This talk will cover your relationship between breath and how we create our reality. We address the spirit and the science behind how we create life or resist it. You will be invited into journaling questions to prompt you to uncover your shadow and then you will breathe through it in a Modified Rebirthing Breathwork practice. I share about some clients success in changing their lives for the better through changing belief systems and behaviours. The music in this track is created by me under my artist name Kalilah.

Notice how your body feels in this moment.

Notice if there are any pockets of tension or tightness.

Notice if there are any emotions present,

You might like to scan your body for any emotions that might be here,

Sad,

Joy,

Anger,

Frustration,

Fear,

Surprise.

Knowing that everything that you experience within your body right now is welcome.

You might like to contemplate what an intention you might have for this session could be.

Is there something that you're ready to let go of?

Is there something that you're calling in?

What is it that you would like to change?

Take a deep breath in and a long sigh out.

Again,

Deep breath in,

Long sigh out.

This time,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Hold the breath in,

Hold and pause.

Long slow exhale,

Let it go,

Allowing yourself to arrive here fully,

Knowing that anything here that you learn,

You can apply to your life so that you may create your dream reality.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Sometimes it just takes a moment and a few breaths to really land.

So here we go.

How can we use breath work to create your dream reality?

I'm going to go through all of this in this workshop today.

I am so excited to be bringing this to you.

Obviously,

If you're here,

You must be somebody who is a leader or a role model for others.

Perhaps you have your own business or perhaps you have your own healing company or healing modality.

Perhaps maybe you are a coach or a leader of some sort.

I know that there are lots of names on here that are leaders and teachers and facilitators and healers and coaches.

And some of you are meditators and some of you are just interested in healing.

So these are the kinds of people that I sort of attract into these workshops.

If you or you are here probably because you're also really driven in life or you're wanting to refine your drive,

You're probably here because you're a creative and you're somebody who loves to grow.

I'm going to invite you to put into the chat,

Get your fingers ready because there's quite a few of these little activities that I'd like for you to pop into the chat.

Even though there's only a couple of us online,

You can also just add your answers in just so that I can sort of get a feel of who I'm speaking with here.

All right,

So let's do an activity and I want you to grab your journal and I would love for you to answer this question.

If you were able to create your dream reality with no limitations,

What would you create?

Let's take a moment to contemplate.

Is there something in your life right now that's not working?

Is there a person in your life that you would love to make peace with or would you like to get rid of that person perhaps?

Is there a situation that's in your life right now that you're really ready to let go of?

Perhaps it's a job or a situation.

Know that whatever it is that you are ready to let go of,

Probably it's time if you've thought about it once or twice and it feels like a true thing in your body,

Then probably it's what's best,

Especially if there's fear around leaving the job or leaving the partnership.

I'm not encouraging for people to do that,

But I am saying that sometimes we have it in our awareness and we're too fearful to act.

My curiosity is what would you change and from that change,

What would you have space to create?

I'll give you a little example.

I've decided to take myself off social media and I did it 24 hours ago,

A little bit less than 24 hours ago,

And it has been really fascinating to watch how many times I check my phone and how many times I go to open the app and it's logged out so I don't log back and not only that,

But how often I think about things that I can create and put on social media and I've realized how much energy and attention social media has taken from my life.

And so in letting that go,

Even just in 24 hours,

I'm starting to notice that there is a huge space in my life now.

So Robin,

That's amazing.

I would love to know what you're ready to create.

So I'd love for you to put it in the chat,

What are you ready to create in your life?

So now that I have all this space as somebody who has invested a lot of time and energy on social media,

All of a sudden I have this space.

What will I do with my time?

What will I create?

So this is just an example of how we can create from creating space,

From letting go of something.

So from here,

I'm going to invite you to take a breath once you've answered that question.

You can just write it in your journal or you can put it in the chat if you're with me here.

And then I want us to,

I'm going to invite you to answer these three questions.

Yes.

I would love to create my own business with these tools.

Amazing.

I fully support that.

I think there needs to be more of us because there's so many things,

People out there that are,

You know,

Seeking support.

Okay.

So now that we've identified what we're creating,

Is there anywhere that you're judging yourself or others for having this thing that you're wanting to create?

Do you compare yourself to others?

And if so,

Where do you do that?

The second thing that I'm going to invite you to answer is,

Am I feeling shame or embarrassment for wanting these things,

Shame or embarrassment for putting yourself out there?

And then the third question is,

Am I feeling envy or jealousy that someone else has what you're wanting?

These three questions are a sign that some sort of shadow is playing out.

So you might like to take time now,

If you're watching the replay,

You can pause the video.

But those of you who are on the call now,

I'm going to invite you just to take a moment to answer these questions quickly.

You will get the replay.

So you will be able to see or refer back to these,

These questions if you need.

