Hi,

It's Justin.

Welcome to today's meditation.

Today we're going to be letting go.

We're going to let go in the process of breathing in healthy emotions and attributes and breathing out emotions and feelings that don't serve us in the current,

Present moment.

So let's begin.

Find a comfortable seat with a straight spine or lying down with your hands at your side.

If you're sitting up,

Make sure your feet are crossed or grounded.

And gently,

Slowly,

Float your eyes closed.

And we'll start by taking one deep breath in through the nose.

And out.

One more breath in.

And exhale.

Bring your breath to a normal rhythm.

And don't force anything.

Bring awareness to your breath as you see it gliding in through your nose,

Down your throat,

Into your chest,

Into your lungs,

And maybe feeling it into your belly.

And then on the exhale,

Visualize and picture it or bring awareness to the breath coming the opposite way out.

Now in your mind's eye,

As I say these,

Just picture the energy of the breath in and the energy release of the breath out.

So let's breathe in peace and exhale worry.

Let's breathe in joy and exhale despair.

Breathe in kindness.

Exhale judgment.

Breathe in love.

Exhale indifference.

Breathe in confidence.

And breathe out fear.

Breathe in enthusiasm.

And breathe out apathy.

Breathe in gratitude.

Breathe out the need for control.

Breathe in inspiration.

And exhale attachment.

Breathe in silence.

And exhale chaos.

Breathe in playfulness.

And breathe out tightness.

Breathe in forgiveness.

Breathe out suffering.

Breathe in stillness.

Breathe out the need to always have to do something.

Breathe in abundance.

And breathe out limitations.

Now before you open your eyes,

Let's take one last deep breath,

The deepest breath in.

And you've taken all meditation.

And exhale fully.

And open your eyes and take notice how you feel.

Maybe bring a slight smile to the face.

And always know that you are loved and perfect just the way you are.

That was lovely. Funny thing was I smiled when I opened my eyes, and then you said ‘check how you’re feeling, and smile when you open your eyes. Thank you for a lovely meditation 🧘‍♂️ xx

I love this. Short and good vibrating. I noticed that you didn’t mention those ”negative” emotions as negative. I think it’s good. I try to see them as interesting, good - to -know -that -I still -have -these -emotions too. Sound quality is perfect 👍 Good job 👏
