Welcome,

My beautiful soul.

You are here because your soul is calling you back home.

To yourself,

To your heart,

To your own love.

Self-love isn't something we have to earn.

It's who we are when we strip away the noise,

The guilt,

The doubt.

This meditation will help you reconnect with that love gently and deeply.

So find a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

And allow yourself to be held in this sacred space.

Take a deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

Let's begin.

Begin to feel the weight of your body held by the surface beneath you.

Supported,

Safe.

With each breath,

You soften.

Imagine a warm,

Soft light gently pouring over you.

Beginning at the top of your head.

Flowing down your face.

Your neck.

Your shoulders.

Let this light melt away any tension.

Let it be a blanket of self-love.

The light continues down through your chest.

Arms.

Belly.

Hips.

Your thighs.

Your legs.

All the way down to your toes.

And now bring your awareness into your heart space.

Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath.

Place one or both hands over your heart if that feels comforting.

And whisper inwardly,

I am here with you.

I am listening.

Now gently ask your heart,

What do you need from me today?

Pause and listen.

Let your heart speak.

Not with words,

But with feelings,

Images,

Sensations.

Maybe your heart needs rest.

Maybe it needs forgiveness or kindness.

Or to feel seen.

Whatever comes up is perfect.

There is no wrong answer.

Now say to yourself,

I am willing to love myself.

Even when I feel broken.

Even when I feel unsure.

I am still lovable.

Now imagine a younger version of you standing in front of you.

Maybe it's you as a child.

Or a past version of you that needed more love.

Look into their eyes.

Hold their hand and say gently,

You are enough.

You never had to earn my love.

I am here for you now.

And I choose you.

Let your breath soften.

Let your heart open.

Let your body receive this love.

And pay attention to what is happening within yourself right now.

What is happening to the younger version of you.

What is happening to the older version of you.

And now imagine the soft pink light of unconditional love expanding from your heart.

It radiates through your chest.

Down your arms.

Into your belly.

Filling every cell with warmth,

Compassion and softness.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are whole.

Imagine this light forming a protective cocoon around you.

A loving aura that shields you from harshness.

And reminds you of your worth.

Feel yourself glowing.

Not because of something you did.

But simply because you are.

Now repeat each affirmation softly in your mind or aloud.

I am love.

I am enough exactly as I am.

I treat myself with kindness and care.

My heart is open to receive my own love.

I belong to myself.

Breathe in this truth.

Let it sink into every part of you.

This is your new baseline.

A life built on love from within.

And now start bringing your awareness back to the room or wherever you are.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes.

Roll your shoulders.

Stretch your body.

And whenever you are ready,

Start gently opening your eyes.

And know this.

You don't have to do anything extraordinary to be worthy of love.

You already are.

And every time you return to your heart,

You strengthen the truth.

Carry this self-love with you into your day.

Return to this practice anytime you need to come home to yourself.

And remember.

You are loved.

You are loving.

You are love.
