Sitting very tall with the eyes closed and start to bring attention to your breath.
Noticing the sensation of the breath at the base of the nostrils.
Following the breath in through the nostrils all the way down to the base of the spine.
As you inhale,
You're breathing down.
Exhale,
Breath lifts up through the crown of the head.
Inhale following the breath down the spine all the way to the tailbone.
As you exhale,
Breath lifts up through the crown of the head.
Just following the pathway of this breathing for a little while.
Sometimes it's helpful to attach a visual so the breath is a little ball of light.
Moving down to the base of the spine as you inhale.
And as you exhale,
Lifting this little ball of light all the way up to the crown of the head.
Finding this pathway now along the spine.
Allowing the breath to become smooth and steady.
And with every passing of this breath,
You're going to feel the breath.
And with every passing of this light along the spine and every rotation of your breath,
There's an element of clearing.
So you can think about it like an internal sweeping.
This breath,
This light,
Creating a clear and open channel from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
And with every passing of this breath,
You're going to feel the breath.
And so notice what comes up if the mind gets distracted with thinking and imagining,
Remembering this internal,
This internal story or dialogue.
Just come back to this vision of the light moving on the spine.
And breath anchoring you to the present moment and also letting you be ever expansive.
Inhaling as you breathe down,
You're grounding to be here now.
And exhale as you breathe up,
You have the infinite boundless ability to be aware.
And so not limited by how we perceive or define the present moment.
Rooted and grounded in what's true.
And ever stretching our ability to see and experience now.
And so allowing this moving along the spine,
The cycling of steady breath to clear out chattering mind.
To sweep away rigid belief or disbelief.
To clear out anxiety,
Worry,
Fear or attachment to the outcome.
And as you notice distraction in the mind start to fall away.
And this pathway along the spine become clearer and clearer.
Allow yourself to go in a little deeper.
Stillness in the mind and stillness in the body.
Find yourself immersed now in the rhythmic lifting and lowering of the light.
The rhythmic cycling of inhale and exhale.
See if you can smooth out the connection of in and out,
Up and down.
So there's no noticeable break between the breath or the transition of the light from the crown of the head to the base of the spine.
Smooth and steady with your awareness.
Deep inhale.

Finding yourself inside this channel that runs along the spine,

This pathway for Kundalini.
This pathway of equanimity.
This center channel that contains your highest truth.
The embodiment of transparency.
The deepest well of your love.

You experience continuous waves of contentment connectedness,
