Thank you for choosing to relax and unwind with well-being online.

You will shortly enjoy a deep state of relaxation and calm.

So much so,

Please do not attempt to drive or operate machinery whilst listening to this recording.

Please ensure you're sitting or lying comfortably and allow time for you.

Switch off any distractions in your environment and in your mind.

Close your eyes now.

Just notice how comfortable you're beginning to feel.

You're supported so you can just let go and relax.

Any sounds you hear from now on are unimportant as you just concentrate on my voice and continue to relax.

Just notice how comfortable you're beginning to feel.

You're supported so you can just let go and just notice your breathing for a moment.

Just notice your breathing.

Deep,

Even breathing.

Notice where the air enters the body and where it leaves the body.

And the deeper the breathing,

The deeper the sense of relaxation.

A gentle fascination around each breath in this moment.

Just here.

Right here.

Right now.

Deep,

Even breathing.

Maybe noticing the gentle rising and falling of each breath in this moment.

And each breath is just drawing you deeper and deeper into a state of total relaxation.

Drawing you down.

Feeling that gentle pull of gravity pulling you down and down and relaxing you more and more.

As everything begins to slow down now.

As you just concentrate on my voice and continue to relax.

Breathing deeply and evenly.

And let's begin with relaxing all the muscles in the face.

Especially the jaw.

The jaw is beginning to feel so heavy now.

So relaxed now.

Tongue sitting comfortably in the mouth.

And the jaw is beginning to feel more and more relaxed.

Heavier and heavier.

And this relaxed feeling.

This wonderful warming sensation is working its way into your temples now.

Deep into the tissues.

And as you think about relaxing these muscles they will relax.

Just feel them relax.

Like a beautiful massage.

Warming and relaxing.

Deeper and deeper.

And all the muscles in the forehead now.

Smooth and relaxed.

Smooth and relaxed.

And now rest your eyes.

Just imagine the eyelids feeling so comfortable.

So heavy.

And so relaxed.

Just double the relaxation in the eyelids.

And then double the relaxation again.

So the eyelids are feeling so heavy.

So heavy and so relaxed.

All those tiny muscles.

Just softening and loosening.

You may feel you can barely open those eyelids.

They're feeling so heavy.

And so relaxed.

And each breath you take is just drawing you deeper and deeper into total relaxation.

As everything slows down.

Feeling heavier and heavier.

Just feeling that gentle pull of gravity pulling you deeper and deeper into total relaxation.

And this warming relaxation is working its way into the back of your neck and your shoulders now.

The massage continues.

Deep into the tissues.

Warming.

Calming.

This sense of peace and wellbeing flowing through your whole body.

And this sense of relaxation and warmth moves slowly down your back now.

Very slowly down your spine.

Down.

Down.

Deeper and deeper.

Right down to the base of your spine.

Letting all those muscles go.

Relaxing deeper and deeper.

And all the muscles in the arms right down to the fingertips relax.

You may feel you can barely lift those arms.

They're feeling so heavy.

So heavy and so relaxed.

You may have a tingling in your fingertips.

Or a warmth in the palms of your hands.

And that's perfectly fine.

That's just your body telling you you're beginning to relax.

In a very natural way.

And as you breathe out once more.

Just relax all the muscles in the chest.

Just let them go.

And all the muscles in the stomach feel them relax too.

And then feel that wave of relaxation working its way slowly down your legs now.

Right down to the tips of your toes.

So your whole body is just drifting and floating.

Deeper and deeper.

Relaxed.

And I would like you to imagine a scale.

Where a hundred is as wake as you can be with your eyes closed.

Going right down to zero which is just before sleep.

And I wonder what it would be like to see where you are right now.

And then just allow yourself to drift.

A few notches down.

Down towards zero.

Down towards sleep.

Just drifting deeper and deeper.

Down towards zero.

Down towards sleep.

Starting to feel unbelievably relaxed now.

Unbelievably calm now.

As you just drift and float.

Deeper and deeper.

Down towards zero.

Down towards sleep.

Drifting.

Floating.

Heavier and heavier.

Down towards zero.

And sleep.

Zero and sleep.

Drifting and floating deeper and deeper.

Heavier and heavier.

Down towards zero.

Down towards sleep.

Sleep.

Taking yourself right down to the basement level of total relaxation now.

And because you are so relaxed and continuing to relax.

I would like you to imagine ten steps leading you down to a beautiful place.

Tropical beach.

Where the sun is slowly sinking down.

This is a beautiful place.

