Transcript

It's okay to do nothing.

Doing nothing is doing something,

And that something is rest.

Doing nothing means I can recharge.

Doing nothing means I can reset.

Doing nothing means I can release.

I can exhale.

I can clear out what I need to clear out.

My body can repair itself when I am doing nothing.

It's okay to do nothing.

This can bring me mental clarity.

What's been neglected can have the microphone now.

Doing nothing can help me.

We all need rest.

This is clearing stress,

Bringing back emotional balance.

It's okay to feel.

It's okay to let out what I truly feel inside.

I can make better decisions after resting.

I can be more creative in my problem solving.

I can tap into a whole new insight.

It's okay to do nothing.

It's okay to turn the volume down.

It's okay to change to a slower gear.

It's okay to be still and let things be.

I am giving myself more energy.

I am giving myself more vitality.

I am giving myself more care.

I can do nothing.

It's an act of self-care.

I can do nothing and be okay with doing nothing.

I breathe and I release.

It is okay to be here and do nothing.
