And seven counts out.

Join me as we breathe together.

Doing your breathing.

Adjust it if you need to.

Do what's right for you and your body.

Allowing your body to cleanse itself with each breath.

Letting each breath give you fuel to handle what may show up today,

Tomorrow,

Or anytime in the near future.

Feeling the warmth and the calm.

Feeling the relaxation with every exhalation.

Feeling a weight lift from you.

And I send you love and light for every step on your journey.

Letting each breath give you fuel to handle what may show up today.

Fantastic! At first the breathing was too quick for me, but it helped keep the focus mindful and then she lets you breathe at your own pace. The transitions were expertly executed, the timing was thoughtful and useful and the ending was gentle and intuitive. Plus the pleasant voice—just perfect for quick centering
