Reframe your challenges as opportunities to develop new skills and perspectives.

Focus on what you can control.

Identify aspects of the situation that are within your control and take proactive steps.

Let go of the things you cannot change and redirect your energy toward positive actions.

Stay flexible and adaptable.

Accept that uncertainty is a natural part of life.
