Lama is saying there.
