As we begin this refresh meditation,
I would ask you to take a moment with your eyes closed to tune in and scan your whole body and mind and just notice how you're feeling throughout.
How are you feeling physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
And spiritually?
And next,
You can open your eyes and I'd like you to bring your hands together and begin to gently massage them using whatever technique you wish,
Trying to engage all parts of your hands front and back and your fingers.
Looking at your hands as you're doing this.
Trying to cover the entire surface of one hand and the fingers and then your other hand.
Looking at your hands and acknowledging all of the things that they do for you.
And this is your opportunity to give back.
Slowing the motion you're using.
Simply caressing,
Massaging all parts of each hand and feeling comfort from this and gratitude for all that your beautiful hands do for you every day.
This is something you can do for yourself anytime.
Sitting or standing.
And now with your hands saying thank you back and awakened,
I'd like you to remember how you felt as you mentally scanned yourself a few moments ago and then place your loving hands against the part of you that is needing self-care love and comfort to refresh your energy today.
That could mean that you're placing one hand over your heart center perhaps and the other hand a little bit lower on your body at the top of your abdomen or letting your hands go somewhere else that seems to be calling to you.
And then relax your body and mind into this self-care touch position.
Nice closed again.
And your breath slow and gentle as you listen to Sadie's heart meditation music.
Just imagining we are both here with you,

Breathing easily now,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Upper back,
Arms and hands.

Reasing any thoughts of worry or fear or concerns of any kind and focusing instead on the refreshing warmth and comfort of your hands.
Resting gently on your body.
With nothing else to do now but to take care of you.
Remaining here for as long as you are able,
Taking care of you.
