Effortlessly Create All That You Desire (While You Sleep)
Let’s change how we look at manifesting. Instead of attempting to gain something, let’s shift into allowing whatever is in our highest and greatest good to come forth. Many times we stand in our way of manifesting, simply by the old thoughts we continue to think. Once we release the illusion that we are in control, we will become a magnet drawing everything we desire to us, effortlessly. So join me in this powerful meditation to change the way we are attempting to manifest everything we desire. By shifting your energy you will change your life for the better. Welcome.
My name is Kalyani.
Thank you for joining me in this powerful manifestation meditation.
Let's begin this journey by finding a comfortable place to rest our mind and body.
Take some time to find a quiet space to practice.
Doing your best to eliminate all distractions.
But be easy with this.
There really isn't a perfect place to practice.
There will always be things moving or happening around us.
That's life.
We may hear street noises,
Or simply notice noise from the next room.
It is best to practice meditation with headphones to assist you in blocking out all external sounds.
But more importantly,
Each time we hear a sound,
Realize that we have a choice in how we respond to it.
We can react,
Getting frustrated that the sound drew our attention away from our practice,
Which would create a low vibration energy.
Or we can respond,
Viewing that sound as a reminder to keep our awareness within,
Which would create a high vibration energy.
The first step in manifesting all of our dreams is managing our energy through awareness of our thoughts.
Each time we notice a thought that doesn't feel good,
We can change it to a thought that feels better.
Getting us one step closer to creating our manifestation into reality.
To begin,
Let's start to really let go.
As you settle in,
Make small adjustments so that you can feel supported and comfortable.
I invite you to take in a slow breath,
Filling your body all the way to the top.
Then let it all go.
And again,
Take a slow,
Deep breath in,
Filling up even more this time.
Then sigh it all out.
One last,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Filling up,
And exhaling empty out completely.
Take a moment to connect to the support beneath you,
And allow your body to sink into that support.
Invite your breath to become natural,
Allowing your body to choose the rhythm of your breath.
Trusting that your body will support you in guiding your breath.
There's no need to control anything.
Releasing all control as you allow your body to choose the rhythm of your relaxed breath.
A deep sense of trust in your body,
In this moment.
Time to create our Sankalpa.
A Sankalpa is a cultivation of something that you need in your life.
It's your reason for practicing,
Your heart's intention.
A Sankalpa is a seed that you plant at the beginning of Yoga Nidra.
Then you water it with your practice over and over again until it comes true.
As you begin to form the words of your intention,
Ask yourself,
What do I need?
What does my mind need?
What does it desire?
Feel free to use your own words,
Or join me in our group intention.
I effortlessly create all that I desire to come into my reality.
Repeat your chosen Sankalpa silently three times to lock that intention into your mind and body.
Now take a moment to really check in with your body.
Observing your body supported and helped.
Make any last final adjustments,
Moving any way you need to,
To find even greater comfort and ease.
Then snuggle under your blanket,
Cultivating a sense of safety and security.
In Yoga Nidra,
We attempt to remain in stillness,
But you can always move at any time if your body is not completely comfortable.
The idea is to allow the body to melt away from the mind.
But if you are even slightly uncomfortable,
That is all that you will be able to focus on.
So take this time to really shift and move as needed.
Then invite your body to rest in comfortable stillness.
Next,
Become curious about how your body feels in this moment.
Like a researcher,
Noticing sensations without judgment or emotions about what you discover.
Simply taking mental notes of what you observe.
Scan your body from the top of your head all the way down to your feet.
Noticing any areas of tightness or tension within your body at the start of our practice.
Observe the scalp and face.
Soften your eyes,
Inviting your closed eyes to gently look up.
Allowing your external sight to rest as you awaken your internal vision.
Notice your ears hearing all the different sounds around you.
Check in with your mouth.
Become curious.
Are there any residual tastes on your tongue?
Then ask your tongue to soften a little bit more as you create space between the upper and lower teeth.
Is there any old tension hiding out in the hinge of your jaw?
Sense the movement of air in and out of your nose.
Notice what aromas do you discover within your nostrils.
Check in with your sense of touch as you observe the temperature of the air on your skin.