A place in nature where you can let go and protect yourself.

In the moment I am going to count back with some ten down to one.

You can just imagine taking the ten steps down onto this beach where you can relax even more.

And double the relaxation with each successive step as you just drift down and down.

And relax deeper and deeper.

Double the relaxation with each step as you drift down and down.

And relax even more.

Ten.

Just drifting and floating deeper and deeper.

Relaxed.

Nine.

Eight.

Deeper.

Deeper.

Seven.

Slowing down now.

Six.

Five.

Never twice as relaxed as before.

Four.

Just drifting and floating.

Three.

Deeper.

Two.

Deeper.

One.

And now just imagine you are on this beautiful tropical beach.

You can feel the warm soft sand beneath your feet.

You can hear the gentle rustling of the palm trees swaying in the breeze.

You can almost catch the salty air in your lungs.

This is a beautiful tranquil place.

You are alone but you don't feel alone.

You feel safe and warm and secure.

The sun slowly going down in the sky turning the sky a beautiful orange glow as you walk down the beach really drinking in this tranquil place.

As you walk down the beach you relax even more.

Just listening to the sound of the waves.

Listening to the sounds of nature.

Feeling connected with yourself and your environment.

You find somewhere comfortable to sit in the sand as the sun goes deeper down turning the sky a red glow.

Finding somewhere comfortable the warm soft sand moulds itself to your shape.

You sit there listening to the sound of the ocean.

Listening to the wave crashing up the beach towards you.

Then rushing back down again only to meet the next wave and so it goes wave meeting wave meeting wave.

Each wave drawing you deeper and deeper into a state of total relaxation as the sun slowly sinks down behind the horizon and you lie back into the warm soft sand making yourself comfortable and relaxed.

As the moon slowly appears in the sky and the stars suddenly appear hundreds of stars some twinkling brighter than others.

As you begin to count the stars relaxing deeper and deeper counting the stars listening to the sound of the sea drawing you into a state of total peace and calm relaxing deeper and deeper.

Counting the stars and listening to the sound of the sea drawing you deeper and deeper to a state of total relaxation.

Feeling comfortable in the dry moulded sand around you.

Because you're so relaxed and continuing to relax you can let all those emotions gather themselves.

Feel them in your body.

Feel them in some part of your body.

Let your emotions gather in a safe kind gentle way bringing all those emotions their only energy manifest of your own mind.

Let them gather in your body now.

Feel them in some part of your body.

You may feel them in the neck or your chest or your stomach or your hands.

Feel those emotions.

Let them gather.

Their only energy manifest of your own mind.

So let them gather into your body now and then just let them soften and flow.

Soften and flow and let them move around your body now in a very natural way.

Their only energy.

So just let them soften and flow.

Soften and flow.

And now is the time to let them go.

Just let them drain away from your body now.

Down into the dry porous sand.

The dry porous sand soaks them all away.

Now is the time to let go.

And it feels wonderful to let go of all these old emotions.

Letting them drain into the sand away from you.

And just notice how calm,

How at peace you feel now having let go.

And now I'd like you to imagine your shield.

Your shield protects you all day.

Everything bounces off and away.

Bounces off and away.

You're calm on the inside.

Calm on the inside.

Calm and protected.

Everything bounces off and away.

Bounces off and away.

Calm on the inside.

You have new ways of dealing with old situations.

You're a calm person and you're protected.

You've let go and protected yourself.

Everything just bounces off and away.

Bounces off and away.

And the more on the outside,

The calmer you are on the inside.

You're a calm person and you're protected.

You've let go and protected yourself.

You're calm.

You're a calm person.

Calm on the inside.

New ways of dealing with old situations.

Enjoying each precious moment in the here and now.

Letting go and protecting yourself.

And enjoying each precious moment in the here and now.

As you just enjoy being on this beautiful tropical beach,

Enjoy that feeling of peace and calm.

As the sun slowly begins to rise in the sky.

Bringing warmth and colour to your surroundings.

Bringing energy and light into your body.

Rejuvenating every cell.

Make this place really beautiful.

As you start to feel more alive.

More optimistic.

More confident.

Looking forward to all that life has to offer.

Making this place special.

Making yourself special.

Just enjoy this beautiful place for a few more moments now.

Half way there now.

Leaving the beach behind.

Bringing yourself back up.

Nearly there.

And ten.

Opening your eyes.

Feeling good about yourself in every way.

As though you've had your batteries recharged on every level.

Continuing to relax.

Remaining calm yet vitalised.