And just sort of feel into whether or not these are things that you might be experiencing within yourself.

I recently had my own experience with something similar to this,

Where I realized that I was judging myself as having made a certain decision.

And I was feeling quite envious about certain people that had what I was wanting.

And I realized that I had a story within me that I was telling myself that I wasn't enough,

That what I was doing wasn't enough,

That who I am as a person wasn't enough.

And so I've had to do some really deep inner work and do a lot of breath work in order to,

To shift that,

That shame,

That guilt that I was harboring,

Because I was telling myself,

You know,

That I don't deserve to have this thing.

What I want to share about,

You know,

The answers to these questions is often,

Um,

When we uncover some sort of shadow aspect of ourself or something that's been unconscious,

We often go through this phase of like,

Oh my God,

I can't believe I've been doing that to myself.

Like this sort of downward spiral,

Know that that's part of the journey,

That you don't have to stay there,

But it is,

It is a part of the journey.

And that doesn't mean that you're doing it wrong or that something's bad or that you're bad.

What it actually means is that we're learning to come into a state of acceptance of what we're seeing in ourselves.

Not only that,

Once we've,

You know,

Addressed everything that's,

That's come up around what we're wanting to create,

It actually creates the space that we need in order for,

For our manifestations to land in order for what we want to create in our life to come into our life,

Because we're no longer functioning at a lower bright vibrational frequency than what we're calling in.

If you were,

And this is a really important point,

Probably I'll touch to it later.

If you are vibrating on the frequency of that,

Which you're wanting to create,

It would already be here.

So it's not so much about awesome.

Thank you so much for sharing a struggle with self-belief in my diaphragm.

Yeah,

I totally get that.

I get that as well.

And I think there's a lot of people that would probably resonate with that as well.

So I think once we are able to,

I love that you're also aware of it in your body too.

I think that's very,

Very special.

Not everybody has that capacity to be able to,

You know,

Be in contact with what's inside of them.

So once we integrate these aspects,

It actually takes us or carries us into a frequency that is a vibrational match to that,

Which we're calling in.

I don't like to say that it's a higher vibration.

I think I might've just said that by slip.

I don't like to say higher or lower frequency because I don't believe that,

You know,

That there is a hierarchy.

I sort of believe that we are in different phases at different points in our life.

And so when we are vibrating at a particular frequency,

We are actually able to call in that which meets that frequency.

So I've noticed over the many,

Many years that I've actually been doing this work,

That when I am telling myself a particular story,

I have experiences that perpetuate that story for the good and for the more challenging.

So let's continue.

Let's take a breath.

I'm going to invite you to pause and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Open mouth,

Let it go,

Sigh it out.

Let's do that again.

Sometimes these questions can be quite heavy,

Deep breath in,

Let it go.

One more deep breath.

So as I was sharing a moment ago,

We create not from our thoughts,

But from our subconscious.

What is our subconscious?

Our subconscious is the realm of which within us,

We are not aware of.

And that is like,

You know,

You've probably seen the iceberg,

Um,

With the tip outside of the water and then underneath the water is the rest of the iceberg,

Something similar to that.

We have only a little bit of awareness of ourself and there is so much going on in,

You know,

Under the surface.

And so we don't create from our thoughts,

Doesn't matter what you think.

You can be thinking things it's,

You know,

You can be thinking anything.

You can be having a really bad day.

Doesn't mean you're going to be creating from that really bad day.

What it is creating from is the stories that we're telling ourself on the inside that we're probably quite unaware of.

So what is required is a certain level of neurological reprogramming that we do in breath work.

Um,

That helps the brain to rewrite the narrative,

To change the story,

To change,

Um,

You know,

The belief systems that we've been telling ourself that have been holding us back that are limiting us.

That's why we call them limiting beliefs.

So your answers to the questions above are potential shadows that you can work on.

You can put them to the side and we'll come back to them later when we do the brief,

Uh,

Because we're going to take a little time a little bit later on in this workshop to,

To breathe and see if we can shift some of that energy that's behind,

Um,

The stories that we've been telling ourself.

So how we break repeated patterns,

If you could imagine or visualize,

You know,

We have our belief systems,

Which are connected to our thoughts,

Which are connected to our emotions,

Which create our behaviors,

Uh,

Which form our habits because we,

You know,

Usually repeat behaviors and they create habits and that reinforces a belief system.

So I'm just going to say that all again,

Because it's quite complicated.

And if you're not,

Um,

Seeing what I'm,

What I'm showing here,

Then I'm going to say it again,

Just to make sure you've got it.

You have a belief system,

Which fuels a series of thoughts,

Which fuels a series of emotions,

Which creates a set of behaviors,

Which creates a set of habits,

Which fuels the belief system.

