Let's take a moment to realign and find focus together.

Sit comfortably.

Let your spine be tall.

Your eyes can gently close or soften.

Let's take a slow inhale through the nose.

And exhale out your mouth.

And then bring your attention to your breath.

As you inhale,

I want you to think presence.

And as you exhale,

Focus.

Practicing this for about 15 seconds.

Inhale.

Presence.

Exhale.

Focus.

If your mind wanders,

That's a perfect time to just bring it back to the breath and think presence.

It doesn't take long to shift back into clarity and focus.

Even a few conscious breaths can make a real difference.

Now repeating silently.

I am here.

I am clear.

I am focused.

I am here.

I am clear.

I am focused.

Let's take one more long breath in together.

Breathe in,

Fill all the way up.

Hold this new focused energy.

This yes I can energy.

The I've got this energy.

Maybe even holding it with a smile.

And then slowly exhale,

Release it out your mouth.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Steady.

Ready.

Present.

And focused.