Feel the weight of your clothes.
Allow your blanket and gravity to wrap you in a feeling of comfort and protection.
Notice sensations in your neck and throat.
Allow your shoulders to grow heavy and soften down away from your ears.
Sense your upper arms,
Elbows,
Wrists.
Imagine just for today that we can open up the tips of our fingers.
Feel that any tension that was hiding out begins to flow down from the head,
Neck,
And shoulders.
Sense it flowing over the arms and the hands and begin to feel it dripping out of the tips of your fingers.
Notice sensations in your chest and upper back.
The front and back of your ribs.
The belly and low back.
Ask all internal organs to soften into relaxation.
Notice the hips and buttocks.
Upper legs.
Ankles.
Feet.
And all 10 toes.
Now any old emotions that no longer serve you begin to flow down from the torso,
Down over the hips,
Down over the legs and feet.
Begin to feel those old emotions dripping out of the tips of your toes.
Your entire body resting peacefully.
Supported and held.
Notice that each exhalation makes the body feel heavier and heavier.
We begin to sink deeper and deeper into the support behind us,
Comfortably heavy in each and every muscle.
This heaviness helps our mind to slow down.
Thoughts still come.
It's what the mind is designed to do.
But they slow way down.
This heaviness in the mind and body helps to create space between the thoughts.
Take a few moments to savor this feeling of heaviness within and all around.
Now imagine a staircase with 5 steps.
Taking us deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Step 5.
Feeling heavy.
Stepping down onto step 4.
We grow heavier and heavier.
Step 3.
Helps us sink deeper and deeper.
Step 2.
Shows us that our body is so heavy that it would be a challenge just to raise even our baby finger.
Step 1.
We notice even our eyelids are heavy and it would be a challenge to try to open them.
Step 2.
We arrive on the ground floor,
Comfortably heavy,
At ease as we sink deeper and deeper within.
Without changing anything at all,
Just notice that the breath has slowed down too.
As we inhale,
We fill up completely.
As we exhale,
We grow empty,
Empty,
Empty.
Now begin to observe all of the space we created within as we used our breath to grow empty.
We have drifted below the level of our physical body.
We have drifted below all of our senses.
And together we have arrived at the vast field of possibilities that can only be discovered within the vast space within.
Observe the space within like a dark sky at night that goes on and on and on.
See the light of the twinkling stars as potential.
Thousands and thousands of possibilities light up the dark space within.
What do you tend to focus on?
The darkness or the light?
No judgment,
Simple awareness as you explore the space within and all around you.
Now let's travel deeper within our mind.
Move the awareness up to the space between the eyebrows,
Known as the third eye.
Notice if you feel sensation here.
Maybe you feel tingling or warmth.
Or do you see this space between the eyebrows as bright white light.
This center is our seat of intuition and insight.
It is our connection to that small voice within that always guides us along our path if we choose to listen.
Now imagine we can draw a line straight back into the center of our mind.
You may see this line as a brilliant white light or feel it as sensation.
Simply imagine this line as you move your attention up to the very top of your head.
Simply imagine this line as you move your attention up to the very top of your head.
Simply imagine this line as you move your attention up to the very top of your head.
Source.
Energy.
The Divine.
Feel the truth that you are no longer alone.
You are connected.
With your attention on this first line,
Draw a second line down through the top of your head until it meets the first line.
Then rest your attention and awareness on the point where the two lines meet.
Begin to breathe directly into that point in the center of your mind.
Each inhalation helps it to grow larger and lighter.
All thoughts are gently pushed out to the sides as that spot grows larger.
Feel it expanding beyond the confines of your mind and body.
Feel that energy radiating out through every pore.
Into the space around your body.
Then continue to expand.
Inhaling larger and lighter as you fill up the room.
Inhaling larger and lighter as you fill up the whole building.
Space within.
And endless space all around you.
Floating here in the vast field of potential.
Feel a sense of pride and accomplishment.
Together we have uncovered the vast field of possibilities that resides within our own mind.
We are so much more powerful than we believe ourselves to be.
Through awareness and attention,
We step back into our power.
