This is a moment dedicated to you to go inwards. To connect with your hips and pelvic bowl where we hold so much tension, emotion, and trauma build up. Bringing very subtle movement to support you in coming into and settling the body.

Close your eyes.

Allow your gaze to go inward.

And for these moments you can let go of the outer world,

Of the visual.

Become aware of the parts of the body that may feel tight or contracted or tense.

Welcome your breath into those parts.

If your breath could provide a little more space,

Let go of the need to force anything.

That you allow your eyes to become heavier,

Your jaw to become heavier.

You invite your presence down into the bones of your pelvis.

That you meet these bones.

That you allow yourself and your breath to journey onto these bones.

Becoming aware of the space that goes beyond the energetic shape.

Where if there's one side that is more present than the other.

Allowing your breath to come all the way to the base,

To the pelvic floor.

You can release that as much as possible.

You're sitting.

You begin to bring some rotation into these hips.

Very soft and subtle softness into the muscles.

Go into that shape.

Shape for you.

Is it life-size or does it go beyond?

Emotions that you experience as you rotate the hips.

Is there a feeling to speed up?

Get yourself to slow down.

Rotation.

I want you to imagine that you could spiral outwards really slowly with your breath.

Those movements.

Sometimes it helps to bring your breath,

Your jaw to hang.

If you're meeting emotion or resistance.

And yourself to change direction.

Find space to be with the discomfort.

Welcoming yourself back to sensations when you drift.

Softly spiraling inwards to come to stillness.

Perhaps you want to lay down for this.

Feeling into the sensations throughout your whole body.

What is present for you?

Is there an emotion?

A flow of energy?

Tingling?

A vibration?

Fear or resistance?

You're going to end with a few deep breaths to welcome and embody what is there in your experience.

Your body that offered you this moment.

Invite you to exhale out through the mouth into sound.

Perhaps a movement.

Become aware of the light,

The colors beyond the eyelids before you open them.

The sounds that are beyond the environment that you're in before you open your ears.

Sensations in your body that will support you in coming back to body when you get pulled.

Taking your time to come out of this.
