This is a rebirthing breathwork practice.
You'll be breathing in and out through your nose.
It is the breath of a newborn baby.
It is the breath of life.
Breathing in this way,
Conscious connected breathing,
You will start to clear anything that is blocked or stuck and start to cleanse and clear your system.
If this is a new practice for you,
It may feel a little bit quick.
You might notice tingling or tension in your body.
Know that this is also very normal.
We will be doing three rounds of 20 breaths.
And so what I'm going to invite you to do is keep your lips closed,
Breathe in through your nose,
And then relax your diaphragm and let the breath go.
Breathe in through your nose and relax the diaphragm.
Let it go.

And so the practice will sound something like this.
You may start to feel a little bit tingly or lightheaded.
You might feel a change of temperature,
Either heat or cool.
Know that this experience is quite natural and normal as you breathe in this way.
So when you're ready,
Closing down your eyes.

You may like to sync your breath with mine.
