Hi,

This is Jonathan.

Thank you for joining me for this one minute meditation.

I invite you to find yourself in a comfortable position.

Inhale deeply through the nose.

And as you exhale,

Gently close the eyes.

And let's take another deep breath and then allow your breathing to return to normal.

Now,

Become aware of the contents of your mind,

Of any thoughts that may be present.

And release these thoughts by bringing your focus and attention to the sensations of breathing around your stomach.

And let the thoughts come and go as you keep your attention here for four or five more breaths.

And now continue with the rest of your day.

Thank you.
