Loving God.

God,

Goddess,

All there is.

God,

The masculine principle,

Goddess,

The feminine principle,

All there is.

Much of the spiritual journey that you may have been upon has been about separating and forgetting.

Separating from God,

Goddess,

All there is.

And however you view creation,

The big bang or God created earth in seven days and created you,

Whatever mythology that you choose,

Has been about separation.

You as a spark of consciousness separated from God to answer the question why.

Why may have been the question asked to get the big bang going,

As they would say.

You separated and you became a piece of God.

Some pieces of God became planets and stellar systems and stars.

But you as a consciousness separated from God,

Goddess,

All there is to answer the question why.

And in that separation,

Separating,

Creating lies and many lies to explore that question.

And now you have rounded the bend and you're on a journey to reconnect once again.

A journey of remembering.

A journey of coming home.

There have been mythological or views of God,

Mythology.

Some may see God as a big guy sitting in clouds throwing lightning bolts down on top of your head.

Some may see God as the energy force,

Consciousness,

The supreme force,

The source.

Wherever you view God and goddess,

It is difficult,

It is impossible to comprehend the vastness of God.

As one of the scriptures say,

There are worlds upon worlds,

Universes upon universes,

Where there can be no end and no count.

How then does one love and allow themselves to embrace God and to feel that energy of the one?

As consciousness has expanded in the last 150 years,

As technology has taken mankind into the brink of a new world,

Of a new age,

The perplexing question still lingers.

How do we get here and where are we going?

And in your life,

You have lived this life,

Whether you believe in reincarnation or not,

Just to say you lived this life in a quest,

In a search,

Some through religion,

Some through a spiritual journey,

To know more of God,

To know more of goddess,

To have that be more in your life.

For that truly is the ultimate quest.

Yes,

In our world today,

A world of rapid materialism,

Sometimes the spiritual principles get used to create more things,

More wealth.

And after you have accumulated all these things and have piles of money,

And there's nothing wrong with having money and lots of things,

You're still left with,

But I want more,

There's something missing.

And that missingness can be the embracing,

The loving,

The enrapturing yourself with God,

Goddess,

Holy,

To have that be more of a presence in your life.

Religion and religions are a very necessary part of the human existence.

One must someway personify God,

Goddess,

All there is,

And so in a way to just begin to have an inkling of comprehension.

And this source,

This force,

The ultimate spark of consciousness also is searching for its creation.

And the ultimate paradox may be that God,

Goddess,

All there is,

Does not know its name.

In this meditation,

We will take you to meet God and goddess,

And you can embrace and dance with them.

It's very simplistic.

It'll be a lot of energy.

It may not be clear in the beginning,

But it'll be there,

And you will have that experience.

We asked of you a couple of things before we begin.

One of the things that we asked of you is to make peace with yourself.

Your life has been this journey of awakening,

Of striving,

Of trying to be,

And being more into learning,

And doing,

And succeeding,

And failing,

And getting back up.

And it may not have been or is the way that you thought it should be.

And you may judge yourself harshly for not being good enough,

Or smart enough,

Or having enough.

Just for a moment,

Make peace with yourself,

Knowing that you did do the best that you could,

And that you will never be perfect,

But that you are good enough,

That you are enough.

And secondly,

Make peace with God.

You see,

Oftentimes in the striving for life,

Of having the more,

Of becoming more of yourself,

Of trying to understand the world that you live in,

And when you seek and it is not given to you,

You blame God.

You blame goddess.

You blame the universe is not doing the way that you want it to operate.

Well,

Come to terms with that.

It never will.

Come to peace with the life that you do have.

Be at peace with God.

But that there is this force that may be aware that you,

What is best for you.

And although you create your own reality,

There is a reality being created for you.

And God,

Goddess,

All there is,

Knows.

All there is to know.

And perhaps you never will,

But that's okay.

Come to peace with God.

With goddess.

Stop the fighting and just relax for a moment.

And perhaps reality,

Even at this moment,

Is the way that it's supposed to be.

Now it's time to experience that divinity.

The cosmic force,

The beginning,

The source.

God goddess,

All there is.

Close your eyes and begin to relax.

Allow the whole of the body to relax.

Just by listening to the sound of my voice,

You go deeper and deeper within yourself.

Relax.

Relax.

And I'll ask you to take one deep breath.

Please inhale deeply.

Hold and exhale.

Allow the relaxation to flood in through the bottom of your feet,

To roll gently into your ankles,

Into your calves.

Feel the relaxation rolling up into your knees,

Your thighs,

Your pelvic area.

Relaxation rolls into the abdomen as the internal organs relax,

The liver,

The spleen,

The stomach.

Feel your heart's lowest rhythm.

Feel the relaxation rolling into your shoulders and down your arms and into your hands.

Feel the palms of your hands and the fingertips relax.

Feel your neck relax and your head relaxes.

The gentle,

Quiet relaxation just flows and oozes down over you.

Relax,

Relax.

And as you're relaxing,

We want you to imagine,

Just imagine that you can pull the color red.

We ask the red to pull the color red up through the bottom of your feet,

Quickly flooding into your body.

And the red just moves up into you and floods your whole body and then it pops off the top of your head and flows down all around you.

And before you have a chance to think about how that looks,

Just imagine that now the orange light flows into you,

Flows from the bottom of your feet,

Drawing up into you.

And the totality of your being,

It too spurts off the top of your head and flows all around you.

And now a yellow light does the same.

The rich,

Buttery yellow light flows and moves past your knees and up into your thighs,

Into your abdominal regions and floods your arms and then bursts out the top of your head and flows all around you like a volcanic action.

And then the green light flows into you,

Floods into you,

Moves up into your being,

Into the totality of your body.

