A 30-minute journey of tuning into your womb energy to deeply connect with the earth's energies. Through tapping into the light of your core channel and yoni, we open a vortex of healing, release, and communication with our inner nature. This was recorded in a yoga studio so there may be light background noises. Background music includes samples from several artists.

I'm offering,

Inviting yourself to deepen the breath a little more every time.

You can go over the shoulders,

Your belly,

Or the buttocks,

Your thighs.

You drop your awareness into the bones of the pelvis,

Allowing yourself to fill these bones with breath,

With presence.

As you breathe into these bones,

Feeling if there's a quality that arises,

Is there a vibration or a color,

Is one side heavier,

Number,

More present?

As you breathe in,

Tuning into the shape that goes beyond the bones,

What is the size,

The shape in your feeling,

In your experience in this moment?

Ever so gently,

Allowing your breath and your presence towards a core,

From the edges of that shape,

As if you are gravitating towards the core,

The nucleus,

Your womb,

The energy of the womb,

Energies that live within you,

The creative,

Chaotic,

Mysterious,

Intuitive force.

As you gravitate towards that core,

Allowing your breath to be that connection,

To invite your presence in,

Observing what is there,

If there is resistance,

Emotion,

Color,

Energy,

Or sensation,

Breathing space around whatever is offered here.

I want you to imagine that on every inhalation,

You could breathe in a stream of light.

It moves all the way inward,

Creating a ball of light within your womb.

It feels right for you,

The ball to grow and expand and fill.

Ever so gently,

On your next exhalation,

Letting a thread of that light to descend,

A thread that descends towards the earth,

And that this light moves into the earth,

Passing all the layers of sand,

Rock,

Towards the core of the earth.

As that thread of light meets the core of the earth,

Allowing it to spread,

Growing roots in the core,

Like a sturdy tree.

And perhaps the roots look like light,

Or like the roots of a tree,

But that every exhalation may expand and spread,

Becoming stronger,

And that that main connective thread of light thickens,

Becoming sturdy and strong,

This connection between your core,

The womb,

And the womb core,

Your yoni core,

And the earth's core,

The earth's womb.

And that when the core of the earth is filled,

The roots expand from that main connection throughout the rest of the earth.

And softly,

On every exhalation,

Allow all that does not serve you,

The extra charge that you carry with you,

To be released through this root,

Through this connection,

To be absorbed into the earth,

To be recycled.

Perhaps it is released as a color,

As a smoke,

As a sensation,

A feeling,

A knowing.

Perhaps it is you,

As being,

Accepting,

And opening to a frequency that is already releasing without you needing to do anything,

Opening and surrendering to that.

Accepting whatever is in this moment.

Ever so gently,

In the inhalation,

Solid earth energy,

As if your womb could drink it up with a few straw,

Rooted nourishment,

Transformative.

Fills not only the womb space,

But that entire pelvic bowl.

That shape may have changed already by now.

Observe what happens as that earth energy expands and spreads into your bowl,

To this creative core of you.

What is the color,

Undulation,

Vibration,

Motion,

Images that arise?

Allow that grounded earth nourishment to spread into your bones,

Nestle into your own bowl,

Into whatever surface that you are on.

Nestling into your bones,

Allowing this nourishment from the earth to flow through the blood,

Nourishing every cell.

Perhaps you breathe this through,

That you are seated or laying down,

Rotating the hips.

So if you're seated,

You can imagine that your core is stirring in,

That that stirring extends all the way up every vertebrae of your spine to the crown of your head.

You can be as undulating with every vertebrae as feels right for you.

If you're laying down,

You find the hips rotating with your breath.

There is no need for speed here.

Really slowing yourself down to feel every part,

Every sensation of that stirring,

Of that connection,

And what it moves inside of you.

What does it evoke?

Awaken,

Trigger,

Breathing with it,

And with a softness to slow your movement down,

Making it smaller and smaller,

Slower and slower,

Until there is a movement that is there,

But imperceptible to anyone else outside of you.

And experiencing that movement within the shape of your full bowl that is holding all of these bones,

All of this being.

Observing how this subtle,

Imperceptible movement can stir so much within.

Perhaps it feels spacious,

Peaceful,

Soft.

Perhaps it is more emotional,

More mysterious.

Your shadow,

Perhaps there is resistance or contraction in the body.

Invite yourself to stay present with your experience,

Embodying your moment.

To stillness in your body,

If that feels right for you.

Nestling into whatever surface it is that you're on.

Grab a blanket if needed.

Coming into a position that is most nourishing for you to feel,

To integrate,

To breathe into the skin.

As you breathe,

Observing what parts of you have changed since the start of this journey.

What are the sensations you're aware of?

Or remembering your next breath.

Feel the sensations that will support you,

Bring you into your presence,

Into your bones.

Stretch,

Yawn,

Welcome movement back into the body in a way that feels right for you.

In your own way,

With your eyes closed,

Bringing yourself towards a seated position.

Bringing yourself towards a seated position.

Learning to open the senses while staying in tune with yourself.

Hold beyond the boundaries of,

The physical boundaries of this body.

Hold beyond your skin.

You become aware of the clothing that you have on,

The surface that you are on.

The temperature of the air,

The sounds beyond whatever environment it is that you're in.

And practicing this moment of coming back into you.

You become aware of the colors,

The lights,

Beyond the eyelids before you open them.

That when you open them,

You open them from the space within,

The world behind the eyes.

And I invite you all into sharing.

I like to open space after any meditation to share your experience.

There was emotion,

There was a flow of energy.

There were states of being that arose for you,

Resistance.

That was a beautiful way of what your experience was.

Prepare yourself and weaken the body.

Also,

Noticing the first signals,

The first words that come up before you think about them.

Those are the things that I love to share and I love to hear from people before the brain switches on and confuses things.

So see if you can respond from there or share from there.
