Welcome to your morning serenity meditation.

This is a time of compassion.

A compassionate journey designed to guide you through the gentle embrace of mindfulness and breathwork.

In the peace of this moment,

Find a comfortable space and allow the rhythm of your breath to become the anchor for your inner exploration.

Begin by taking a slow,

Intentional breath.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

Hold for a moment and exhale,

Releasing tension you might be carrying.

Each breath is an invitation to come into the present,

And to acknowledge the sacredness of this moment.

As you breathe,

Visualize a soft,

Healing light surrounding you.

Picture this light as a warm embrace,

A warm embrace wrapping around you with love,

With understanding.

With each inhalation,

Draw in this light,

Allowing the light to cover every corner of your being,

Soothing any shadows that may be lingering.

Now,

Shift your focus to your thoughts.

Like leaves on a stream,

Let them gently float away.

Acknowledge them without judgment,

Allowing your thoughts to come and go.

You are not your thoughts.

You are the gentle observer,

The compassionate witness to the ebb and flow of your mind.

As you continue breathing,

Imagine your breath as the tide,

Moving in and out with a natural rhythm.

Inhale,

Feeling the rise and exhale,

Experiencing the release.

Each breath is an anchor,

Grounding you in the present moment.

In moments of darkness,

Remember the power of your breath.

It is a tool,

And it's always available to bring you back to the here and now.

Inhale courage,

And exhale doubt.

Inhale acceptance,

Exhale judgment.