So let's say somebody has a belief system that,

You know,

Life is inherently good.

Let's say it's that their thoughts will probably be about how good life is.

Their emotions would probably be more joy,

Happiness,

Peace,

Love,

Um,

You know,

Agitation sometimes,

But probably more of the positive.

There it goes again,

More of the affirming,

Um,

Then,

You know,

The limiting,

Which fuels a series of behaviors that are also life affirming,

Which creates life affirming habits,

Which fuels this positive belief system.

Now let's flip that on its head.

Let's talk about a limiting belief system.

Like the one I was sharing before about not feeling like I'm enough.

And let's say belief system is,

I am not enough.

The thoughts of fueling that belief system and saying you're not enough,

Which fills the emotions of lack of worthiness of worthlessness,

Sorry,

Of,

Um,

Sadness,

Grief,

Despair,

Anger,

Frustration,

Whatever the emotions are that fuel a set of behaviors that limit one's experience of life,

Which then forms a series of limiting habits.

And this is kind of how we get stuck in repeated patterns.

If you've ever been in,

You know,

Uh,

Let's say the same relationship with a different person over and over again,

This is evidence of a repeated pattern or the same really,

Really shit boss.

Um,

That's a repeated pattern or you earn a particular amount of money and then you spend it all away.

That's a pattern.

You know,

If this has happening multiple times,

Then probably it's a pattern.

So our habits are forming the patterns that fuel the belief system.

Now the beautiful thing about this is that we can heal any single one,

Like anything from,

Sorry,

Any point.

If we heal our thoughts,

It changes our behavior.

If we change the behavior,

It changes the habits.

If we change our habits,

It changes the belief system.

If we change our belief system,

Probably our thoughts,

Our behaviors,

And our happens habits will change.

Same with when we change a behavior,

Our thoughts,

Emotions,

Belief systems,

And habits will change.

So we can change.

We can alchemize,

We can transform any one of these,

You know,

Um,

At,

At any stage,

That's what I mean to say.

So it is absolutely possible to rewrite the subconscious breathwork takes us into the subconscious realm.

Like when we breathe in this way,

We start to enter the subconscious realm.

When you work with,

You know,

A breath worker one-on-one or me one-on-one,

We'll do a much,

Much longer journey,

Which actually takes you into,

Um,

You know,

Brain waves that are deep meditation,

Uh,

Hypnosis,

Um,

Visualization sort of spaces.

And you're able to reprogram that,

Which has been limiting in the past to program it,

To the positive.

So this is what we're,

Um,

You know,

This is the beauty of being human,

That our brain is malleable and we can change the way that we think all right.

So what does it mean to live your dream reality at,

You know,

Often we have this concept of a upper limit or a glass ceiling.

It's like this point at which we,

Um,

Can only stand a certain amount of good because we're not used to a certain,

Um,

We're not used to that much good in our life.

We're used to what our parents showed us when we were children.

We're used to those patternings playing out over and over again.

We're used to experiencing a certain level of shame or a certain level of grief or a certain level of frustration or anger.

And that will repeat throughout our life.

So usually we also have to address like,

What is the upper limit?

Like where,

And I,

I see it in my bank account sometimes if I haven't done the work on,

You know,

The finances,

You'll reach a certain amount of money and then sabotage will come in and it will drop it back down to where,

You know,

Your soul or,

Um,

Sorry,

Not your soul.

I beg your pardon to where your ego is comfortable to where you believe your worth or what you're worth.

And that's just one example.

This happens in all aspects of our life when we're relating to people,

Especially,

But as I've said in the previous,

You know,

Previously we can change this.

So what does it mean to live our dream reality?

Let's take a breath,

Deep breath in,

Sorry,

Just going to pause back on that.

What it means will be different to every single person.

What it means to live your dream reality will be different for everyone.

My dreams will be different to your dreams will be different to their dreams.

And so it's simply about uncovering and taking some time with yourself to decide what you want in your life,

Why you can,

You know,

Write down what your why is,

But you don't necessarily have to know why you want these things.

You can just want them.

And you have every right to come here to planet earth,

To play,

To,

To want what you want and to,

Um,

You know,

Work through the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from actually getting what you want.

And when you work through your limiting beliefs,

You will eventually,

Um,

Create that dream reality.

So this is what you don't want to do when you're wanting to create a dream reality.

And the first is to focus only on your healing.

And I see this so often in people and I've done it myself.

And you know,

When we're focused on only healing,

We actually forget the good part of healing.

We forget that by healing,

We're creating space by healing.

We're creating space.

We're shifting frequencies and calling in or able to call in that,

Which is a vibrational matched to our frequency.

So,

But when we're focusing on healing,

The problem here is that we kind of get tunnel vision.

And when a person has tunnel vision,

Their contour perpetually seeing what's wrong with them to heal.

