This guided meditation provides an increase in spiritual awareness through the expansion of three main power centers in the body: abundance, compassion and wisdom. The idea of sanyama can be summed up very simply by saying... what you focus on, with unbroken concentration, will expand. When you then focus, with unbroken awareness on that sense of expansion, bliss will follow. This meditation is an exercise of sanyama on three main centers of the body. Your centers of abundance, compassion, and wisdom. With a little bit of practice sanyama meditation can be a very effective way to increase your overall feelings of peace and wellbeing. As you practice this meditation and learn to focus on the beauty and peace within, the more you can begin to see and appreciate the simple beauties of life.
