Yoni meditation,
Feeling in to your womb.
Close your eyes,
Allowing your eyes to sink deeper on your exhalation.
Let go of your cheeks.
Let go of the outer world Softly,
Gently,
On every breath.
On the inhalation,
Following the breath into the body as if you were going into your own cocoon,
A space that is just for you.
Breathing in to the parts of the body that meet the surface that you are on.
Exhaling,
Letting yourself feel carried.
Becoming aware of the quality of your breath,
The sensations of the breath,
The parts of the body that expand,
Collapse.
The temperature as it enters and exits the body.
Like watching the ocean waves flow in and out against the shore.
Following the breath in and out,
Flowing with your body.
A soft opening of yourself as it enters and welcomes you even deeper.
Exhaling to slow you down,
Surrendering to that depth,
Allowing it to absorb you.
Imagining on the crown of your head that it could open up like the petals of a flower.
Welcoming your breath in and through the crown to the top of the head.
And as you exhale,
Allowing it to travel through your core channel,
Down the spine,
Down this core channel.
Lighting up all parts of you as it exits through your base.
That you breathe in and fill the crown of your head.
And exhale like a gentle breeze washing,
Cleansing,
Healing your core.
As you exhale,
Releasing it through your pelvic floor.
That it softens,
Releases.
That you become aware that it is also possible to breathe in through your base.
Filling your entire core with breath from both sides in two directions.
There may be a movement that arises in the body with this breath.
And as you allow this channel to be filled with breath,
Bringing your full presence to your womb.
What is your connection here and now?
What is being held here?
What are the sensations being offered here?
Opening yourself to feel the frequencies.
If the hips want to rotate or to rock.
Allowing this movement to happen.
That this movement softens and allows more blood to flow,
More nourishment,
More sensations.
Letting go of the jaw.
Allowing the movement to expand with every breath.
Allowing your womb to guide you into the movement that she needs in this moment.
Perhaps there's an expression of emotion or stagnation or resistance or numbness that is there.
How does she communicate with you through the language of movement of body?
What is she offering you?
I invite you to continue this movement and breath connection for as long as feels right for you.
This is the end of this journey.