And this is where we can make the biggest mistake because there is nothing wrong with you.

There is nothing to heal.

You are already perfect.

You are already exactly where you are meant to be.

And if we're wanting to create our dream reality,

Then there are going to be a few things that we need to heal,

But it doesn't need to come from a place of I'm not good enough.

I need to heal because I'm not good enough.

So this is the first way that we can kind of get a little bit caught on,

Um,

On forgetting that we can create our dream reality.

The second is,

You know,

All your thoughts is the,

Is the,

Sorry,

It's the belief that all your thoughts are creating your dream reality.

And that's simply not true.

And the reason that that's not true is because we are human and we are here to be a mess and make a mess and be this beautiful,

Big,

Messy thing that we are this being.

And it doesn't really mean that everything that you think will create your reality.

As I said before,

It's,

It's not about,

Um,

What you think creating your reality.

It's what your subconscious is doing.

Subconscious actions,

Subconscious habits,

Subconscious behaviors,

Some conscious belief systems,

Subconscious emotions.

And when we repress our stuff,

It perpetuates,

Um,

The,

You know,

The,

The limiting behaviors.

So what we're wanting to do is shift out of thinking.

I can't have bad thoughts.

We want to shift into thinking I can think whatever I like,

But I'm going to pay attention to what I am thinking and choose my thoughts wisely.

Okay.

Because at the end of the day,

Like if we're wanting to choose our thoughts wisely,

Simply because we don't,

We want it to be a nice place in here,

You know,

Like we'd like for the mind to be a comfortable place.

If we're going to live alongside it and be with it,

Then it needs to be something that we make peace with having,

But your thoughts do not create your reality.

So I can't sit here and think,

Um,

I want a million dollars.

I want a million dollars.

We want a million dollars.

It's not going to be just that.

I need to then do the deep work that,

You know,

And address,

You know,

The way I judge myself,

The thoughts that I have around it,

Address,

Um,

You know,

The limiting beliefs,

Any fears that I have around it.

I need to look at all of that and shift all of that out in order for that million dollars to come in.

Million dollars is,

Um,

You know,

Just an example.

And then the third is okay.

So only key,

Only healing to gain something.

And this is,

This is a,

You know,

Huge problem.

Um,

We call it the hungry ghost,

Um,

When,

You know,

If I've heard it many times in like spiritual practices where people are just hungry for more,

They just want more.

They just want more.

They just want more.

And I've seen it before where people only heal in order to gain something.

And actually that is not the point of healing at all whatsoever.

The whole point of healing is actually to get closer to yourself.

And by extension closer to the universal consciousness or God or great spirit or whatever you're wanting to call the energy of all that is.

So we actually should be choosing to heal in order to create a deeper connection to ourself and a deeper connection to the universe consciousness and by extension become more alive in order to experience life.

And that means not being afraid of our emotions and choosing to learn how to work with our emotions,

Choosing to learn how to,

Um,

Hold ourself when we're,

You know,

In moments of grief or shame or,

Or fear,

Whatever's coming up,

Learning how learning the skills,

Um,

To,

You know,

Overcome,

But also accept anything,

Excuse me,

That's coming up for you,

Which kind of links into the first one.

So,

You know,

We're not here just to focus on healing,

But we're also here,

Not just to heal,

To gain something we're healing with the intention to,

You know,

Create a deeper relationship to ourself,

But the benefit of that is creating space in order for something new to come in.

So let's take another breath to that deep breath in through your nose,

Open mouth,

Let it go.

So why is this important?

What does it mean to live your dream reality?

Why is this important to me?

And I want to share just a little bit about how my life changed and how,

You know,

Many of my clients' lives have changed when we have focused particularly on,

Um,

Clearing limiting beliefs and creating our dream reality.

When we clear a little bit,

Like just to start when we clear a limiting belief,

Usually what that does is create a deeper connection from me to me or you to you.

It creates that connection between the selves,

The self.

And so there is more self love as a result.

And I think this is why I think this is so important,

You know,

Clearing a limiting belief is so that we're stopping.

We stopped telling ourselves that we're not enough,

That we're not worthy,

That we're not lovable,

That I shouldn't be doing this,

That,

Um,

I'm not safe if I do that.

And,

You know,

I'm not safe within reason,

But just as an example,

I feel that when we clear this out and realize that,

You know,

We are enough,

That you are lovable,

That you are worthy,

That you are safe to create your life that you're wanting to create.

It actually creates a relaxation inside the body and the relaxation is the truest form of letting go.

And we say that often in rebirthing breath work.

So how this changed my life.

I started breathing in 2016 and my life was,

Had been a shambles 2013,

2014,

2015 real shit show.

Um,

And I started breathing in 2016 by accident and my teacher,

Uh,

Whose name is,

Uh,

Daniel Coates.