As the creators of our life,
We cut through the illusion that life happens to us.
And instead,
We begin to acknowledge the role we play in creating our life.
This is not just another way to blame ourselves.
If things aren't going how we want them to go right now,
Instead this is a way of taking your power back.
If you created all of the situations in your life,
It means that you can change them too.
We co-create our life with the help of the divine.
There is a bigger picture that we may not always be aware of.
But through this connection to Source,
We can realize all of our potential.
So let's embody our connection to the divine.
Focus for a moment on becoming a clear channel for universal breath to move through.
Anchoring ourselves to something greater than us.
Deeply connected.
We will imagine that we can inhale through the soles of our feet.
Up to the top of our head.
And exhale from the top of our head down to the soles of our feet.
Feel the breath moving through you.
Clearing out any leftover clutter.
Clearing out old beliefs that keep us stuck in our old reality.
Once all of that is gone,
Feel that the breath actually comes in from beyond your feet.
And then moves out beyond our head.
Before returning to move through us once more,
We become a clear channel for the universal breath to move through.
Now ask yourself,
What is it that my heart desires right now?
We are not talking about surface level stuff here.
We are not attempting to manifest things,
Although that is possible too.
Instead,
Search your heart for a desire that is backed by inspiration and service.
Many times we talk ourselves out of our desires.
We find every excuse why we can't make our dreams come true.
But when we truly desire to have something,
To be of service through this dream,
We simply need to relinquish control and allow ourselves to be open and guided to the situations and people that will make it happen.
So become unapologetic about your desire.
Have faith and trust.
It is already on its way to you right now.
If you will only get out of the way,
Speak it as truth.
As if it already exists.
And cultivate a deep sense of gratitude that your desire has come true.
Let go of the need to control or guide.
Instead,
Be open to whatever is in your highest and greatest good.
If we get too narrow in our thinking,
And only want to manifest one particular outcome,
We may miss an even greater opportunity that the universe is conspiring to bring to us.
So once you state your desire,
Release it completely.
Trust that it is being taken care of.
Affirm to yourself,
I step back and let go.
I trust that all will be as it should be.
Then begin to imagine how you will be able to help others when your desire comes into your reality.
How will it feel when you realize that what you dreamed of really did come true?
Remember how it feels to be a child on Christmas Eve.
Experience the joy and excitement of your desire manifesting into your life.
Commit to yourself to stay open,
And notice all of the inspired signs that will guide you on your way.
Remember a time when everything just fell into place for you.
You met the right person.
You said the one thing that sparked a great conversation.
Doors opened,
And opportunities were all around.
You can live that way every day.
You can live in the flow of creation.
Choose to live in gratitude for all of your many blessings.
Even when things are not going your way,
Look for the reason and seek hope once more.
Check in with the garden of your mind.
If every positive thought grows a beautiful and fragrant flower,
And every negative thought creates an ugly,
Invasive weed.
.
.
What does your current garden look like?
We cannot manifest our desires if we spend most of our time in thoughts of fear.
Frustration?
Tend to the garden of your mind,
Lovingly pulling out the weeds to create space for even more flowers.
Acknowledge the difference in vibration between the thoughts that create weeds and the thoughts that create flowers.
Stay in the higher vibration thoughts and emotions.
By staying in the higher vibration thoughts and emotions,
You will become a powerful magnet to all that you desire to create.
Your dreams will find you,
Instead of you seeking them out.
Now think back to your intention for practicing.
If you used your own personal Sankalpa,
Please repeat it three times silently within.
If you chose to use the group intention,
Repeat after me.
I effortlessly create all that I desire to come into my reality.
I effortlessly create all that I desire to come into my reality.
I effortlessly create all that I desire to come into my reality.
Feel once more the support behind you.
Accept that support.
Guided and allow yourself now to drift off into creative restful sleep.
As you send gratitude to your mind for the ability to practice today,
Have faith that you will continue to create all that your heart desires as you drift off into inspired sleep.
Thank you so much for trusting me to be your guide on this creative journey within.
I hope to have you back again soon.
In the words of my teacher,
With deep respect and love,
I honor my heart,
My inner teacher.
Much love,
Kalyani.
