Thanks everybody for coming this evening.
What keeps on going through my mind tonight is about responsibility.
And you know how we're so geared towards developing appropriate attitudes and behaviours towards money,
Power and sex.
In fact,
Basically has a tendency to dominate and control.
The acquisition of money,
Trying not to feel powerless and to have a little bit of fun along the way.
So it's quite,
Those forces are really very strong and it's natural that it should be strong.
But sometimes it dominates to such a degree that it becomes all-embracing,
All-powerful and unachievable.
Because it doesn't matter how much you get of any of those things or in what combination,
It doesn't really satisfy or fulfil.
Maybe nice,
Great.
But it's like after a while,
It's like anything,
Bean handed paradise on all sorts of different levels after a while you look at it and go,
It's nice.
But there's still something missing.
And basically it's meant to be that way.
Because your true sense of fulfilment comes from within.
And it's to feel fulfilled.
And then from there it's like what do you do with it?
Some people after meditation,
They feel a lot fuller or a lot more enriched.
Or they go out in this world and all of a sudden they feel as though they can give more than what they had before.
Or a lot more compassionate or caring,
Depending on what person's nature is.
But it's different.
And I know that in the mystic schools or the old mystery schools,
When people entered into it,
The first responsibility was inside their body.
To clean that out first.
Second level of responsibility is what you put in around you.
In other words,
How you relate to the earth and to all things physical.
And then from there,
Plants.
Then from there,
Animals.
And then into higher deans.
And if there's a progression of love and respect and care that goes through all that,
Then all these other gateways would open up into the higher levels of mind.
And then from the higher levels of mind into people's causal,
What we now call causal planes,
Into the different realms of the soul.
And then from then on into the different realms of spirit.
So it was a long progression.
And the reason why it was made that way was in order for people to actually master who they were as beings.
And wherever they went,
They brought love,
Creativity,
Unbelievable integrity.
And what I mean by integrity,
I mean fullness of human nature or the best of human nature.
And brought that into the space wherever they were.
That's a pretty good thing to aim for.
For a lot of us,
We just struggle with being responsible or to fall in love with self first.
And then to turn around and go,
OK,
How am I going to treat this world?
What am I going to bring into the space?
The people who have the most difficulty that I've ever found are the princesses and the mummy's boys.
Because they're the ones who are avoided doing anything,
Being responsible for anything.
Of course,
If you're a princess or a mummy's boy,
You don't have to.
Mummy doesn't.
If you're a princess,
Daddy doesn't.
I just kick back.
The only thing is it's not very enriching.
And because it isn't enriching,
Playing any of those roles is never enriching because you cannot fulfill yourself.
You can't.
Because you're trying to grab it from someone else who you cannot get it from.
It's meant to come from within out,
Which is totally different.
That's why people were taught,
How do you look after this earth?
How do you look after this?
Get off being a princess.
That's if you have those characteristics within yourself.
Or get off being a mummy's boy.
Because you will enrich yourself.
You'll feel better about yourself.
Have you ever met anybody who was a princess that was happy?
The word princess to me equals misery.
Because you know what?
Everybody I know who works out of that archetype is miserable as hell.
And especially nowadays,
People aren't fooled so much.
They're a little bit more savvy.
So somebody pulls the princess card on and it's a bit like,
Hmm.
This doesn't feel so good.
There's going to be a big cost factor in relation to this.
Same with the mummy's boys.
There's going to be a big cost factor for somebody else in relation to this too.
And that doesn't work as well.
That's a path of misery as well.
Not only to self,
But to everybody else around.
So when I look at all these different factors,
It's like,
Wow.
It points to me,
If I want fulfillment,
I better actually think about what I'm putting in your head.
And then take it to the next level,
The next level,
The next level,
The next level.
Because when you have a mental understanding of that mechanism,
You can actually find out how rich you are in terms of who you are and what you give to the earth.
And the trial that you leave behind you.
So you want to find out how good you are.
Have a look at those,
On all those levels.
And then you might actually turn around and go,
I'll shore that up,
I'll shore that up,
And I'll shore that up,
And I'll shore that up.
To me,
That's a very powerful mechanism.
When you understand that mechanism can see it in motion,
In other words,
Your strengths and your deficiencies,
You can turn around and make different decisions.
Or explore different levels of your behavior or character that holds you down.
I know it sounds rather hierarchical,
But to me that's a way in which it can be easily managed.
So it's like starting out with a physical world,
The world that hopefully doesn't bite back.
Generally,
If you're not treating it well,
It'll break.
Let's see if we find out.
And then it's like from there,
Okay,
What about the plant world?
How am I with it?
How am I with animals?
You might be trashy with all these.
Man,
I love my dog.
Everything else is falling apart.
I don't even have a shed to keep my dog anymore.
But,
You know.
.
.
So it's nice to be able to look at it.
I think to me it's a very empowering thing to look at that hierarchical thing and just look at it and go,
Okay,
Where am I strong?
Where am I weak?
Because you know what?
When you bring strength to something,
And especially when there's love involved,
It's empowering.
You feel great about it.
It's like,
Wow.
And then when you keep on practicing it and practicing it and practicing it until it is mastered so that it is and just becomes a natural flow.
I mean,
I look at that and I go,
What a way to master yourself.
And you can self-govern if you choose to look at it every day or whenever you need to.
Because quite often if there's an area where you know that you don't give a lot of love or care to,
That all of a sudden there's a big blank spot,
You might find that there's a black spot within.
.
.
Not a black spot,
But a blank spot within your own consciousness.
It could be a belief system that's holding you back.
Because generally most things hold you back.
Notice?
It's not about what you take,
It's about how you're holding yourself back.
Because you're also trying to liberate your consciousness,
Your mind,
Your higher mind,
Your spiritual minds.
You're trying to liberate them and to hold them back through strange behaviors that don't allow you to give to the space ensemble.
It's better to consider getting rid of those because they're limitations,
They stop you.
Stop your level of joy and for thought as well.
You know what makes a space happy?
Love combined with higher thinking equals magic.
In other words,
When you go into a space,
And if you're in a space of genuine love and you're giving into a space,
You're more likely to come from a higher level of thinking.
And then just watch the magic happen.
If you want more command and control in the space,
And if you want it to work more as a reflection of you,
And it works well,
And you want to have mastery in the space,
To me that's a nice little form at the start.
You know,
Because everybody wants a sense of empowerment.
Might as well have it on a higher level rather than a lower level.
Brings out the best in your nature.
You start to think a lot more creatively.
If you're putting yourself into a space,
Then you can serve the space creatively.
It doesn't become so boring.
There are some things that are boring,
Good God,
But it doesn't become so boring because if it's filled with love and creative thinking,
It's like sometimes when I'm hanging things on the line,
You know,
I'll be hanging things up after washing,
Hanging it on the line,
And going,
How's this thing going to dry quicker?
I'm hanging it up also,
And I've got this whole system now worked out that's so efficient,
But I've got to be there at quarter past ten because that's when it's optimum drying time.
You know,
You just get things,
You end up being so creative around so many things it becomes ridiculous.
So imagine if you put it into something that's really important.
It's going to fire a lot.
Environments love love.
They love the energy of love.
And you know that when you're in a state of love,
You actually think differently.
You think creatively.
And why not?
Good God.
It's better than the other way around.
And it's in your control.
That's the wonderful thing about it.
