You can experiment with making your own affirmations.
Here are a few tips on how to do that.
Always keep it positive.
I am rather than I'm not or I won't.
Make it present tense.
We're telling our subconscious that this is our reality.
Not later,
But right now,
Because later never comes.
All we have is now.
Use clear,
Strong wording.
Keep it simple.
Use words you can believe,
At least on some level.
You might not be feeling super healthy,
But if you know that your higher self is strong and capable of health,
And you can focus on that higher truth,
You will feel the words resonate within.
Focus on one affirmation at a time.
You may want to work on many,
But don't confuse yourself.
Stick with one until it really feels great to you.
That may be for a day,
It may be for a week,
It may be for a month.
Once you feel you've mastered it,
Then focus on another one.
Practice them as often as it feels good.
Post the words in places where you'll see it for a little daily reminder.
Whenever you can,
Affirm out loud,
And then slowly bring it inward.
But if you're out and about and want to recall your affirmation,
Mentally saying it will be highly effective as well.
Meditation is key.
Journaling can be incredibly effective in working out any lingering issues.
Any notebook will do.
Keep it in a private place.
Write as if no one will ever see it.
And open yourself up to hearing guidance from your intuition about what you need to feel whole again.
Accept any negative thoughts and emotions you have.
It's normal to feel bad when things aren't going our way.
Don't judge yourself.
When you've expressed those emotions,
Try to steer yourself towards solutions.
Journal for as long as it feels good.
Establishing the daily habit of meditation makes it more powerful.
You can go ever deeper into your inner peace and silence the more you practice.
Think of it as a tool in your toolkit to help you manage whatever comes your way.
Even if everything is going great in your life,
It can still benefit you.
One reason people give for not doing it daily is that they don't have enough time.
However,
I find when I carve out just five minutes,
I feel more relaxed and therefore feel like I have more time in the day.
Start with five minutes and slowly increase if you can.
The more you do it,
The more intuitive and grounded you'll feel.
Remember,
When we first start something new,
We shouldn't expect to be immediately good at it.
It takes daily practice.
But the more I do it,
The more moments of silence I can create.
And that's where true bliss lives.
These techniques are so simple,
But they are not easy.
Keep practicing and I promise you will feel the shift.
I wish you great health and happiness on your journey.
