Notice the breath as it enters your nostrils.
Is it moist or dry?
Shallow,
Deep?
Take a moment to settle into the breath,
Becoming curious to it.
Notice the breath through the rise and fall of your shoulders.
The inward and outward movement of your belly,
If you place a hand on your belly.
Feeling the breath as it deeply enters into your abdomen.
Notice the experience of the body being breathed.
The body can serve as an anchor similar to the breath.
So notice where the breath seems most alive to you,
Most present.
And draw some curiosity to that region so that throughout your day you can return to it.
If you need a pause or a rest.
Now let us shift from the body to the mind.
Clearing the mind of any thoughts that reside from night or early morning.
With each breath,
Inviting the intention of your day to manifest as a statement or commitments.
How do you want to show up for the world?
Visualize yourself living this intention.
Notice if there's an underlying motivation or aspiration that you want to place out to the universe.
Something to guide your day,
Your week.
Noticing now not how you're showing up but who you're wanting to be.
And take this one step further by asking the question why and noticing what our underlying motivation is and both our intention,
How we show up for the world,
How we show up when we ask who we are being in the world or a commitment.
And now asking why our motivation,
Our deeper beliefs.
You can take your commitment,
Your aspiration,
Even the noticing of how you show up and place it into the form of a declaration.
Or a statement that you put out to the universe.
So offer that in some form.
And upon offering that,
Return to the anchor that you chose,
To the breath.
Once again,
Clearing the mind.
Now take three deep breaths again,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling from the mouth.
Re-centering yourself.
And when you hear the bell,
You can take another moment to sit before returning to your day.
Thank you.