He,

Um,

Took me through,

Through my first session and called out a limiting belief that I had around money.

Um,

I told,

Was telling myself that I wasn't able to live out of home because I wasn't earning enough money.

So we did the breathe.

And within two weeks I moved out of home and moved into like this gorgeous little apartment with a beautiful friend of mine,

Um,

Just down the street from the beach.

It was like really close to the yoga studio that I was working at.

And you know,

Life was peachy.

And it was the beginning.

And I was like,

Whoa,

This is,

This is big.

This is something I didn't even know I wanted,

But I totally didn't want to live at home with my parents at that point in time.

And then I started playing around with it.

I was like,

Okay,

I want to,

I want to create more abundance for myself.

I want more money in my life.

I want to live more comfortably.

I want to live more,

Um,

You know,

With the goal towards my dreams and not week to week.

Like I had been as a yoga teacher and a manager of a yoga studio.

So I started mucking around with little manifestations.

I manifested somebody,

Um,

People gifting me things.

I think I received like five gifts in a week for no reason.

It wasn't my birthday.

Um,

I manifested,

This is a strange one,

But,

Uh,

I'd been,

I'm not a vegan,

But I I've been creative craving beef stroganoff in one of my breath work sessions with my teacher.

And I was like,

God,

I'd love to eat beef stroganoff.

And I get home two nights later and mom had cooked beef stroganoff first time in like 15 years that she'd done that.

And I was like,

Whoa,

Okay.

So slowly,

Slowly,

My life started to change.

And I started coming to Bali and I was like,

I want a job in Bali.

I want a job in Bali.

And I created a vision board that had,

Um,

The yoga bond pyramids of tea and,

You know,

Certain venues that,

Um,

Existed here.

And I had this,

You know,

Dream of working for these places.

I've been sound healing.

I,

You know,

Had,

Had manifested enough abundance to be able to move.

And you know,

Within six months of creating that vision board,

I was offered a job and I decided to take it and I moved to Bali in 2019.

So,

You know,

I,

You know,

There,

I will say also this,

That some things on my vision board actually fell away and weren't meant to be.

And I look back now and I see how,

You know,

That was an ego response that was wanting that for,

To satiate a part of myself,

Not because my soul truly desired,

Truly desired something.

So I started to,

Um,

You know,

I'd been working with people for four years by that point.

And I started to bring this into the work that I did.

And then I got kind of swiped sideswiped by focusing on trauma and understanding how important it is to be trauma informed.

And I forgot.

So more recently I have been,

I realized actually,

Sorry,

I'll say this.

I realized when a client of mine started her second lot of packages and she was like,

Karina,

I want to have some fun.

And I was like,

Great.

And so I said,

I sat there and I was like,

Okay,

How do we have fun?

How do we have fun?

How do we have fun?

And I was listening to a podcast and then it came bang,

How did I forget about the,

You know,

The most fun part of healing,

Which is manifestation.

How did I forget about the most fun part of healing,

Which is creating your dream life,

Which is clearing the old stuff in order to,

You know,

Shift our focus from that,

Which has been really shit to something that,

You know,

Is our dream.

So when you live your life from the creator,

From the creator's seat,

You will firstly address limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

So this is what we do in,

In everything that we do at the Embodied Breath Academy.

This is what I do with everybody that I work with,

Whether it's a group or whether it's a one-on-one and we definitely go into it in the trainings.

We address what limiting beliefs there are within us that are holding us back.

Why do we do that?

Because that they are creating thoughts and emotions and behaviors that are perpetuating the cycle of holding people back.

Now the thing that we think,

Oh,

Sorry.

The thing about belief systems is we believe them as true as the sky is blue.

So if you look up,

It's a little bit gray at the moment,

It's turning sort of,

You know,

But let's think it's the middle of the day and you look up and it's a sunny day,

No clouds in the sky.

What color is the sky?

It's blue.

Right?

Now,

When it comes to the belief of like,

Let's say a person has this belief,

I'm not good enough.

And I keep coming back to this one because it's usually the root cause of all limiting beliefs is I'm not good enough,

Or I'm not enough,

Or I'm not doing enough,

Something along those lines.

So when people have these limiting beliefs,

They believe them as true as the sky is blue.

And I haven't met anyone yet that doesn't have a limiting belief of some sort.

So what we teach in Rebirthing Breathwork is that our limiting beliefs,

We call them a personal lie.

And I love that because they are,

It's,

You know,

Brainwashing us into believing that we are not enough,

That we are not lovable,

That we are not safe and so on.

And I'm not going to go too much into what the belief systems are in this,

In this workshop.

But you can definitely look them up,

Or if you would like a resource from me,

I can send it to you.

So just ask.

