My name is Karen Jones.
I'm a retired OBGYN physician and energy healing practitioner.
And I assist women into their feminine power and connected with their own embodiment being in their own bodies.
It is my passion to help people to thrive.
Today,
I'm going to help you to connect into your center of power as a woman.
Connect into your uterus,
Your womb,
And find that place of safety deep within.
So let's come together.
If possible,
I recommend that you're sitting with your feet flat on the floor,
Your spine straight.
And start with placing your awareness on your breath.
Noticing how your chest and belly feel as you breathe in,
How they empty as you breathe out.
Letting your awareness now drop into your hips.
Feeling it move as you breathe.
And now let your awareness drop even further down into your hips and pelvis.
Then into your thighs,
Your knees,
Your lower legs,
And your feet.
And from there,
Let your awareness drop deep into the center of the earth,
The womb of the mother.
Now back into your hips and pelvis.
And if you need to go ahead and put a hand right up above your pubic bone.
So that you are holding this part of you.
From there,
Let your awareness extend out to the edges of the room.
And notice now with your awareness in your hips and pelvis,
Your legs,
What's the quality of your emotions of your mind,
Your thoughts,
And of your body.
When I have my awareness in the lower half of the body like this,
It's as if that part of my body is warmer,
Even heavier.
You might notice such a thing yourself.
And now in your imagination,
In your inner knowing,
With your intention,
Let yourself connect with your uterus,
Your ovaries,
Your womb.
And it doesn't matter if you don't have a uterus or ovaries or womb because it's there energetically.
So imagine or intend,
You're connecting deep inside yourself.
And with one of your hands,
You're cradling that center of power for you as a woman.
The center of feminine power.
And you can ask yourself,
Ask your womb,
What do I need?
What does my womb need?
What does my womb need to create that knowingness of safety?
Be receptive.
Be open.
You may notice thoughts,
Images,
Sounds,
A knowing,
Or nothing.
Notice what is there for you.
Letting your awareness gently touch the womb space,
The bottom of your pelvis.

It's a cave of mystery,
Of safety,
Like being snuckled up in a warm blanket in the safest place you can be.
And know I am absolutely safe.
Hold yourself in this place of deep connection to you.
Knowing you're connected not only to your womb space,
Your uterus,
Your center of power,
But from here you connect deep into yourself.
And let yourself really know I am completely safe.
Connected.
