I have created this special meditation for us to captivate self-love.
We are going to love ourselves to sleep tonight.
You are going to love yourself to sleep tonight.
I'm here to facilitate the process for you to reconnect with your inner love and appreciation.
Self-love is the foundation for a healthy,
Joyful,
Productive and fulfilling life.
A lack of self-love robs us of confidence,
Self-worth and well-being.
When you feel inner love,
Life is more enjoyable and you sleep better and you wake up glowing from inner love and appreciation.
So,
I'm going to take you on a visualization to help you reconnect with that inner bliss,
Inner love,
Inner appreciation with that unshakable confidence.
And this is going to help you reprogram your subconscious mind to remove any sabotaging beliefs or thoughts or biases.
So,
Let's get started.
You may make yourself comfortable,
Do what you need to do and we are going to go on this journey together.
Imagine that you are entering a house where you are staying for a retreat.
As you enter,
You notice there are two boxes at the door.
A yellow box is on the right and a red box is on the left.
Now,
I want you to imagine reading the instructions on each box.
On the red box you read,
Leave your judgment and self-blame inside this box,
Please.
So,
Take a deep breath in now,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathe in and breathe out and go ahead and let go of any self-blame and judgment that you may be feeling right now.
Next,
You read the instruction on the yellow box.
It says,
Please grab as much forgiveness and self-compassion as you need.
Take another deep breath in here and breathe out.
Just feel the natural flow of your breath here and then go ahead and let in forgiveness,
Let in self-compassion,
Let in all the positive feelings,
All the amazing emotions you can imagine,
Let in bliss,
Let in grace,
Let in faith,
Let in so much love.
Breathing in deeply and breathing out slowly.
Taking more breaths here,
Reconnecting and feeling the flow of all the positive feelings and positive emotions.
Then,
You enter the house.
Inside the house,
To your right is your room.
You are going to meditate and sleep.
Nothing else is left to do today.
All you have to do is meditate and sleep.
So,
You are going ahead and you can imagine just turning off the lights and the room is just comfortable for your sleep and you're preparing your environment.
You are adjusting yourself to your liking so that you can continue to feel comfortable throughout this practice.
You are laying down and you're closing your eyes and you're settling in.
All you have to do is meditate and sleep.
So,
You breathe in and you breathe out slowly.
You're feeling gravity pulling you towards the surface you are laying on.
You put your arms on your sides or wherever they feel comfortable.
You are straightening your legs and you let your entire body relax.
Take your time here,
Reconnect with your breath and allow all these natural positive memories to emerge.
Perhaps you can take time to reflect on a moment where you felt love the most.
What's your most loving memory that you can think of right now?
Observe your in-breath and out-breath and how they differ.
What are you noticing with your inhalation?
Is your breathing reaching deep into your belly?
How far are your lungs expanding when you breathe in?
You are just observing no judgement.
Now,
Take a moment and pay attention to your exhalation.
As you exhale,
How do you feel?
Are you exhaling slowly or fast?
No judgement.
Let your breath flow naturally without consciously controlling it.
Let go of any temptations to judge yourself in this moment.
Just focus on your breath and just imagine the wonder of you,
How amazing you are.
Just allow the love to merge.
Let the love surface,
The love that you always have that's always there.
But sometimes so many things cover it.
The self-doubt,
The self-judgment come and cover the love.
Now you are allowing the love to merge and you can feel it in its essence beauty.
Continue to focus on your breath.
As we are going now to transcend into deeper relaxation,
I'm going to offer you some affirmations that will replenish your subconscious mind with more love language to help reprogram your subconscious mind to remove any sabotaging thoughts or beliefs.
So you may go ahead and just listen to these affirmations or you can repeat them in your mind silently,
Whatever works for you.
Let's begin.
I am enough.

I'm doing the best I can and that's what matters.
I have always been enough.
I will always be enough.
I'm getting better every day.
I am unique.
I am a gift to the world.
I'm lovable because of my way of being an authentic expression.
I love myself.
I love my body every day in every moment.
I am worthy of love and respect every day.
The longest relationship is with me.
I'm a perfect partner to me.
I cherish,
Respect and love myself every day.
I'm making space to listen to my inner voice.
My intuition speaks in alignment with my values.
The love I have for myself is a romance that never fades.
I am a beautiful flower.
I water myself with love and respect.
I believe in myself 100%.
I prioritize peace and vitality every day.
Not every thought requires my attention.
My mental energy is precious.
Every day is an opportunity to start a new life.
No past events that hold me back from being me and achieving what I want.
Past events have only been there to create a contrast so I can choose the best path.
I trust in my ability to be fulfilled.
I am a magnet for love every day.
I'm the only one in charge of loving myself.
I am fulfilled in my self-love and authenticity.
I am lovable.
Who I am is good enough.
I feel love inside of me.
I glow from inner love and admiration.
