Everyone

Close the day with tenderness. First, we gather the Rose – the moment that made your heart bloom today – and offer it in gratitude. Then, with the same loving gaze, we meet the Thorn – the prickly lesson or challenge – and gently release it back to the Divine, carrying its wisdom and forgiveness. A soothing bedtime practice to honour every part of your day, forgive yourself, invite Archangel Michael’s protection, and drift into peaceful sleep feeling held by Heaven above and Mother Earth below. Perfect for unwinding, letting go, and waking tomorrow refreshed. Written by Juli Conard *Background music generated with AI assistance

Beloved one,

Come gently.

Find your seat or lie down and let the body soften into this moment.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in.

Feel the breath moving like a quiet river through you,

Again,

Deeper this time.

And let your breath just fall into its own natural rhythm now,

Easy and effortlessly.

I'll softly invite the divine,

God,

Source,

Universe,

Beloved Presence.

We open the door.

We welcome you here.

Come and sit with us.

Fill this space.

Fill this heart.

And with the next breath,

Feel a gentle lifting,

A light veil.

The shield of the thinking mind simply rises and floats away,

Releasing that egoic shield,

Your true self.

Stepping out of that busy left brain now and drifting easily into the wide open right brain where imagination lives,

Where feeling is truth,

Where pictures and knowing arrive on and rest here,

In this space,

As we allow the day to float forward like a gentle movie.

And first,

We look for the rose in the day.

What was the moment that made your heart smile today?

The softest,

The sweetest,

The most tender part.

Let that beauty bloom fully inside of your chest.

Smell its fragrance.

Touch its velvet petals.

And when you're ready,

Breathe in the rose,

All of its light,

All its gift,

All its gratitude.

And on the slow exhale,

Offer it upward,

A gift of gratitude to the divine.

And now,

With the same tender eyes,

Allow a moment that made you contract or doubt or ache.

There's no need to push it away.

Just simply let it show itself.

Hold it gently in your open palms and look closely.

What color is this thorn?

What shape is it?

What does it want to teach you?

Just listen.

It carries a lesson wrapped inside the discomfort,

Inside the feeling,

Inside the reaction.

Gives a quiet wisdom.

There's no judgment here,

Only curiosity.

And the thorns are disguised as blessings.

Even weeds dream of becoming flowers.

When the teaching feels complete,

Breathe in deeply.

And on the long,

Slow exhale,

Offer this thorn upward,

Back to God,

Back to Source,

With gratitude for the lesson.

Thank you for the strength forming inside the wound.

Forgive yourself.

You did the best you could with the light you had in that moment.

And you,

Only a soul learning how to love better,

Let forgiveness wash through every cell.

Now feel into heaven above,

And heaven below,

Into the heart of Mother Earth.

You are the living bridge,

A conduit.

And light rises up through the soles of your feet,

Meaning,

Swim one golden river inside of you.

Moving through heart center,

Nourishing every cell in the body with purest love.

In this sacred space,

Invite Archangel Michael in,

The beloved warrior of light.

Place his cobalt blue cloak of protection around your body.

So that you may travel safely,

Rest deeply,

And awaken tomorrow refreshed,

Rejuvenated,

A love.

Feel his sword of light gently cutting away anything that is not love.

You are safe.

You are safe.

Take another delicious breath in,

And out.

As we return,

Wiggle fingers,

Wiggle toes.

Feel the kind embrace of Mother Earth beneath you.

As she receives your weight,

She anchors your light to the divine below,

To the rose,

To all the gifts the day has unfolded.

We say thank you for this precious life.