And it too,

Flows out the top of your head to surround you.

And the blue,

The sky blue light flows into your whole being and it quickly finds its resonance and flows out the top of your head and surrounds you in blue.

And then the indigo light flows up,

Gushing inside of your body,

Whirling,

Finding its way to the top of your head and out and flowing all around you.

And then the violet light,

The violet light,

Rich,

Royal violet light flows into you,

Flows out to you,

Up in through you,

To the whole of your body and bursting out the top of your head,

Flooding all around you in violet light.

And now imagine as this light is all around you,

That there is various colors.

Imagine that the red now is inundated with white light.

Imagine that the violet light is inundated with white light.

And white light,

The white light turns the violet light into a lighter and lighter and turns a lighter and lighter violet into a lighter violet until it becomes white.

And the white light floods into the indigo.

It becomes lighter and lighter,

Lighter and lighter.

And it too becomes white light.

And the white light touches the blue and it becomes lighter and lighter blue,

The pale blue,

The powder blue,

Lighter blue,

And white.

The white light touches the green light and the green light becomes lighter and lighter and lighter and paler and paler and into brilliance of white.

And it touches the yellow light that becomes more and more pale,

Pale yellow,

Pale yellow and lighter yellow and to it becomes white.

And then the light touches the orange,

The orange light,

Lighter and lighter and lighter and lighter and it becomes white.

And then it touches the red light and the red light becomes lighter and lighter and becomes pink and lighter pink and a lighter pink and pale pink until it becomes a white light and you're surrounded by this white light and this light begins to fade.

And you find yourself standing in the middle of a vast field.

No mountains around,

It's this vastness of a field,

No trees,

Vast grasslands,

Perhaps the flowers inundating here and there,

Huge open sky above you.

Sunlight dazzling upon the field,

Feel the freshness of the grass and feel the waffling of the smells of wild flowers and grass and the air is bright and beautiful.

The wind blows through you and through your hair,

The sound of the wind whispering upon the grasses.

This is a majestic place,

Beautiful,

Huge,

Vast.

And the sun crosses the sky and the sun begins to set beneath the horizon as the sky now from the blue changes to the pinks and the oranges and finally to the laveners and the blues and the sun sinks and disappears beneath the horizon and the stars appear one,

Two,

Three and the night is spangled with stars here in this vast field.

You can see many stars,

The air is clear and beautiful,

The night's spangled with stars.

And there,

There's this one star,

The brightest star in the sky,

Sirius.

Its lights descends from the heavens,

Descending,

Descending,

Descending like a ray and its touches down in front of you and without hesitation you step into the light and you're enveloped,

You're lifted,

Moving through time,

Moving through space.

You cannot see where you're going but you're being lifted.

You know you're being elevated higher and higher.

You can feel the movement rushing upward,

Rushing.

You feel the light.

You're being bathed in this light.

It's purifying and cleansing you,

Rushing into the light,

Moving upward.

And you lose yourself in the light.

You let go of all thoughts,

Let go of all the feelings,

Let go of form and just be,

Just be.

You can feel the light.

It feels as if you're descending.

As soon as you felt of descending,

The light parts and you find yourself standing upon a cliff overlooking a vast ocean,

A vast sea,

Huge cliffs as far as the eye can see left to right in front of you,

The sea,

An endless sea.

You can hear the roaring of the waves as it crashes against the cliffs,

A thunderous sound,

A mighty wind blows.

And there before you,

In this wonderful cliffs on this vast plain,

Stand two pillars of light.

And the light,

Before you have time to think about them,

Takes form and shape.

And these beings of light take the shape of a man and a woman,

God and Goddess.

And you stand before them,

Vulnerable.

You see them coming towards you,

They're so vast,

God and Goddess in personified form.

You feel that energy of God,

You feel the energy of Goddess.

The masculine generating principle of the universe,

The feminine principle of the universe giving birth to all.

And they ask you to join them without touching and you do dance in and out,

Moving in between the energies.

You're so alive here.

You feel so much happiness,

So much joy.

You're thrilled.

Dancing,

Swinging high,

Jumping,

You can float into the sky and flip and between them they do too.

They may not be personified,

They may be just spheres of light.

Descending,

Harmonizing.

You can feel or hear the voice of God and Goddess stepping into the light.

As they descend to stand before you and they become two lights and becoming one.

And again,

Before you have time to think,

You're enveloped.

You feel yourself in a vastness.

A love that is unending in viewing you.

The spark of love inundating your whole being,

Your whole consciousness,

Being filled with light,

Being filled with love and ecstasy and joy.

When you lose all sense of self,

God,

Goddess,

All there is,

Does not know its name.

And become one.

Become one.

A divine union.

Vast,

Unending.

You become light.

You become love.

In your home,

Resting in the arms of God,

Goddess,

All that is.

Notice.

Vote for it.

And there's love that you reach and you reach again.

And if someone or something is reaching back for you.

Higher and higher into the light.

Higher and higher.

Stepping back from the light.

God and Goddess take form again.

You thank them for this interlude.

And you're taken up into the light.

And you find yourself as the light begins to fade.

Standing upon the vast plain in the early morning sunlight.

And a spark of light moves into you.

Before you,

There's a gift.

Wrapped in a box perhaps or in a basket.

A gift from God,

Goddess all there is.

And you open this gift with joy.

Unwrap the gift.

And remember.

And looking at the gift,

You find yourself back in a room lying or sitting.

And I will count from one to five and upon reaching in number five you'll come back within yourself.

Back within your body.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And five.

And five coming back.

I've had such a wonderful experience.

Remember the gift and the gift will take on meaning for you over the next few days.
