Welcome.

My name is Karen Jones and I'm an energy healer,

A transformational facilitator and a mentor to help women come into their feminine embodiment.

Today,

I'm speaking to you and leading you on a guided meditation to make the shift from uncertainty to confidence using feminine embodiment.

By now,

I trust that you've listened to the previous meditation on developing safety,

The sense of safety by connecting deeply into your body,

Into your womb space.

And now a next step is that of really claiming confidence.

So take a deep breath.

Filling your lungs,

Your chest,

Your belly,

And let it out with a sigh,

A ha sound,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your chest and belly,

And out with a ha sound,

Ahh.

And one more time,

Ahh.

So much of the time we experience the opposite of confidence,

Uncertainty,

Lack of trust,

Doubt in ourselves,

Hesitation where we hesitate to take a needed step.

All of this coming from lack of confidence.

Consider for a moment what that feels like for you.

For me,

It's like a lack of a foundation,

A weakness,

A wavering.

Yet when I feel confident,

And trust me,

There is at least one area of your life that you feel confident in.

As you bring that to mind,

That feeling experience,

Perhaps you feel a solidity as if you were firmly planted in the earth.

And you know,

Even if you're doing something you've never done before,

That you can do it.

There's a way through.

You firmly trust yourself.

With confidence,

You feel like you can rely on yourself.

You're content with yourself and your achievements.

That is what we're going to shift to now.

So close your eyes.

I recommend that you sit with your feet flat on the floor or on the ground.

Awareness in your chest in your breath.

Notice how your belly and your chest feel as you inhale and relax as you exhale.

As you breathe in,

Imagine you're breathing in all your good.

And as you exhale that you're releasing any and all tension,

What no longer serves you.

Now let your awareness drop even further into your belly and into your hips and pelvis.

Down your thighs,

Down your lower legs,

Into your feet and out the bottom of your feet,

Down into the center of the earth.

Connecting deep with mother.

Awareness back now into your hips and pelvis.

Your center of power as a woman.

Breathing as if you're breathing in and out through your hips and pelvis.

And now even deeper inside to the place of your uterus,

Your womb,

Whether or not you have a physical uterus into this womb space,

This mystery,

This cave of creation.

Letting yourself breathe.

Being open and receptive.

What does your womb,

Your body,

Desire you to know about confidence,

Confidence in yourself,

You as a worthy,

Unique individual and an aspect of the divine.

You may hear words,

A phrase of a song,

A smell,

A taste,

A sensation,

An emotional feeling or even nothing at all.

Notice what is there,

Giving space for this deep,

Powerful aspect of you to connect with you.

You can ask what does confidence feel like,

Look like?

How is it in your body when you stand with confidence?

There are two parts to confidence.

One is being in your body,

Connected with your center of power,

Connected with the deepest aspects of yourself.

The second is experience.

So as you stay connected to your womb space,

Bring to mind a time when you are at your most resourceful,

Your most capable and skillful and most wise.

Perhaps you just finished a project fabulously.

Your presentation was amazing.

You created something in your studio.

You made a meal that your loved ones just were ecstatic about.

Maybe you were with a friend who needed your compassionate support.

Feel that experience.

This is you at your most resourceful,

Capable,

Compassionate and wise self.

And this confidence that you can feel in this area of experience,

Bring it to all aspects of your life.

So sensing into your womb space,

Your hips and pelvis and connected to that resourceful self,

That confident self.

Notice what is confidence like for you?

How does it feel in your body?

Feel the strength,

The foundation like a tree planted and rooted deeply in the earth.

Branches can wave in the wind,

But it does not blow over.

It is flexible and strong.

Or whatever else you are feeling in your body.

What is confidence emotionally?

The emotional feeling.

And what is confidence in your thoughts?

The quality of your thinking from this stance.

Breathe in confidence.

Breathe out confidence.

Breathing in confidence.

Breathing out confidence.

Breathing in confidence.

Breathing out confidence.

Stay in this energy,

This experience.

As long as you wish.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it out with a ha sound.

Thank,

Extend gratitude to you.

Your womb space,

Your center of power.

The resourceful self that is you.

Keep gratitude.
