First,

Tune into the breath.

Feel the breath moving through the whole body.

Already breathing is happening,

We don't have to do anything.

As well as breathing happening effortlessly,

Effortlessly conscious,

Present.

Presence is that in which everything is happening,

Consciousness.

Now just focusing on the breath moving into the nostrils.

Feel the coolness in the nostrils.

Breath comes and goes effortlessly,

Like the tides in the ocean.

Everything goes on without effort,

As much as the tides in the ocean are tied to the moon cycles,

So is the breathing.

Alternating between sun and moon,

Right and left nostril,

Breathing through the right or the left.

Consciousness never changes,

Always the same.

Now just moving our awareness to the back of the throat.

Feel the breath in the back of the throat.

Feel its coolness in the back of the throat.

Wherever we focus our awareness,

Wherever our attention is,

All the energy goes there.

Feeling the body resting on the earth,

Or whatever you are resting on,

Feel the earth supporting that underneath you.

Feel the relationship between you and the earth,

Nature,

Conflict free.

There is no conflict in nature.

On its own there is no conflict in this body.

There is no conflict anywhere.

The whole universe going on,

Creation going on effortlessly is conflict free.

Now just feeling the breath in the lungs.

Feel the coolness now.

No longer in the nostrils,

No longer in the back of the throat,

Is in the lungs.

Really the stillness,

Already the peace that you are effortlessly.

You don't have to go anywhere to look for peace.

Already our sounds,

The stillness itself,

We don't have to invoke stillness.

We don't have to invoke the peace.

Already all there is,

The whole universe is peaceful,

The peace itself.

Nothing is excluded.

You cannot exclude yourself.

Coming back to the nostrils,

Feel the coolness of the breath,

Again in the nostrils.

Consciousness hasn't gone anywhere.

All we have been doing is moving our attention,

Reminding us of our presence.

That is all the practice does.

Practice is used to remind you that you are already present.

Not knowing what is present,

What presence means,

We get lost in all our ideas.

Forgetting the one present,

The very meaning of presence is yourself.

The whole and complete,

Unless someone points it out,

We don't know that.

Looking for completeness everywhere.

You will keep on looking.

Until someone points out the one looking is already the reality that we are looking for.

There is no other reality.

Everything is real because you are real.

Let go the need to do anything.

Let go the need to undo anything.

Let go the need to let go.

Real how effortless it is being here now.

It doesn't require anything on our part.

No action is needed to be conscious.

Be all there is.

That presence in which everything is present,

Being the very nature of oneself,

All that is real is already gained.

There is nothing you can do to gain that which is already gained.

Just by being in this body already the whole,

The completeness itself,

The fullness itself,

The whole is already gained.

Shanti,

Shanti,

Shanti.