So the thing that we've got to get our head around is the fact that the beliefs that we're telling ourselves that are limiting ourselves about life are actually not true.

They are a lie that we tell ourselves in order to keep us safe.

And thank God that this is trying to keep us safe,

Because at some point in our life,

That was required.

We needed to stay safe.

We needed to tell ourselves these stories in order for us to actually physically or emotionally or energetically be safe from someone else,

From another person.

So what we need to realize is from that point of like,

When we absolutely needed that system to be in place to keep us safe.

What has happened over time is that that's that,

You know,

Structured belief system,

Whatever you want to call it is no longer required,

But it still plays out.

And so we're looping in the same relationships or the same jobs or the same repeated patterns with money or with friendships or whatever that it is.

But when we address the limiting beliefs,

When we address the stories that we're telling ourselves,

We can actually start to come into one,

A state of acceptance of ourselves and of other people to,

We can also come into helping ourselves to realize that,

Yeah,

Maybe I do have this belief system of I'm not good enough,

But I also have a belief system of I am enough or I am good enough,

Or I am doing enough and we just need to turn the volume down on the limiting one and the volume up on the,

On the,

Um,

Life affirming one.

I feel as though we cycle through,

You know,

Different experiences in our life.

And when we cycle through different experiences in our life,

Sometimes an old belief system will resurface and,

Oh,

Here we go again,

Where we're back at square one.

I know a lot of my clients and probably a lot of you that have experienced this.

So just remember that it's okay.

If,

If we're addressing a limiting belief that you're addressed before,

Um,

We're probably experiencing a whole different,

Um,

Realm of challenge this time round.

And you know,

What it means is you've overcome what you were working with and with the signification of,

Of growth.

So the second one is when you live your dream life from the creator's seat,

You will address any suppressed emotions and look at any behaviors,

Behaviors that are limiting you from creating your dream reality.

So this is,

We start to pull in the other parts of that,

That diagram that I was speaking about before,

Where we had the belief systems,

Um,

The thoughts and emotions,

And then the behaviors and the habits we're now sort of starting to pull apart the emotions that may be holding us back and the behaviors that may be holding us back.

And what can we change in order for our behaviors to change in order for those things to start to come in firstly,

Secondly,

What emotions do we have to address and not suppress in order for us to have felt whatever we're holding,

However,

We're holding ourselves back.

So an example of this could be like,

Let's say fear,

Um,

Let's say somebody is suppressing an emotion of fear or they're unaware of subconscious to a emotion of fear.

When we address that fear,

It's uncomfortable and it's,

You know,

Challenging.

Sometimes it's best done when you're having your space held by somebody else.

And when they're able to feel that emotion as a process itself,

Which usually takes up to 90 seconds,

That's it 60 to 90 seconds is the amount of time that it takes for a raw emotion without the thoughts to filter through.

It needs to be acknowledged.

It needs to be expressed.

It needs to be,

Um,

We need to bring our awareness to it.

So we address any,

Any suppressed emotions and look at any behaviors that are limiting you from creating a dream reality.

And your third is we use the breath to move any stuck energy around the belief system.

I'm going to invite us before we actually breathe.

I'm just going to invite you to take a few moments to write down in your journal,

One particular,

Um,

Belief system that you know of that's been playing out recently.

Or if we go back to those questions that we did earlier,

Is there something in there that you would like to take into the breathwork session?

I'm just going to give you a little moment to write that down while I just switch on the light in here because I'm losing light.

If you're watching the replay,

I'm going to invite you,

Um,

To maybe pause the video.

Okay.

So when you're ready,

I'm going to invite you to find a comfortable seat.

I like to sit with my back against something.

It just feels a lot more comfortable.

If you would like to,

You can lie down.

We're about to experience a modified rebirthing breathwork session.

What we're going to do is breathe between 15 and 25 times.

We'll take 15 to 25 breaths.

It just depends on the rate and speed of your breathing.

Um,

And what you'll do is we'll be breathing for about two minutes,

However many breaths that is.

And then we'll pause and then we'll breathe for another two minutes.

Then we'll pause.

We'll breathe for another two minutes.

We'll pause.

We'll breathe for another two minutes.

We'll pause.

So you might start to notice yourself dropping into a deeper state of consciousness and signals that that's happening.

As you start to feel tingly,

You get a change in temperature,

Hot or cold.

You might get,

Um,

Waves of energy,

Move up and down your body.

You might get a little bit lightheaded.

That's really,

Really normal.

That's why I like to sit with my back against something.

It's not unsafe.

You are completely safe to experience this.

Some other experiences you might have is tightness or tension in a one or multiple parts of your body.

So just hold on to it and keep letting it go.

The other things that you might experience is,

Is emotion.

So tears might start to flow.

