If you'd like to take the next few minutes to visualize creating a sacred connection,

Please sit comfortably.

And if it's safe,

Close your eyes or softly gaze downward.

Just allow your mind and body to settle into this present moment with a few deeper than normal breaths.

As you breathe deeply,

Invite a bit more space in between each rib,

Noticing your spine lengthening and dropping your shoulders.

Then allow your breath to fall into its normal cadence,

Whatever that is right now.

And bring to mind a time when you felt full of joy or at peace,

Or were experiencing a sense of awe.

This could be an entire phase of your life or even just a moment.

Several memories may be coming to your mind.

Try to focus on the one that's resonating the most.

And if nothing comes to mind,

Try to imagine what it would be like to have peace,

Joy.

And once you have this time in focus,

What are you doing to feel this way?

And more importantly,

Who are you being to feel this divine connection?

Not just the titles of your life,

Mother,

Father,

Worker,

But who are you being when you take away those character names?

If nothing comes to mind,

That's okay.

Is anything else coming to mind about this moment in time when you're experiencing joy,

Peace,

Awe?

Now,

Imagine intentionally doing similar practices in your current routine and being that joyful,

Peaceful person today.

What difference would that make?

Let go of those excuses and judgments.

If you could do just one of those things and return to that truth of yourself.

If you could do that just for one day,

What difference would that make?

And how might you benefit from these sacred connections?

And beyond yourself,

What are the benefits,

The ripple effects of you being and doing those practices to connect with the divine?

How might those around you and around them benefit?

American author,

Debbie Ford reminds us that all the answers you need are inside of you.

You only have to become quiet enough to hear them.

So take a few moments to silently listen to what's possible,

Not forcing nor judging any answers.

Just listen.

Now,

Let go of the questions and the answers and silently set the intention for joyful,

Peaceful connections.

And begin to become aware of your surroundings and the things that are happening around you.

And as you begin to become aware of your surroundings,

And as you begin to become aware of what's going on around you,

You'll begin to become aware of what's going on around you.

And as you begin to become aware of what's going on around you,

You'll begin to become aware of what's going on around you.

And as you begin to become aware of what's going on around you,

You'll begin to become aware of what's going on around you.
