Rebirthing Breathwork is conscious connected breathing through your nose,
Guiding you deep into your subconscious and illuminating what is ready to shift or move.
So let's begin.
I invite you to find a comfortable seat or lie down.
Close your eyes,
Take a long deep breath in through your nose,
Open mouth,
Let it go,
Sigh it out and again deep breath in through your nose and let it go out through your mouth sigh,
Again deep breath in,
Let it go out through your mouth.
Let's pause for a moment and tune your attention within your body.
Notice what you can sense or feel inside of yourself.
Noticing any pops of sensation,
Any emotions that might be present,
Any moving energies within your body,
What is here.
I invite you now to breathe in through your nose.
Start slow and then breathing out through your nose,
Let it go.

Some words of self-worth and self-acceptance.

Can you notice the tingling of your body?
Can you notice the support beneath you as it holds you?
Can you notice the subtle pulsations of your heart?
Now back to a natural flow of breath,
You might like to place one or both hands over your heart.
I invite you to repeat these affirmations after me.
I choose to know that I am enough.
I choose to know that I am worthy of my own love.
And I choose to offer my own love to myself every single day.
And when times get really hard,
I choose to offer extra love to myself.
I choose to be the love that I wish to see in the world.
I choose to know that I am here to live a great life.
