A confidence boost before you show up.

This meditation was created so you can feel strong,

Calm and centered before you step into anything that matters to you right now.

All of that confidence,

All of that strength that you're longing for is already within you,

Right now,

In this moment.

It's here,

Waiting for you to reconnect to that inner strength that's always been there,

Underneath it all.

So let's get started.

Let's bring the mind,

The body and the heart into gentle alignment to bring out the very best in you.

I'll guide you all the way through this meditation,

From beginning to end.

So for now,

Just begin by noticing the surface underneath you,

Supporting you.

Notice your breath flowing in,

Naturally,

And flowing out,

Naturally.

And as you hear my voice,

Your body might already begin to relax,

Just a little more.

And this isn't about full or complete relaxation.

This is just about moving in the right direction,

Bit by bit,

Letting go a little bit more with each breath.

We can use the breath as a gentle anchor,

A calming tool to reduce tension and settle the nerves.

Let's do a short breathing exercise together.

We'll start by breathing in for four,

And out for four,

And gradually lengthening the exhale to ten.

Let the breath gently rise and fall.

And as you begin to settle into the slower rhythm,

You might notice how your body responds.

How it starts to soften in small,

Almost invisible ways,

And how that ease can gently spread.

Now,

Bring to mind someone,

Someone who in your eyes embodies confidence,

Clarity,

Strength.

Who comes to mind?

Place them now in a situation where they're felt powerful,

Deeply rooted in self-trust.

And what posture do they have?

What does their face look like?

How do they move?

What kind of energy surrounds them?

And now allow them to be even more confident,

Even more magnetic,

Until their presence fills the entire scene.

And now step into their body.

See through their eyes,

Hear through their ears,

Feel through their skin.

Feel what it's like to be them,

To move through the world with that calm certainty.

And now imagine this version of them has an even more powerful version still.

Twice as confident,

Twice as steady.

See that version now.

See how they stand,

How they speak,

How they carry themselves with quite certainty.

And now step into that version.

Let that powerful energy run through your system.

Feel it soaking into your skin,

Flowing through your chest,

Settling in your belly,

Filling every cell in your body.

If that feeling of confidence had a color,

What would it be?

Let that color completely expand now,

Filling every part of you,

Letting it flow from your head to your toes,

Radiating from within.

If that confidence had a sound,

What would that sound be?

Let it play quietly in the background.

Supporting you.

Let that feeling now permeate every single part of you until there's no space left for doubt.

Just presence,

Just knowing.

And now imagine there's a knob in front of you,

A confidence dial.

You can turn it up anytime you choose,

Just like volume.

You can increase the feeling simply by remembering this scene,

This body,

This color,

This sound.

And anytime you feel a flicker of insecurity,

That flicker can now become your cue,

A gentle signal,

A whisper from within,

To come back to this memory,

To turn the knob and feel grounded again.

Now,

With all that embodied,

See yourself in your upcoming event,

Fully in it,

Breathing calmly,

Moving with purpose,

Speaking from your center,

Clear and present.

Notice how others respond.

Feel how reality begins to bend,

To meet the version of you that is showing up now.

And even if things don't go as planned,

You are unshaken.

You're rooted like a great tree.

It's roots diving deep into the earth,

Hundreds of meters down,

Grounded,

Unmoving.

The wind may blow,

But it cannot shake what's anchored.

This feeling is always within you.

You can come back to it at any time.

And while you stay connected to this calm,

Steady power,

Allow yourself to gently return back to this present moment.

Begin to deepen your breath.

Feel the air filling your lungs,

Recharging your body.

From your head,

All the way down to your toes.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Come back,

Fully here,

Fully present,

With calm,

Clarity,

And deep knowing of who you are and how you will show up today.
