The Thread Of Life Within You

The thread of life comes first in you, it is what moves in you now. It is what moved in your parents and ancestors to bring you into being, and its what moves through you into the future should you have children. This meditation will bring you into the living space of life that exists in eternal now and always. This is a practice for your inner child and the adult you are​ and honours the line of life that runs through ​your wonderful being.
