Connect to your higher self and own inner wisdom through this contemplative practice. Josie will guide you first by connecting to your breath, raising your frequency to meet your higher self. By then dropping into contemplative practice, allow your inner wisdom to come through and provide guidance to where you need it right now.

This meditation is a form of contemplative practice.

This practice is designed for you to tune in to your own inner wisdom,

Your own inner guidance.

And to sit in observation,

We will start by grounding in with our body and our breath.

So we'll start with three cleansing breaths here to arrive together.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Sighing out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Last one in and hold at the top.

Holding and softening shoulders,

Relaxing your face,

Letting it go in three,

Two,

One.

Allowing your breath to return to its normal breathing pattern in through the nose and out.

Staying connected to your breath,

Starting to become present and aware of your body in this space.

And can we make our breath a little slower,

A little deeper and more intentional as we arrive,

Slow down.

Scanning through your body and noticing where there is any tension,

Tightness.

And allowing yourself to send three deep cleansing breaths into these places.

And now tuning in to where it feels comfortable and soft in your body.

And allowing this feeling to expand and ripple out through your entire body.

And what we focus on expands.

So allowing this softness,

This gentleness to ripple out.

And this softness and this gentleness might be within your breath.

And slowly extend this through our entire body.

This is the ripple effect.

Staying with your breath here.

Starting to tune in to the feeling of your higher self or the energy you want to emit.

This could be joy,

Light,

Love,

Gratitude.

Starting to call that in to your space,

Into your body.

Tuning in with the feeling here for our next few breaths.

I want you to tap into that joy.

Tap into that lightness and take a deep breath up through the base of your belly,

Into your chest,

Up into the top of your head and holding.

Holding,

Envisioning that light,

That joy,

That feeling.

What does it feel like?

Hold.

For another three,

Two,

One.

Soften and relax.

Do two more like that.

Tap into that feeling,

Tap into that vibration and breathe it up into your body.

From the base of your belly,

Up into the chest,

Holding at the top of your head.

Focusing on your third eye's centre.

Holding it.

What does it feel like?

Breathe it up into your body,

Into your space now.

Hold it.

And letting it go in three,

Two,

One.

Last one here.

I want you to breathe with intention.

Breathe it up into your body,

Into your chest,

Up into the top of your head.

Holding it here,

Envisioning it,

Feeling it.

Letting it go in three,

Two,

One.

Soften and relax.

Returning to your normal breathing pattern in through the nose and out.

Just allowing yourself to drop into observation.

Almost like we're taking a step to the side from our body.

Just allowing ourselves to be in this space between.

And as we enter into our contemplative practice,

I'm going to ask a series of questions.

And the idea here is not to make up the answers,

But to simply observe and to see what comes through.

No judgement,

Not attaching.

We're staying in that observation space while we're in this high frequency.

Staying with your breath.

And the first question is,

What does my inner guidance want me to know right now?

Staying with your breath while you allow these answers to come through.

Allowing your own inner wisdom to guide your breath,

To guide the answers.

What does my own inner guidance want me to know right now?

We'll move on to our second question.

Taking a deep breath here to reset and honouring and thanking for the answers that came through.

Second question is,

What does my body need right now?

What does my body need right now?

And the final question here,

Taking a breath to reset again.

How can I show up as my best today?

How can I show up as my best today?

Returning to your breath now.

Deepening in through the nose and out.

And just taking a minute here to step back into your body as you've been in observation.

Fully arriving back here in this space in your body.

Deepening your breath.

I invite you to place your hands on your heart.

And we'll take three deep breaths to close out our practice here today.

Deep breath in.

Let it all go.

Deep breath in.

Let it all go.

Last one,

Deep breath in.

Letting it all go.

Taking a minute here to really honour yourself.

Honouring the answers that came through with no judgement.

Simply contemplating and tuning in with your own inner wisdom.

I invite you guys to start to bring some gentle movement back into your hands and your fingers.

And slowly taking the time to open your eyes and become familiar with your surroundings again.

And just take note of this silence in this space that you are in now that is lovingly holding you.