You might notice,

Um,

Uh,

Rising in frustration or anger or a strong emotion of any kind,

Shame,

Fear,

Guilt,

Whatever it is,

Just keep breathing through it and let the emotion come.

So if tears want to come,

Uh,

Tears always take priority over the breath.

So let yourself cry as you feel you need.

And then there's also,

Um,

More energetic or mental experiences.

People can sometimes get swirls of color behind the eyes,

They get visions,

They get aha moments.

And when people are doing full on rebirthing sessions,

Sometimes those visions sort of go into a lot more depth,

Um,

And can intrinsically heal,

Uh,

Old wounds that were once,

You know,

Quite weighty or heavy in terms of energetics,

Um,

Or made the person feel a lot.

Whereas,

Um,

When we're breathing in this way in a long session,

In a real session,

In a full session,

I should say,

Uh,

People will process things whilst they're in this deep subconscious state,

Which is reprogramming the brain.

It's quite amazing.

So I'm going to invite you to take a comfortable seat and close your eyes.

And we're going to learn the breath together.

I'm going to take you through,

Um,

A breathing style like this.

If you are driving,

Cause there's a couple of people in the,

In the,

Uh,

Chat with videos off,

Please do not do this practice because it will drop you into subconscious.

So if you're driving,

Just listen.

Okay.

Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Two more deep breath in and a long breath out.

Sigh.

One more deep breath in long breath out.

Should start hearing some crystal balls in the background,

Keeping your lips closed this time,

Breathing in through your nose and let the breath go.

And as you let the breath go,

It's just a relaxing of your diaphragm,

Breathing in and let go.

Breathing in and let go.

Breathing in,

Breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe in.

Take five more.

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe in,

Breathe in.

On your next breath in,

Breathe in all the way and hold,

Hold and pause.

Open your mouth.

Let it go.

Sigh it out.

Hold the breath at the bottom.

Pause.

Returning back to a natural flow of breath.

When you're ready,

You might like to keep the hold.

You might already be noticing tingles or something inside your body.

Begin to move sensations of tightness or tension.

Do the second round.

We'll do this time a little bit quicker.

The whole principle of rebirthing breathwork is to connect the breath out to the breath in and connecting the breath into the breath out.

Not only that,

The relaxation of the diaphragm,

It's just letting it go,

Just dropping.

No hold,

No pranayamic practices,

No contraction of the diaphragm at all.

We're just letting it go.

When you're ready,

Breathing in,

Breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Let go.

I invite you now to contemplate without judgment,

Any limiting beliefs you've had,

Any stories you've been telling yourself,

Any judgments,

Any envies,

Any I can'ts,

Any dreams that you wish you had.

I want you to contemplate that for a moment and notice where you feel that inside your body.

I'd like to place a hand over where you feel that inside your body.

This time we'll breathe into that.

I invite you to breathe in,

Let go.

Breathe in,

Maybe the tension begins to sort of get a little bit more agitated.

That's okay,

Just keep breathing.

Stay with it.

You are safe and you are held.

On your next breath in,

Any parts of you that are coming to life as we breathe,

This is really important.

This is what breath work is all about,

Conscious,

And the reality that I am creating is beautiful.

I invite you just to pause and just be with yourself for a moment.

Noticing what is shifting and moving within you,

The energies that bounce around inside and externally.

Notice if you need to take some movements or stretch or hold yourself,

Wrapping your arms around your chest,

Giving yourself a squeeze.

And taking your hands,

Rubbing your hands together so that you're creating heat.

And just placing it to a part of yourself or the part of your body that feels like it needs a bit of healing right now.

And allowing the heat from your hands to radiate internally inside yourself.

And I invite you to open yourself up to receive that healing.

Take another long,

Deep breath.

Let it go.

When you're ready,

Start to open your eyes,

Observing the space around you.

You can release your hands from your body.

Just taking in the colors,

Textures of the space that you're in.

You can take a moment to journal if that feels good.

If you're watching the replay,

It's amazing what we can do with just 10 minutes of breathing.

You know,

How deep we can go,

Even though it's just a modified practice.

That was a modified practice.

So yeah,

Take a moment now to journal what has come up,

If anything at all.

Just give you about a minute for that.

So what we just did there was a very small,

Short taster of what rebirthing breathwork is.

Rebirthing breathwork is conscious,

Connected breathing through your nose.

Traditionally,

It is done lying down on the floor and you breathe between 60 and 90 minutes.

It's quite a powerful experience.

And I love that I've chosen rebirthing breathwork because it's done really safely online,

As well as face-to-face.

So we can do it both face-to-face and online.

What we did was we brought our awareness to the physical sensation of a particular belief system or fear or story that we're telling ourselves,

Because our body will respond,

React to the stories that we tell ourselves.

