Let's have a talk about you as an energetic being.

There's a word in the ancient spiritual scriptures of India.

It's called Spanda.

Spanda means the pulsation of the God force in space.

And what it refers to is that all of existence has a pulse.

So Spanda is,

Let's say,

The pulsation of the heartbeat of the God force beyond the atom and everywhere.

In all of the ancient scriptures,

There's constant hints that you are an energetic being.

It shouldn't surprise you if you think about a block of ice melting into water,

Which melts down into vapor,

And then vapor melts down into molecules.

So all solid entities go back to energy.

And any scientist will tell you that to measure energy,

You're measuring frequencies,

Vibrations,

Pulsations.

That's how they measure energy.

It'll really help you think of your human interactions as the interaction between two energy fields.

And this word resonance means,

Is your energy field,

Or any other energy field,

Is that energy field in sync with the other energy field?

Are the two fields repulsing each other or attracting each other?

So you can select a two-hour period one these days and think of human interactions as interactions between energy fields.

When you find a good match,

There's some underlying calmness to the excitement,

And you feel energized afterwards instead of being depleted.

Resonance means that you and the other energy field are complementary of each other.

And the question is,

How do I raise my vibrational frequencies in order to get more support from nature?

If we talk about the vibrations of emotions,

The emotion with the highest vibrational frequency is love.

And then there are three emotions that quickly and drastically reduce your vibrational frequencies.

And those are fear,

Guilt,

And shame.

If you think about politics and,

In the old days,

Organized religion,

The institutions used guilt,

Shame,

And fear to control it.

So in the old days,

The image people had of God was a very angry,

Shaming,

Revengeful being that would cut you down as soon as you made a mistake.

You know,

If you take it back to nature,

That cannot be the personality of the creative force.

It cannot be punishment and anger and shaming.

Recital of the mantra Aum.

Aum is the sound of the pulsation of the God force in all of space.

What I recommend to all of you,

Get a sound system,

Maybe a portable one,

And tuck it away in some corner of your home and play the sound of Aum at almost zero volume,

Just a tiny bit,

So that the sound doesn't bother anybody.

And just keep that sound in your home all the time.

I used to have a meditation room,

More than 700 people had meditated in there,

And the sound of Aum was always on in that room.

And a plumber and electrician came in to work in that room,

And they complained that they were getting very,

Very sleepy.

They couldn't continue working in that room because many,

Many people meditated there.

You can try this.

For the next two days,

Walk around seeing yourself in society in an energetic,

Vibrational dimension.

So if you go to a dinner party,

Look at the dinner party as the interaction between energy fields.

And then if the energy drops,

You feel it immediately.

All it takes is for one nervous person to walk into the dinner party,

And everybody starts to feel tense.

This is all vibrations.

So instead of thinking of yourself with a first name,

Last name,

Passport number,

Think of yourself as a block of ice that melts down into water,

Further melts down into vapor,

And then molecules.

That's the reality of human interactions.

Also,

Your muscles are constantly talking to you.

Same with your breathing.

If you meet somebody who is somehow going to harm you,

Somehow not good for you,

Your muscles will tense up.

Like if you pay attention to your stomach muscles,

Those are some of the first muscles to tense up.

If somebody is threatening or somebody is demeaning you or is too lustful,

Approaches you,

Your stomach muscles are going to tense up.

And then the next thing,

Your breathing.

Your breathing becomes shallow,

Irregular.

You often hold your breath,

And your breath goes from the abdomen to the chest.

When you're doing chest breathing,

You are tense.

Enjoy those two days thinking of yourself as an energetic being.
