So sitting tall with the eyes closed,

Finding length through the spine and softening the shoulders away from the ears.

Let's begin with some Kapalabhati breath.

So taking a deep breath into the nose and then snapping the belly up and in,

Sharp forceful exhales through the nose.

Keep it going.

Lifting Uddiyana Bandha up and in,

Forcing the air out through the nose.

Quick rapid cycles with the breath.

And empty all the air from the lungs.

Take a full breath in and hold the breath at the top.

So just holding the breath at the top as long as you can without making yourself feel anxious.

When it feels right for you,

Empty all the air out of the lungs.

Hold the breath out at the bottom and lift all three Bandhas.

So take pelvic floor,

Navel center,

Jalandhar Bandha,

Chin Tuck and even gaze can come towards third eye center.

So holding the Bandhas up and in,

Internal gaze resting at the third eye,

The breath being held out as long as you can.

And then when you need to,

You'll release all of the Bandhas and find the natural flow of your breath.

And just noticing the spaciousness,

The effortlessness with your breathing.

Finding perhaps a pathway to relax a little deeper now.

Belly softens.

And without trying to direct the breath in any particular way now,

Let the breath breathe you.

Body is still except for the ever expanding inhale and gentle contracting with the exhale.

Just watching the breath move at its own pace here for a little while.

Belly softens.

Continue to watch the flow of your breath.

And just adding to the natural rhythm of your breathing as you inhale here so exhale.

Inhale so exhale.

Just connecting the elements of this mantra to the inhale and the exhale.

Breath continues to breathe at its own gentle pace.

And adding the resonance of the mantra so hum I am.

Belly softens.

If the mind gets distracted and you find yourself moving away from the mantra or the breath,

Just gently redirect your attention back to witnessing the inhale and the exhale.

When it feels right re-engaging with the mantra in also.

Exhale hum.

It's allowing the mantra to take you deeper into a space where thought becomes less and less distracting.

Where your senses become heightened.

And rather than trying to insist upon something in this particular moment,

We're just allowing this moment to arise and dissolve.

Letting each cycle of breath come in waves through you.

Every repetition of so hum attuning the frequency of your entire being.

I am.

Relaxing all wordy description.

Relaxing all story line context.

Relaxing the tendency to want to fill in the blank.

I am this.

Let yourself reside simply in the I am.

The experience of being now existing in this moment.

Rest there.

Relaxing all story line context.

Relaxing all story line context.

Continue to relax and go deeper.

Letting the natural cycle of your breath and the frequency of the mantra guide you deeper inside away from construct,

Away from form,

Away from perceived limitation.

Approaching closer and closer to this truth at the center of your being.

Unhooking yourself from any have to's,

Should be's,

Or thoughts about the future.

Allow yourself to ride the mantra into the deepest space of your heart.

To come more deeply inside of the truth of your being.

Let yourself be cocooned in the formless.

In the void.

In the vastness of who you really are.

Let yourself be wrapped with infinity.

Tiled in the ever expansive arms of the divine mother that resides in all things.

And in the very center of you.

Let yourself rest in the lap of the nature of who you are.

The very seed of your existence.

That which is never born and never dies.

The most eternal part of your essence.

Unhook it.

.

Stay relaxed and open in the darkness,

In the infinity of you,

In the warmth of the Divine Mother.

Let come into your awareness a single point of light inside of the formless.

This point of light bursts from your highest intention,

Your deepest truest love.

This is your sankalpa.

This is your offering.

Let the wholeness of your being rests in the dark vastness.

Let your attention become one-pointed on this point of light in the center of the infinite.

And as you hold your attention on this light and your focus increases,

So does the vibrancy and the potency of your offering.

See your sankalpa,

Your infinite intention,

Start to grow,

Expanding out from the void,

Illuminating the darkness,

Filling your entire body from the inside out,

Until you find yourself in a state of blissful rest,

Vibrating light from your entire being,

From the crown of your head to the soles of your feet,

Extending out past the outline of your physical body,

Resting peaceful and blissful in the radiant light of your service.

Grass stays soft and natural.

You might still hear or feel the faint vibration of soul hum in the background,

Your vision fully immersed in the light of your highest intention,

Radiating out unfiltered truth.

Be immersed in this peace.

.

.

.

.

.

Stay resting in this space of peace and bliss.

Focus on your highest intention.

Bringing palms to press together at heart center.

Take three ohms together,

Emptying all the air from the lungs.

And the breath in to ohm.

Ohm.

The enthounds to third eye center.

Namaste.

Thanks so much for this! A superbly delivered incredibly useful piece - and this is from a non dualist (therefore no higher or other self!) . Deep bows.