It will show up in the form of sensation,

Just a little bit like,

You know,

The sensation in your stomach,

For example.

When we get these experiences on the inside,

I believe,

This is my,

You know,

I don't know if this is naive,

But I'm just going to share it anyway.

But I feel like it's the body's response to the self-rejection.

When we tell ourselves we're not enough,

We tell ourselves we're not unlovable,

The body feels rejected.

And so it creates this like,

Kind of energy that creates sensation.

And it's there to show us that,

You know,

That sensation is there to show us that what we're telling ourself isn't true.

What the mind is telling the body isn't true or what the mind is telling the self isn't true.

It's just a story.

So by breathing into the sensation,

Often it does one of two things.

It will start to dissipate.

Sometimes it will amplify.

When it amplifies,

We've just got to talk to it.

Hello,

Welcome.

Thank you for being here.

As I asked you to say that to yourself before.

Another example could be,

I'm here with you.

I am here with you.

I'm here with you.

And as we breathe,

It helps the energy surrounding that pocket of tension to move.

And usually that pocket of tension has been there for years.

It started somewhere in childhood and it's been subconscious until today.

And as we breathe,

We're clearing out the energy.

It's like we're moving energy out of our body that no longer serves.

Any stagnant,

Stuck energy,

It moves it out.

So just going to check my notes.

Where are we up to?

This is,

You know,

This is a really powerful skill.

Breathwork is a really,

Really,

Really powerful skill that you can learn to do on yourself by having sessions.

It's a powerful skill that you can learn to do by going into trainings or programs.

And so the benefit of learning breathwork is you learn a skill that you can do on your own.

We say birthing after about five sessions,

You probably are safe to breathe yourself.

So you can,

You know,

Just do five sessions with a practitioner.

It's recommended to do eight to 10,

But you could do just five,

Go out into the world,

Live your life,

Shit hits the fan.

You set yourself up and you breathe.

And that helps you to move the energy that's stuck.

So it's a huge,

A powerful skill to be able to work with yourself when,

You know,

Stuff goes wrong.

There's been many,

Many,

Many,

Many,

Many times that I've breathed myself because,

You know,

And I suppose like I've breathed myself and empowered myself that I realize that I am my own healer,

That you are your own healer,

That the breath is this mechanism inside of us that is naturally here in order for us to heal.

It heals us.

Secondly,

You know,

As I said before,

You can learn to love yourself even more.

And if loving yourself is a bit extreme,

You can learn to accept yourself even more.

And that creates a container of safety between all the different parts of you.

And we're gonna,

I'm not gonna go into parts work today,

But I believe that,

You know,

The different versions of you at different points in time require attention at different points in time now in our current life.

And when we breathe,

We learn to make peace with all of those parts,

Especially when you do it with a qualified,

Amazing practitioner,

One of the Embodied Breath Academy or myself.

And the last thing is we move any stuck energy that's keeping you locked in repeated patterns.

And that's the brilliant part,

Because that is how we realize that we're starting to,

Yeah,

Starting to manifest and create our life from a place of true authenticity,

From what we really want,

From what our soul is calling in and from what our soul's purpose is on this planet at this point in time,

Because it's often changing.

So I have clients that,

You know,

Have gone through sessions and sessions and sessions and completely changed their life.

I've got one who we were breathing for over a year and a half.

And by the end of our breathes,

He did something like 25 sessions with me.

He got the courage to quit his corporate job.

He bought a van.

He's now a breath worker,

And he's traveling around Mexico,

Breathing people,

Running workshops and like,

Yeah,

He's amazing.

Another one is my beautiful,

Actually,

I won't use her name,

Beautiful client.

She came to me with a lot of anxiety and depression and scarcity and lack.

And she has created a beautiful relationship with a beautiful partner.

And,

You know,

She's very in love and they've bought a house and her life is moving in the trajectory where she felt very,

Very stuck when we first started working together.

Got another client that,

Wow,

This was really special.

She actually felt pregnant the night after our last breathe together.

And they'd been trying for two and a half years.

And yeah,

We breathed,

She breathed,

I breathed her.

And that night they felt pregnant.

So there's all these amazing stories.

I could go on and on and on about this,

But what I've realized is that breath work and working in a container with me has empowered people to have the courage to clear the limiting beliefs and take actions in the directions of their dreams.

Wow,

I love this work.

So one thing I can say is when people choose to go down the path of investing in their wellness through Rebirthing Breathwork,

They absolutely will experience some sort of transformation.

And it's because we're clearing limiting beliefs.

It's because we're clearing stuck energy.

It's because we're choosing to change behaviors that will change habits and so on that people are gaining more access to the truth of who they really are,

To their most authentic self,

To the parts of themselves that are much less fearless.

And so because of this,

Changing their lives.

It's amazing.
