A supported space.
And a space where we can be and accept ourselves exactly as we are.
Begin to bring your awareness to your breath.
The natural flow of air moving in and moving out.
Simply following the breath as you breathe in and breathe out.
For this practice,
We can choose one of three focal points which we can utilize as we follow the breath.
The first can be the expansion and contraction of the diaphragm or the belly.
The next could be the subtle rising and falling of the chest.
And the final option can be the gentle flowing of air through the nostrils or through the mouth.

There is nowhere to go,

We're simply being with the breath.

As you find your focus has shifted from your breath,
