This is a very effective breath practice to begin centered for your day. The pace of the breath practice is quicker, in order to activate your system after sleeping and bring your nervous systems (sympathetic & parasympathetic) into regulation. If this practice is very activating for you, you may like to try slowing the pace of your breath.

This is a rebirthing breathwork practice.

You'll be breathing in and out through your nose.

It is the breath of a newborn baby.

It is the breath of life.

Breathing in this way,

Conscious connected breathing,

You will start to clear anything that is blocked or stuck and start to cleanse and clear your system.

If this is a new practice for you,

It may feel a little bit quick.

You might notice tingling or tension in your body.

Know that this is also very normal.

We will be doing three rounds of 20 breaths.

And so what I'm going to invite you to do is keep your lips closed,

Breathe in through your nose,

And then relax your diaphragm and let the breath go.

Breathe in through your nose and relax the diaphragm.

Let it go.

Breathe in through your nose and relax the diaphragm.

Let it go.

And so the practice will sound something like this.

You may start to feel a little bit tingly or lightheaded.

You might feel a change of temperature,

Either heat or cool.

Know that this experience is quite natural and normal as you breathe in this way.

So when you're ready,

Closing down your eyes.

For this next round,

You may like to sync your breath with mine.

Breathe in.

Let go.

Breathe in.

Let go.

Breathe in.

Let go.

On your next breath in,

Breathe in all the way.

And open your mouth,

Sigh it out.

For this next round,

You may like to sync your breath with mine.

Breathe in.

Let go.

Breathe in.

Let go.

Breathe in.

Let go.

On your next breath in,

Breathe in all the way.

Open mouth,

Sigh it out.

And hold.

And return back to a natural flow of breath.

When you're ready,

Third and final round.

Breathe in.

Let go.

Breathe in.

Let go.

Breathe in.

Let go.

On your next breath in,

Breathe in all the way.

Open mouth,

Let it go.

And hold.

Notice what you can feel.

Notice the subtle sensations,

Pulsations.

Notice as they begin to subside and soften.

Take another full breath in.

Open mouth.
