This guided meditation provides an increase in spiritual awareness through the expansion of three main power centers in the body: abundance, compassion and wisdom. Soothing background music will help you relax and focus on bringing more joy into your life. The idea of sanyama can be summed up very simply by saying... what you focus on, with unbroken concentration, will expand. When you then focus, with unbroken awareness on that sense of expansion, bliss will follow. This meditation is an exercise of sanyama on three main centers of the body. Your centers of abundance, compassion, and wisdom. With a little bit of practice sanyama meditation can be a very effective way to increase your overall feelings of peace and wellbeing. As you practice this meditation and learn to focus on the beauty and peace within, the more you can begin to see and appreciate the simple beauties of life.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position where you can be free from any distractions.

Take some time to adjust your clothing or blankets and then settle into your body.

Let your awareness rest on the flow of your breathing.

Allowing the breath to flow in and out evenly and smoothly.

As you are exhaling,

Allow your abdomen to relax completely.

Allowing your breath to completely relax.

Letting your awareness rest on the easy flow of your breathing.

Softening your abdomen more and more with each exhale,

Keeping your awareness on the flow of your breath.

Watching the rise and fall of the abdomen as you breathe.

Continuing to let your level of relaxation deepen more and more with each breath.

Now begin to notice the transition from breath to breath.

Watch the inhalation flow into the exhalation without a break or a pause.

Watch the exhalation flow back into the inhalation without a break or a pause.

Breath like a figure eight with no beginning and no ending.

Breathing evenly and smoothly with no breaks or pauses.

Notice how when you pay full attention to this transition your mind will pause to watch it.

See if you can find the exact moment where the inhalation becomes the exhalation.

And the exhalation becomes the inhalation.

Seeing the stillness that comes at that exact moment.

That stillness is a gateway to the infinite.

Hope you found thisεˆ†δΊ« aid helpful to some And now start to draw your awareness to the feeling of life force or energy within your body.

Take a moment to feel the presence of this life force energy within your body.

Begin to walk your awareness through your body part by part,

Allowing your awareness of that energy to deepen.

Feeling with your legs,

Draw your awareness into your legs and ask yourself the question,

How do I know my legs are here?

How do I know it?

Notice how when you ask this question without moving your legs,

The feeling of life force in the legs comes to your attention.

As the feeling of energy comes to your attention,

Concentrate on it for a moment.

Notice how when you hold your attention to the feeling of energy in the legs,

That feeling begins to expand.

Take a moment to rest in that expansion,

Enjoying the pleasant sensation of the legs bathed in the air.

And now bring your awareness up to the abdomen and chest,

Asking the question,

How do I know my abdomen and chest are here?

How do I know it?

Noticing how when you ask that question,

A feeling comes to your attention,

The feeling of life force vibration.

Focus on the presence of that vibration and notice how as you concentrate on it,

It begins to expand.

Take a moment to rest in that expansion.

And then bring your awareness into your arms.

How do I know my arms are here?

How do I know it?

Concentrate.

Noticing how when you focus on that question,

The feeling of life force comes to your attention.

Resting on that feeling until it begins to expand,

And then resting in that expansiveness.

And then bring your awareness up to the abdomen and chest,

Asking the question,

How do I know my abdomen and chest are here?

How do I know my abdomen and chest are here?

Moving into the head and face,

How do I know my head and face are here?

How do I know it?

Remember the feeling come to your attention,

Concentrate on it until it begins to expand,

And then rest in that expansion.

And then draw your awareness deep into your whole body,

Your whole body.

How do I know my body is here?

Contemplating the question until the feeling of life force comes to your attention.

Focusing on the feeling until it begins to expand.

Then resting in the feeling of expansiveness within the whole body.

Once again,

Focus on deepening the feeling of relaxation in the body by using your exhalations.

Each time you exhale,

Allow the whole body to completely release and let go.

Draw your awareness now into the space just below your belly button.

This is your center of abundance.

Draw your awareness deep inside your body.

Imagine a ball of energy,

A sphere of light,

Sitting deep within the body just below the belly button.

Imagine that you are now drawing your awareness deep inside that sphere of light.

Imagine that in the center there is a tiny seed.

Intend that this tiny seed is going to be watered with your attention and that as you put your focus on it,

It will begin to grow and expand.

Draw your focus into that tiny seed,

Concentrate with full attention.

Notice how when your attention is undivided,

That seed begins to expand.

Focus on the feeling of expansiveness.

Put your full focus to the feeling of expansion.

Notice how when you put your full attention to the feeling of expansion,

That sensation becomes very pleasant,

Blissful.

Rest in that blissfulness for a few moments.

Draw your awareness now into your heart center.

This is your seat of divine love and compassion.

Imagine a sphere of light sitting deep inside the center of your chest.

Imagine it like a miniature sun glowing brightly.

Draw your awareness into the center point,

Imagining that there is a tiny seed right in the center of this ball of light.

As you put your attention into the tiny seed,

Imagine that it's growing,

As if you are watering it with your attention.

Undivided focus and concentration.

Imagine that seed is beginning to grow and expand.

Imagine it getting brighter as well.

Concentrate on the feeling of expansion of that seed of energy.

Put your full focus on the feeling of expansiveness until the sensation becomes pleasant,

Blissful.

Unrest in that pleasant feeling of expansiveness in the chest.

Thank you.

And now bring your awareness into your head,

As if you are drawing your awareness into the center point of your brain.

This is your center of wisdom.

Imagine a ball of light,

A sphere of glowing energy in the center of the brain.

Draw your awareness right inside the center of this sphere of light,

Imagining that there is a tiny seed in the very center.

Imagine that as you put your attention to this seed,

It begins to expand and grow,

As if you are watering the seed with your attention,

Making it grow larger and larger.

Concentrate on the feeling of that seed growing and expanding.

Continue focusing on the feeling of expansion until the sensation becomes pleasant,

Blissful and enjoyable.

Then rest in that pleasant sensation of expansiveness,

Openness.

Thank you.

And now turn your focus to your whole body.

Take a moment to observe the flow of your breath.

Notice the feeling of pleasantness,

Openness and expansiveness within your whole body.

Notice the ease in your breath.

This feeling in your body now is your energy in its natural state.

Pleasant,

Free flowing and expansive.

Take a moment to enjoy this feeling before we bring this meditation to a close.

Give yourselves aHello call.

Gradually allow your breath to deepen.

Start to prepare the body to move.

And bring your awareness back into the space around you.

Take a moment to open your eyes softly.

Bring yourself to remain in this relaxed state for a moment with the eyes open.

And when you're ready,

Coming back to the room.

And when you're ready,

Come back to the room.

And when you're ready,

Come back to the room.

And when you're ready,

Come back to the room.

Beautiful, thank you! :-) As a side note, perhaps the volume of the music could be decreased slightly? It felt, at times, almost overpowering.
