In this guided practice, accompanied by soft soothing music and sounds, Jordana invites you to pause before your meal and to take time to recognize the entirety of the journey your food took before it made it to your plate. This is an awareness practice and gratitude practice which can be done solo or at the dinner table with friends and family. An opportunity to recognize food as nourishment rather than be distracted.
