Inner Child Connection

A letter/poem to your inner child or teen, and to your grown adult encouraging love, connection and the rewilding of your spirit and energy. Through your rediscovery of the line of life running through you that has always been, and will always be, your most beautiful and whole self.

Dear one,

Let your life be a work of heart.

Let your life be all the innocence and beauty and intelligence it has always been.

The whispers and the shouts of the world too often close our minds with webs of such delicacy and tensile strength that we don't know that the child in us,

The wild in us,

The heart in us has become obscured.

But your innocence has never left you.

Your child,

Teen,

Eternal self never stopped trying to speak to you between the beats of your heart.

I want you to know that you are whole.

I want you to more than know I want you.

We need you now.

Your face,

Your light,

Your innocence,

Your child,

Your teen,

Your adult.

And you need you now.

You have never been away from yourself.

Not really.

The morning light is dawning.

A black bird is singing her sun song.

Let your heart light sculpt the forms of your day.

Let it shape your thoughts and words and actions to congruence.

A circle of love within yourself.
